Abstract

The development of digital technology was followed by the use of the Internet as an online marketing medium which is classified as effective and reaches a large number of Internet user communities. Market traffic for both exports and imports has increased rapidly because purchasing decisions through online transactions are seen as providing convenience. This study aims to analyze the tasks of monitoring, controlling, and limiting the traffic of goods and their influence on purchasing decisions which are intervened by the intensity of using online marketing. Respondents were taken purposively in the community who use marketing media and online transactions. The analysis was carried out through a structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS 20.0. The results of the research prove that supervision has an effect on consumer decisions to buy which is intervened by the intensity of use of online marketing media, and control has an effect on buying decisions which is intervened by the intensity of use of online marketing media, and the intensity of use of online marketing media has an effect on buying decisions. However, the results of this study cannot prove that there is a limiting influence on purchasing decisions that are intervened by the intensity of using online marketing media and cannot prove that supervision, control, and restrictions by the Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise directly affect buying decisions.

Abstract

Travel satisfaction can be considered as a type of road user satisfaction. This level of satisfaction is possible to arise as a result of the performance of Road User Satisfaction with the Services provided by the toll road infrastructure manager in relation to the response of road users to the road services. So this study aims to analyze the quality of service in terms of the satisfaction of users of the Surabaya-Malang toll road. Quantitative research with a community satisfaction survey approach, taking incidental purposive sampling. The sample size used the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, and data was collected using a Thurstone scale model questionnaire and distributed to 388 respondents. The research instrument is composed of 5 indicators and 14 sub-indicators, which are then analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure service performance and toll road user satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the service quality of the Surabaya-Malang toll road as a whole is 82.09 (CSI Very Satisfied Category). The Surabaya-Malang toll road management service quality index (Expectation ratio value - MSI) as a whole is 3.28 (MSI is classified as Good), and is in line with the expectations of Surabaya-Malang toll road users (CSI Satisfaction is smaller than the CSI Average satisfaction average) includes (1) road conditions; (2) structure of emergency relief assistance; and (3) street lighting problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on student entrepreneurial intention, the effect of risk tolerance on student entrepreneurial intention, the effect of entrepreneurial education on student entrepreneurial intention, the effect of entrepreneurial education on student self-efficacy, the effect of risk tolerance on student self-efficacy. This research method is quantitative. survey, research data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 340 students who were determined through simple random sampling, the questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 7. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The stages of data analysis are validity, reliability and significance tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student entrepreneurial intention, there is a positive and significant effect between risk tolerance on student entrepreneurial intention, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial education on student entrepreneurial intention, there is a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurial education on student self-efficacy, there is a positive and significant effect between risk tolerance on student self-efficacy.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Viral marketing and Purchasing Decisions, Online Consumer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions, Price and Purchase Decisions. The research method is a quantitative survey. The research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 560 onlineshop consumers. Data analysis used structural equation modeling ( SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The stages of data analysis are validity, reliability and significance tests. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The questionnaire used in this study uses the Google form, which will be distributed to respondents. The measurement method for this questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 5, namely Strongly Disagree (STS), (2) Answers Disagree (TS), (3) Neutral Answers (N), (4) Answers Agree (S), Strongly Agree (SS). ). The results of this study are Viral marketing has a positive and not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Online Consumer Reviews has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the effect of competence and motivation on employees’ performance, which aims to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review indicate that there is a significant influence between Competence and Motivation together on Employee Performance. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all members of the population are sampled in this study. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis used was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between competency and motivation variables on employee performance.

Abstract

This literature review study is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon that describes traffic non-compliance behavior in Indonesia by road users from time to time which is quite concerning, especially the non-adherent behavior of adolescents. This literature is intended to theoretically analyze the factors that influence traffic compliance. The literature review method was carried out on several articles obtained from google scholar, E-resources.perpusnas, LIPI, Researchgate, Indonesia OneSearch, DOAJ, Academia.edu, ScienceDirect with keywords in finding articles namely traffic compliance and youth disobedience in traffic . The results of the literature review on several articles, the authors found that there is a close relationship with the factors that influence traffic compliance. Each result found produces fifteen major themes, namely (1) Knowledge of traffic rules, (2) Self control, (3) Aggressiveness, (4) Conformity, (5) Perceived risk, (6) Role taking , (7) Age and gender, (8) The attitude of the driver, (9) Instrinsic values, values of compassion, values of usefulness and values of justice, (10) Social support, (11) Image of the Traffic Police, (12) Strict law enforcement and effective implementation of the ticket program is humane, (13) Road-worthy technical requirements for vehicles and technical requirements for road infrastructure, (14) Cultural factors, (15) Behavior thinking about other things and driving a vehicle in a tired condition. Based on the results of the literature review, it proves that there is a decrease in the number of traffic accidents, through the fulfillment of fifteen factors that can affect traffic compliance. The conclusion from the literature review is that traffic compliance has an effect on reducing the number of traffic accidents. Recommendations for this literature review can make traffic compliance a way to reduce the number of traffic accidents.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of three articles that discuss the analysis of ISO 9001:2015 implementation in universities, aiming to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review show that the design and development of a quality management system are built through literature studies related to ISO 9001 requirements and all policies, manuals, guidelines, standards, and work instructions in universities, as well as discussions with all leaders in Faculties, Departments, Study Programs and related Bureaus. Based on the f test, it was obtained that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable of 53,863. Based on the regression test, it can be stated that ISO 9001: 2015 does not have a partial but simultaneous effect when integrated with motivation and competence variables. Quality Management uses to control and assurance of production processes to achieve quality more consistently.

Abstract

Cases of bullying often occur among adolescents, especially junior high school students where friendship is very important. If adolescent fail to interact socially then these adolescents are likely to become victims of bullying behavior from other adolescent. Bullying has a negative impact on the victim's mental health, such as anxiety, depressive symptoms, and suicide attempts. However, some adolescents who are able to recover from negative experiences (bullying) show self-resilience which is called resilience. Resilience is influenced by protective factors internally and externally. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to deal with bullying behavior with resilience and factors that can foster resilience in junior high school students who are victims of bullying. The method used is a literature review design, by collecting articles through Google search, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar. Based on the articles collected, the results show that students need to increase self-resilience, which can be done by being open to parents/friends about the incidents of bullying they are experiencing and trying to regulate their emotions and behavior. The level of resilience students have as a result of bullying victims can also be influenced by the surrounding environment. Warmth, emotional bond, and support from parents, friends and teachers are factors that can protect victims of bullying

Abstract

The period of adolescent development is a period of development that is of concern to many people,because this period of development is often referred to as the period of self-discovery. The transition period fromthe period of child development to adulthood often causes serious problems that have an impact on lowpsychological wellbeing. Gratitude possessed by adolescents also affects psychological conditions. Therefore,this study aims to examine the relationship between gratitude and psychological wellbeing in adolescents. Toachieve this goal, this research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were class IX students ofSMPN 1 Prambon Sidoarjo. The instrument used is the instrument of psychological wellbeing and theinstrument of the gratitude questionnaires six item form (GQ-6). The data analysis technique used in thisresearch is correlation coefficient analysis to test the degree of relationship between variables. The results ofthis study obtained that the correlation coefficient between the gratitude variable and the psychologicalwellbeing (PWB) variable was 0.601, which means that the correlation between gratitude and psychologicalwellbeing (PWB) is very strong. The hypothesis of this study is accepted that there is a relationship betweengratitude and psychological wellbeing (PWB) in adolescents.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the analysis of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 at PT. Kerta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles being reviewed. The review results show that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia describes the management of railroad asset documents based on ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Assurance Systems in supporting the revitalization program of several railroads in Indonesia. In the process of revitalizing the rail line, of course, documents are needed as the main reference. Asset documents used in the railroad track revitalization activities are documents in the form of technical drawings, asset ownership documents, and cartography. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from participatory observation in 2019, in-depth interviews, and a review of document asset document management activities.
