<![CDATA[Dynamic performance induction motor had been need to analyze behavior induction motor except steady-state. The paper presents an investigation of transient performance of a three-phase squirrel-cage rotor induction motor. The underlying model technique chooses the stator and rotor d-q axis magnetic flux linkages as the state space variables. The simulation of transient performance of the machine is examined for the starting process, and suddenly load. Typical results of the transient simulation are presented to suggest guidelines for really protection and control design problem identification of a squirrel-cage rotor three-phase induction motor. <![CDATA[Permasalahan yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah buku/sumber belajar yang disediakan kementrian sampai sekarang belum memadai disekolah, siswa kurang mandiri dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, guru  dianggap  satu-satunya  sumber  dalam  proses  belajar  mengajar, pemilihan media pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai menyebabkan siswa cepat bosan dan tidak mendengarkan guru, siswa belum dihadapkan pada situasi yang lebih nyata dalam proses belajar mengajar dan belum tersedianya modul pada mata pelajaran dasar- dasar kelistrikan di SMK N 1 Painan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengembangkan modul pembelajaran Sistem Komputer untuk siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan di SMKN 1 Painan, 2) Menghasilkan modul berbasis konstruktivisme untuk mata pelajaran Sistem Komputer yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Modul pembelajaran Sistem Komputer berhasil dikembangkan melalui model pengembangan ADDIE, 2) Modul pembelajaran berbasis konstruktivisme yang dihasilkan sudah efektif diterapkan pada siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Painan.]]>

<![CDATA[Matrix converter is a good choice for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) drives, because it has high power density and does not require dc-link energy storage. the disadvantages of conventional matrix converter is using 18 active switches, so it becomes expensive and the modulation method becomes more complicated than back to back converter. To minimize this problem, this paper proposes variable speed drive of PMSM using Ultra Sparse Matrix Converter (USMC) based on Direct Torque Control (DTC) methods. This converter uses only 9 active switches, making it cheaper than conventional matrix converter. DTC is designed based on Space Vector Modulation (SVM) to reduce torque and flux ripples due to the hysteresis control in conventional DTC. The simulation results show that DTC based SVM using USMC effectively controls the rotor speed with low torque and flux ripples.]]>

<![CDATA[Media is an important component to stimulate the mind and encourage the learning process. The background of the implementation of this research is the use of media that has not supported the implementation of good learning and helps students while learning from home. This can be seen from the students' understanding of the subject matter which is lacking and the minimum number of students doing the lesson. The purpose of this research is to produce video-based learning media that are categorized as valid and practical that can help students in online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is the 4 D model which consists of 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate, developed by Thiagarajan. The assessment was carried out by a team of validators consisting of material experts and media experts, while practicality was assessed by the subject teacher. The results of the research obtained are video-based learning media based on the assessment of the material experts getting a valid category seen from the content and learning aspects. Meanwhile, media eligibility based on media experts is categorized as valid. The practicality assessment that was assessed by the subject teacher resulted in a very practical category. In conclusion, the resulting learning videos are valid and practical so that students can use them to support learning from home.]]>

<![CDATA[Professional competence is one the must be possessed by a teacher. This research aims to determine the perceptions of supervisor teachers on the professional competence of PLK students at SMK Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung. This type of research is descriptive. With a research population of ninety-three teachers in the academic year 2019/2020. The sample used is only twenty-eight majoring teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire with of question items was thirty-three. Using a Likert scale for the answer scoring system. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that; supervisor teachers perceptions of PLK students related to indicators of understanding learning material by seventy-seven point three percent in the medium category; while the indicators for sorting learning material are eighty point four percent in a good category; for indicators of organizing learning material by seventy-four point zero percent with the medium category; for the indicator to empower learning resources by eighty point two percent with the good category, for indicators od choosing and determining learning material by seventy-three point eight percent with the medium category.]]>

<![CDATA[The student worksheet (LKPD) is one of the tools used by educators to deliver learning materials. The background of this research is that the learning process in schools has not been carried out properly, the results of student learning activities are low, so that the objectives of learning are not achieved, this learning outcome depends on the learning process. Things that affect learning activities are LKPD as a tool in practical learning activities. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD that is suitable for use so that it will improve the quality of the practicum learning process so that student learning outcomes are better. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Valid assessment of LKPD is carried out by experts consisting of media experts and material experts, while practicality is assessed by subject teachers and students, then for effectiveness it is seen from the results of practical learning when using guided inquiry-based worksheets. The instrument collects data using a questionnaire. The results of this study obtained that guided inquiry-based worksheets based on media experts were categorized as valid, while the feasibility of the material based on material experts obtained valid categories. Practicality assessments assessed by subject teachers are categorized as very practical, then practicality assessments from students are categorized as very practical. Assessment of the effectiveness of student learning outcomes is categorized as effective. So that the developed LKPD can be used by teachers to convey material in practical learning activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Family Social Support and Creativity on Entrepreneurial Interest in Electrical Engineering Education Study Program Students During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative approach, meaning that all information or data is realized in numbers and the analysis is based on statistical analysis. The type of research used is causal associative research. The research instrument uses a questionnaire that has been validated by entrepreneurship lecturers and is tested before the questionnaire is distributed to students of Electrical Engineering Education, after testing the questionnaire is tested for validity and reliability. Assessment of research instruments using a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis using the T-test (t-test) and F test. The T-test was used to determine the partial effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The F test is used to determine the simultaneous effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that (1) family social support had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship (2) creativity had a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship (3) family social support and creativity had a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze data on student obstacles in completing thesis during the Covid-19 pandemic with the research subject of Padang State University (UNP) students in the 2016/2017 Electrical Engineering Education Study Program. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire using a Likert scale, as for the tests carried out, validity tests, reliability tests, the results of data obtained from 45 statements distributed, the results showed that there were 3 invalid statements with a reliability level of 0.94 and very high category . The data analysis used is a descriptive statistical technique using the average value of the mean, the standard deviation value and to determine how large the data distribution is using a score category of 1 to 5. The results show that student constraints during the Covid-19 pandemic have different category levels in students. for each indicator, in the high category there are: difficulty in writing a thesis by 40 percent, lazy in doing thesis and 40 percent of campus facilities. The students' obstacles in the medium category were: miscommunication by as much, a minimal student network as large, the length of the lecturer's response as large and the lack of student motivation as large. The obstacle for students in the low category is the difficulty of finding data in the field of . It can be concluded that the obstacles experienced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic are different, each individual graduating on time is the desired achievement for every student, if these obstacles can be overcome it will increase graduates in a timely manner.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengangguran bagi penduduk usia 15 tahun ke atas adalah pertarungan yang tidak pernah berakhir meskipun semakin tahun masih ada penurunan namun penurunan tersebut sangat signifikan apabila dibandingkan menggunakan lapangan pekerjaan yang digeluti oleh angkatan kerja tersebut. Indonesia, dari data BPS, dalam tahun 2010 taraf pengangguran terbuka sebanyak 7,41% sedangkan dalam tahun 2012 tercatat sebanyak 6,32% dari total angkatan kerja usia pada atas 15 tahun. Besarnya taraf pengangguran terbuka memiliki akibat sosial yg sangat rawan dan luas terhadap kehidupan masyarakat, lantaran mereka belum bekerja dan belum memiliki pendapatan. Semakin tinggi taraf pengangguran terbuka meningkat taraf kerawanan sosial, bahkan bisa mengakibatkan taraf kriminalitas sebagai semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya, apabila taraf pengangguran terbuka bisa ditekan dan diperkecil, maka kerawanan sosial akan berkurang dan bahkan meningkatkan pencerahan sosial yang tinggi menjadi dampak berdasarkan taraf kemakmuran yang semakin merata. Pelaksanaaan pelatihan perawatan dan service kelistrikan sepeda motor dilakukan bagi pemuda Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Binaan Remaja (PSAABR) Budi Utama Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dengan cara pemberian materi berupa pengetahuan dasar-dasar dan melaksanakan praktik. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa sesi selama 3 hari dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang. Ujian dilakukan dilakukan diawal pelaksanaan pelatihan dan diakhir pelatihan. Hasil yang di peroleh setelah pelatihan adalah menambah wawasan pemuda putus sekolah mengenai teknik perawatan dan service kelistrikan sepeda motor, keahlian meningkat di lihat dari post test.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is : (1) to determine if there is influence of pedagogic and professional competence of SMK teachers to teachers’ commitment after certification (2) to determine how much influence of pedagogic and professional competence of SMK teachers to teachers’ commitment after certification. This research is a quantative descriptive research. The data collecting instrument used was questionnaire and data analysis used was multiple regression technique. The result showed : (1) there is a significant effect from pedagogic and professional competence of SMK teachers to teachers’ commitment in study process after certification (2) the percentage of commitment, pedagogic and professional competence of certified teachers are still low on average.]]>
