Abstract

Reference sources in research and scientific article writing are journals. For reputable international journals, a lot of software has been developed to retrieve meta data for research mapping. To obtain meta data, for the purposes of visualizing research results from national journals, especially Sinta's journal, it still has to be done manually. Researchers must copy and paste one by one the articles they want. In order to facilitate the retrieval of article meta data contained in a sinta journal with the OJS system, the development of an OJS journal scraping web application was carried out. The chosen web scraping method is the CSS Selector. The application is developed with the Python programming language and additional BeautifulSoup, flask and pandas libraries. From the results of testing the OJS scraping application was able to retrieve meta data in the form of title data, abstract, keywords, author, links. Weaknesses found were not being able to retrieve data in journals with the OJS system that had made changes to the non-OJS standard web interface.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer (WO) Maxentertainment is a type of business engaged in the service sector and plays an important role in the success of the reception which is a sacred moment. The application of the PIECES method aims to analyze the feasibility of the system. This analysis is used to make decisions if the system has problems or is not functioning properly. The results of the analysis are used as a basis for improving the system. At the stage of developing this research system using the waterfall method with needs analysis through observation, interviews and literature study. Meanwhile, system design uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. Coding uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research produces an information system that can help manage data and make it easier for customers to place orders. Meanwhile, admins, partners and owners can make it easier to manage their wedding organizers.

Abstract

Absence is a routine activity carried out by students every time they carry out learning activities. The attendance process at school is generally still done manually. So it takes a lot of time to learn and teach. Arduino is an open source technology. So that research was carried out related to this Radio Frequency Identification or RFID Arduino based attendance system. RFID has advantages over other attendance methods. This advantage is that there is no need to bring in students to record initial data like in the others. Furthermore, a web-based information system functions to manage student attendance. This information system was built using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. Laravel is a PHP framework that has functions to facilitate the development of web-based applications. Apart from that, Laravel also has a good application security system. So in this study the authors tried to develop an Arduino and Laravel RFID-based student attendance system as an attendance management application for admins. After doing research, PHP cannot read data via serial port directly. Therefore we need an additional desktop-based application. The desktop-based attendance application functions to retrieve data from Arduino and perform attendance to the database. The attendance process begins with the input of meeting material by the teacher. Based on the last meeting the teacher input the absence process by RFID is carried out. The results of this study are that the system can only handle one class for an Arduino RFID device.

Abstract

Consumption of shallots in Indonesia is still relatively large. This affects price movements, production to market needs. Associated with changes in the amount of production with public consumption needs affect the price variations in each period. Shallot price conditions in the market that experience changes can affect losses or profits for shallot entrepreneurs. This creates problems in the sale of bawal because the price of onions is difficult to predict. To minimize losses, a system or technology is needed that can help predict shallot prices. As an illustration of the shallot entrepreneurs. Shallot price prediction system can be done using the calculation method "Algorithm Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Sugeno method". The use of this algorithm does not require independent assumptions, homoscedasticity, and normally distributed residuals which are often not found in the data so that this method is considered suitable for predicting data that has extreme values. The price of shallots is influenced by two variables, namely the amount needed by the amount of market demand. The test results show a Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 137.671697. then the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value is the result of the square of the Mean Square Error (MSE) value, namely: 1.0541 The Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value which has an error rate of 40%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the number of traffic accident victims who died in North Sumatra using the Backpropogation Conjugate Gradient Beale Powell Restarts method, as well as calculating using a method based on the level of error and predicting the number of disaster victims and then routes in North Sumatra for the following year. This research was attempted in North Sumatra where the information used in this study was obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of North Sumatra. This information is in the form of information regarding the number of disasters and routes in North Sumatra in 2010–2022 using quantitative analysis using the Conjugate Gradient Beale Powell Restarts method. The results of the analysis of surveillance information on the number of victims of the disaster then using the Conjugate Gradient Beale Powell Restarts method obtained that the best form is the 11-4-1 architectural form with MSE 0.068199165 and an accuracy of 82.14%. Based on the level of confusion, it was found that the Conjugate Gradient Beale Powell Restarts procedure was better than the other architectures, including 11- 5- 1, 11- 6- 1, 11- 7- 1, 11- 3- 1. the number of accident victims for the next 1 year (Year 2023).

Abstract

Liver disease is a disease that has existed for a long time and is quite common in society. This disease occurs because the liver cannot work optimally due to inflammation or viruses. Therefore, one of the ways used to determine liver disease is to do a blood test in the laboratory so as to obtain information in the form of enzyme levels, but blood tests in the laboratory require a fairly expensive so that predictions using machine learning is needed for this case, because the symptoms of liver disease need to be handled quickly. Medical record Data and laboratory results produce many features while too many features can reduce the value of accuracy in machine learning, so the features selection model is needed to determine the most influential features in machine learning. in this research that using three models of features selection, namely Random Forest Importance, Chi Square Test and Recursive Features Elimination and managed to get the two highest features, namely SGOT (Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase) and SGPT (Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase). Accuracy results will be compared between two features with eleven features using K-fold Cross Validation, and perform comparison using Features Extraction model using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Accuracy calculation is done using Random Forest algorithm, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, KNN, Gradient Boosting and Artificial Neural Network, the calculation accuracy using Random Forest algorithm with PCA between Eleven and two features decreased by 0.6%, while using features selection increased by 0.7%, found the highest accuracy using Random Forest algorithm with 2 features of 72.2%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has increased people's need for communication networks, especially fast internet, so media access with high bandwidth is needed to meet these needs. Network technology using copper media currently has limited bandwidth to meet the needs of internet subscribers, especially Telkom subscribers. Therefore, the copper access network is modernized with a fiber optic network. One of them is planning the construction of a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network. The design of the Fiber To Home network will be implemented in the village of Kota Pari, a village in the Pantai Cermin sub-district, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The design of this distribution network uses Google Earth while the method used in this design uses the SmallWorld application. Researchers plan to build a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network using Smallworld. In this final design study, the FTTH design process begins with the design of feeder cables and distribution cables to customers' homes with installation distances that have power according to ITU-T G.984 standards and regulations from PT. Telkom, namely the distance does not exceed 20 km and the receiving power is -28 dBm. The design or planning for the construction of the FTTH network by implementing the Smallworld application is still within standardization limits, so this design is feasible to implement.

Abstract

Troubleshooting is a systematic process of identifying the source of a problem in order to find a solution. The troubleshooting approach is carried out to systematically identify the source of the problem, and network administrators will follow up on reports or complaints from service users. This research aims to quickly identify network issues with devices experiencing disruptions. The solution is to develop a web-based application to monitor network devices. This research is implemented by querying the host table with conditions of "down" or "up," and the results are presented on the dashboard page. Monitoring is carried out based on the building zones in Building A, Building M, and Building I. The ping method is used to check the status of host devices through the Cacti server on the Raspberry Pi web server to detect network issues. The web-based Network Troubleshooting Notification System application can assist administrators in registering devices and monitoring them online, allowing them to monitor the number of devices experiencing "up" or "down" conditions.

Abstract

Inventory control is one of the most important working capital in a company. Every company, both large and small, has inventory in different quantities. With inventory planning, companies can fulfill buyer orders quickly and precisely, and will not cause excess inventory that can result in inefficient use of funds. CV. Himudo is a bottled mineral water distribution company (AMDK) that runs a mineral water production business. The process of inventory is a very important activity in the CV business. Himudo. Inventory activities in the warehouse include purchasing and checking mineral water raw materials. In practice, transactions in and out of goods in the company run every day, but the process of calculating the stock of goods is still done manually so that it takes a long time and errors often occur in making decisions to increase the stock of goods. Therefore, to support the achievement of the right raw material availability with more efficient inventory costs at CV. Himudo, it is necessary to do research on the analysis of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the implementation of the EOQ method by calculating the EOQ value, reorder point, and maximum inventory based on lead time and safety stock, helped produce stock management efficiency in CV. Abstract

The research was conducted at the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station located in Central Lombok. The problems identified in this study were the observer officers still monitoring the Automated Weather Observer System (AWOS) one by one on the display screen in the observation room and the monitoring distance between one device and another was too far, and there was no system to display the status of each device so that it takes a long time to monitor all the tools. The purpose of this study is for observation officers to check the status of the equipment at the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station and help observer officers monitor the equipment simultaneously in one view. This monitoring information system will later contain information about the equipment at the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station, including information on whether or not the equipment is active, detailed specifications for the equipment, year of manufacture, year of calibration and condition of the equipment. The monitoring information system for the BMKG tool was built using the waterfall method and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database with system testing using a black box. The results of this study are in the form of a tool monitoring information system that can make it easier for observer officers to monitor all the existing tools at the Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Meteorological Station. And based on the results of system testing using a blackbox, all system functions are running well.
