Abstract

This research is motivated by the application of online learning due to COVID-19, student learning outcomes that have not yet achieved minimal completeness, and the learning process is still centered on teachers due to the unavailability of adequate learning media that students can use for independent study as demanded by the curriculum. 2013 and online learning. This study aims to produce a valid and practical E - Electrical Lighting Installation learning module at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This study uses a research and development method with a 4D model. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TITL at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the results of the study obtained the validity of the media with a valid category. Validation of materials with valid categories. The practicality test with teacher respondents got results in a very practical category and respondents from class XI TITL SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang stated that the E - Electrical lighting installation learning module was categorized as very practical. So it can be concluded that the E - Electrical Lighting Installation learning module is valid and can practically be used in the teaching and learning process in schools.

Abstract

The student worksheet (LKPD) is one of the tools used by educators to deliver learning materials. The background of this research is that the learning process in schools has not been carried out properly, the results of student learning activities are low, so that the objectives of learning are not achieved, this learning outcome depends on the learning process. Things that affect learning activities are LKPD as a tool in practical learning activities. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD that is suitable for use so that it will improve the quality of the practicum learning process so that student learning outcomes are better. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Valid assessment of LKPD is carried out by experts consisting of media experts and material experts, while practicality is assessed by subject teachers and students, then for effectiveness it is seen from the results of practical learning when using guided inquiry-based worksheets. The instrument collects data using a questionnaire. The results of this study obtained that guided inquiry-based worksheets based on media experts were categorized as valid, while the feasibility of the material based on material experts obtained valid categories. Practicality assessments assessed by subject teachers are categorized as very practical, then practicality assessments from students are categorized as very practical. Assessment of the effectiveness of student learning outcomes is categorized as effective. So that the developed LKPD can be used by teachers to convey material in practical learning activities.

Abstract

The lecture process is a communication process, where classroom activities are a separate world of communication, where lecturers and students interact with each other to achieve lecture goals. Lecturers, one of the main components in the lecture process, are able to create and create conditions and atmosphere that can stimulate students to learn actively and dynamically. The module is one of the tools that can be used by lecturers to deliver lecture material. Things that can affect lecture activities, namely the module as a tool in practical learning activities. The purpose of this research is to develop a module that is suitable for use so as to improve the quality of the practicum lecture process and increase students' understanding in mastering the lecture material. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The valid assessment of the module is carried out by experts consisting of media experts and material experts, the data collection instrument uses an assessment questionnaire. The results of this study obtained a module that can guide students to learn independently and guided based on media experts categorized as valid, while the feasibility of the material based on material experts get a valid category. So that the developed module can be used by lecturers to deliver lecture material in practicum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Study of Effect of the Role of Parents and the School Environment on the Learning Outcomes of Class X Students in Basic Electrical and Electronics Subjects During the Covid-19 Pandemic At SMKN 1 Koto XI Tarusan. The type of research that the author does is a type of quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection was carried out using research instruments by providing a questionnaire with a Likert scale. In variable X1 it was found that a total of all nine indicators of the X1 variable with the respondent's level of achievement of 90.8% and it was stated that the role of parents was good, on the X2 variable it was found that all of the six indicators of the role of the school environment resulted in an accumulation of an average score of 2.87 with the respondent's level of achievement ( TCR) of 114.69%, it can be concluded that the role of the school environment is said to be good and can still be improved. Hypothesis testing was carried out by using multiple linear regression tests T-test (t-test) and F-test. T-test was conducted to partially test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The F test was conducted to test the effect of the independent variable simultaneously on the dependent variable. The results showed that: (1) there is no influence of parents on student learning outcomes; (2) there is no influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes; (3) there is no influence of the role of parents and the school environment simultaneously on the role of parents in Basic Electrical Electronics subject for class X SMKN 1 Koto XI Tarusan.

Abstract

Teachers are expected to provide media in debriefing pupils to meet the present industrial revolution 4.0, one of which is by leveraging technology and automation in the delivery of learning. As a result, media development as a support in the teaching and learning process is required. In class XI TITL at SMKN 5 Padang, this study intends to provide a legitimate and practical Augmented Reality learning media on the subject of electric motor installation. The research method used in this study was research and development using a 4D model. The participants in this study were students in class XI TITL 1 at SMKN 5 Padang. The validation of AR learning media carried out by the validator team in the media area was carried out by two validators who were Lecturers of Electrical Engineering and were certified legitimate, according to the study's findings. The authenticity of the material field was then tested and pronounced genuine by two teachers in charge of the subject of electric motor installation at SMKN 5 Padang. The practicality test, which was done online and offline on 32 students in class XI TITL 1 SMKN 5 Padang, was pronounced Very Practical. The effectiveness test, which was carried out on 32 students from class XI TITL 1 SMKN 5 Padang and consisted of working on 20 questions, revealed that the media used was deemed to be very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the google classroom media on the subject of electric lighting installation at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Student learning outcomes are still low because students cannot do learning directly. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research with the application of google classroom learning media to see the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive research. This study tries to provide a systematic description of the facts and true nature of a particular population. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TITL Electrical Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 5 Padang who were registered in the 2021/2022 academic year and totaled 30 students. The data collection used in this study was in the form of providing material in 2 meetings with one basic competency and providing an evaluation. After learning, students will be given post-test questions to find out whether the learning is effective or not by comparing the results of the post-test scores with the KKM in the school. Based on the post-test data analysis of 30 students, the average post-test score was 82.83, 27 students completed, and 3 students were below the KKM. Based on this score, 90% of students scored higher than the KKM, and obtained classical mastery of students in the very effective category. So in terms of classical completeness, online learning using the Google Classroom application is categorized as very.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or not the attitude and interest of students in industrial electrical installation courses through the application of project-based learning charged with technopreneurship.In addition, to find out the attitude and entrepreneurial interests of students after applying project-based learning loaded with technopreneurship.In addition, to find out the improvement between the attitude and interest of student entrepreneurs before applying project-based learning loaded technopreneurship and attitudes and interests of student entrepreneurs after the implementation of project based learning loaded technopreneurship at Padang State University. This research uses quantitative approaches with research methods. The instrument used is a response to the attitude and entrepreneurial interest of students towards PJBL. The subjects in this study were D4 students who took industrial electrical installation courses including grades 3TEIB1 and 3TEIB2 numbering 30 people. Analysis of instrument data in this study using the help of the SPSS 25.0.0 program. and Microsoft excel. The results of this study show that: Student entrepreneurial attitude towards the application of project-based learning loaded technopreneurship that has been applied is emerging, and effective to improve the entrepreneurial attitude of students from the results of research that shows in the moderate category. Student entrepreneurial interest in the application of project-based learning loaded with technopreneurship that has been applied is also emerging and is very effective to increase student entrepreneurial interest from research results that show in the high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a valid, practical, and effective technopreneur-based e-module to increase the entrepreneurial spirit in the industrial electrical installation course majoring in Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang. This type of research is R & D, this research uses a 4D model research procedure, which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research subjects are D4 Electrical Engineering students, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang. The validation test consists of three validators consisting of two material expert validators and one media expert validator. The practicality test was carried out by two lecturers of the industrial electrical installation course and ten students from the D4 Electrical Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, the State University of Padang as respondents for the development of learning e-modules. Effectiveness data were obtained from the use of posttest to evaluate student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the development of this e-module has succeeded in producing valid, practical, and effective media. The results of the validity test of the three validators were categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality test by the subject lecturers are categorized as very practical, while the results of the practicality tests by students are categorized as very practical. The results of the effectiveness test obtained that classical completeness meets the category so that it can be said to be very effective. Thus, the e-learning module based on technopreneurship as a learning medium is effectively used in the lecture process in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether or not entrepreneurial behavior and learning achievement in industrial electrical installation courses through the application of project-based learning models loaded with technopreneurship. And to find out there is an increase between entrepreneurial behavior and student learning achievement before applying project-based learning loaded technopreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior and learning achievement after applied project-based learning loaded technopreneurship at Padang State University. This research uses quantitative approaches with research methods. The instrument used is a questionnaire response of student entrepreneurial behavior to project-based learning and student value data to project-based learning. The subjects in this study were D4 students who took industrial electrical installation courses including grades 3 TEIB 1 and 3 TEIB 2 amounting to 30 people. Analysis of instrument data in this study using the help of SPSS 25.0.0 and Microsoft Exel programs. The results of this study show that: (1) Entrepreneurial behavior towards the application of project-based learning loaded technopreneurship that has been applied is emerging and effective to improve entrepreneurial behavior from the results of research that shows in the high category (2) Student learning achievement towards the application of project-based learning loaded with technopreneurship that has been applied is also emerging and effective to improve student entrepreneurial learning achievement from research results that show a high category.
