Abstract

Indonesia as the largest coffee producer in the world, but Indonesia citizens prefer to consume coffee from other countries rather than Indonesia coffee. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of per-ceived organizational support and core self-evaluation on job performance through job engagement and organizational citizenship behaviour. This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive analysis method by taking a sample and using a questionnaire as the main data. The sample has been col-lect 142 employees from 250 employees of PT. Anomali Coffee Indonesia. The respondents are chosen by using non-probability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would be summarized as below: 1). Perceive Organiza-tional has positive and significant Job Engagement 2). Core Self Evaluation has positive and significant to Job Engagement 3). Job Engagement has positive and significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4). Organizational Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant to Job Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of service quality, including, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward customer satisfaction at bengkel PT Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar. This research used quantative research design. Multiple linear regression analysis used in this reserach. The results show that the service quality significantly influences to customer satisfaction and the variables of service quality which have the most influence on customer satisfaction are tangible variable.

Abstract

Perubahan demografi yang terjadi di banyak negara berkembang berdampak pada seluruh komponen yang ada dalam ekonomi suatu negara, demikian juga hal ini terjadi di Indoensia. Perubahan demografi yang tidak terkendali tentunya akan berdampak pada kondisi ekonomi negara tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauhmana perubahan demografi berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang mencoba menganalisa dampak perubahan demografi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Adapaun variabel yang dipergunakan adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan per kapita, pertumbuhan penduduk, rasio pekerja dengan jumlah penduduk, penduduk usia muda dan tua, serta harapan hidup masyarakat. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah reflikasi dari model Bloom Williamson, and Yu; Higgins dan Wiiliamson, dengan teori utama adalah Solow-Swan Model. Menggunakan data time series selama 19 tahun, dan data panel selama 9 tahun dengan 13 provinsi terpilih di Indonesia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa : untuk model regresi berganda, variabel angka harapan hidup serta rasio pekerja penduduk berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadapa pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk keseluruhan model yang digunakan, sedangkan pertumbuhan populasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan untuk model data panel per provinsi pertumbuhan pekerja, pendapatan perkapita, pertumbuhan populasi serta usia tua dan muda berpengaruh terhadap peertumbuhan ekonomi, namun rasio perkerja penduduk dan rasio pekerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The performance of national banking need not be doubted. Nine years ago, the total assets of commercial banks reached Rp. 1,469.8 trillion with outstanding loan disbursements of Rp. 695 trillion and deposits of Rp. 1,166 trillion. As of March 2014, total assets of commercial banks reached Rp. 4.933 trillion with outstanding credit of Rp 3,306.9 trillion and deposits of Rp 3,618.1 trillion. Based on this data then, of course, banking has become a potential money machine. As of November 2014, commercial banks posted a net profit of Rp. 98.5 trillion, jumping nearly 300 percent compared to 2005 (data: www.bi.go.id). Bank Indonesia as the Central Bank of Indonesia has established a policy on the soundness of commercial banks with a CAMELS method. This Regulation is set forth in Bank Indonesia Regulation No. Based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 6/10 / PBI / 2004 dated April 12, 2004. Bank Indonesia further improved the Bank’s health assessment method from CAMELS method to RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital). 13 / PBI / 2014 concerning Commercial Bank Health Level. Health assessments using the RGEC method, assessed by Composite Rating. According to Refmasari and Setiawan (2014), the composite value for financial ratios of each component is valued as follows, 1). PK-1 is worth 5 (five), 2). PK-2 is worth 4 (four), 3). PK-3 is worth 3 (three), 4). PK-4 is worth 2 (two), 5). PK-5 is worth 1 (one). Risk Profile, assessment ofrisk profile can use some ratio, that is Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Liquidity Risk by using Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) measurement. Good Corporate Governance (GCG), there are three aspects of the assessment that must be met, namely Governance Structure, Governance Process, and Governance Output, Risk Rentability using several ratios, namely: ROA Ratio (Return On Asset), Net Interest Margin Ratio (NIM) Capital or Capital, Ratio that can measure capital factor that is ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio).

Abstract

The national economy is experiencing a slowdown in the third quarter of 2015, the bank’s performance also weakened with the economic downturn. In terms of profitability, pressure bank earnings are also expected to continue. Banks are expected to still be experiencing a slowdown in profit growth. The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze and deduce the effect of capital adequacy ratio, liquidity ratio, credit risk and efficiency ratios ROA charges against Indonesian commercial banks that went public during the period 2011-2015. The study population is an Indonesia commercial bank which goes public 2011-2015. The number of samples in this study was 40 banks with the dependent variable Return On Asset (ROA) as well as the independent variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR, Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). The method used in this research is the Linear Regression Analysis and t-test with a significance level of 5% and processed using EViews 7.1. The results of this study indicate that the NPL of significant positive effect on ROA commercial banks to go public the period 2011-2015. BOPO significant negative effect. CAR and LDR no significant positive effect on commercial banks to go public ROA period 2011-2015. The results of this study have implications for the management, practitioners, and academic communities, namely the need to consider the relationship of NPL, ROA, CAR, and LDR to ROA companies.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the accuracy of the two component of RBBR model as model of evaluation for the bank’s health with Bankometer as bankruptcy prediction model. The sample used is public bank in Indonesia and Malaysia from year 2011 to 2014. Data is processed by using a fixed effect model. In this research is measured by rentanility and capital, while S-Score is used to measure Bankometer. The results of this study indicate that the Bankometer model can be use in bankruptcy predicting. This study finds that only liquidity, credit and capital have impact to the bankruptcy. Bankometer calculation also show that banks in Indonesia and Malaysia was far away from bankrupt or unhealthy condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of training, motivation and working environment on employee performance. Data collection techniques used by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of Bank XYZ. The method of analysis used in this study is the multiple linear regression test. The unit of analysis in this study is individual and focuses on individual performance. The results showed there is a significant influence in T-test between Training, Motivation and Working Environment on Employee Performance, and there is a significant influence in F-test between the variables Training, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) is an important part of national economy.Despite their advantages, SMEs still often have problems in developing their business and have limited access to capital. In this paper, the author examines the relationship between working capital loan and industry to activity, liquidity, and profitability aspects of small business debtors in Bank Sinar Harapan Bali. The results of this study show that working capital loan and industry influence cash conversion cycle significantly, both simultaneously and partially. Cash conversion cycle affects liquidity and profitability. The total contribution of working capital loan to current ratio through cash conversion cycle variable is amounted 71,05%. The total contribution of industry to current ratio through cash conversion cycle is -14,51%. The total contribution of working capital loan to return on equity through cash conversion cycle variable is amounted 60,48%, while the total contribution of industry to current ratio through cash conversion cycle is -12,35%.

Abstract

Community these days believe in efficiency and simplicity to access a mobile application, especially for purchasing a certain product. This indicates a wider opportunity for companies to extend their consumers by using the internet. Go-Jek, as a pioneer of mobile application, links ‘ojek’ drivers to deliver a one-stop-shop convenience service for Indonesian citizen. It answers these huge opportunities by expanding its services including transportation, instant courier, GO-FOOD and shopping using two wheels driver. The main purposeof this research is to measure the influence of service marketing mix through purchasing decision in DKI Jakarta - study on Go-Jek user. Data were collected by the writer based on Go-Jek customers’ respondents especially in DKI Jakarta. Quantitative analysis was applied to understand and to measure the hypothesis intention in this research. The result indicates the significant influences between the product, prices, places, promotions, people, process, and physical evidence on purchasing decision. Hence, physical evidence is the most significant variable for a customer in DKI Jakarta toward its purchasing decision. Go-Jek motorbike supported by its proper condition, its completeness riding tools, its cleanliness, its conveniences during riding. They provided a well-kept helmet and several types of equipment for the customers. In addition, Go-Jek drivers maintain their own tidiest and appearances. These are the variable indicators which influence the customer decision for using GoJek services. The results suggested Go-Jek maintaining their supervision and controlling the standard operation for delivering its services to its customers, and punctuality toward responding to the order of the customers

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important factor in human resources management in an organization. There are three factors that can influence job satisfaction. There is leadership style, learning organization and corporate culture. Leadership style and corporate culture are also can influence learning organization. Research conducted in bank X, one of commercial banking in Indonesia. The sample size is 242 employee, and the model tested by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that learning organization and corporate culture significantly influence employee’s job satisfaction. Leadership style and corporate culture significantly influence learning culture.
