Abstract

Bappelitbangda (Development Planning, Research and Development Agency) is a government agency that has the task of assisting the Regent in implementing regional government. Bappelitbanda has several systems that are used to support work performance, one of which is the SIPD website system, one of these systems functions to be able to assist community reporting regarding regional development. On the website system, various obstacles are often encountered, one of which is accessing or logging in to the intended menu which is very complicated, the display does not match. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the usability related to the SIPD website system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation method. Using this method is useful for assessing a system regarding usability. The data obtained from this study by distributing questionnaires found 20 respondents. The results of calculating the average score based on the SUS method are 34.20454545, which means that the system is declared Not Acceptable with a low position included in the F scale grade with poor branches, so it can be concluded that the use of the system cannot be fully used easily by system users, users still experience difficulties in using the SIPD system.

Abstract

The development of technology is enough to help humans in carrying out their daily activities. With the existence of technology, humans can easily access data and information anywhere and anytime. The use of technology most often used by people is to communicate because it can connect quickly and easily. The many activities that can be carried out through technology make some people need security and confidentiality in their activities and in their communications. The RSA algorithm has 2 types of keys for security, namely the Public key and the Private key. The public key can be given to anyone while the private key can only be known by interested people. MsOutlook is software that can be used to exchange messages with other people and Open PGP is software that is equipped with cryptographic capabilities, namely encryption and decryption. Encryption is used to convert messages that were originally plaintext to ciphertext and decryption is used to translate ciphertext to plaintext. The purpose of this research is to help explain how MsOutlook and Open PGP are integrated with each other to help maintain the confidentiality of messages sent. As for the results obtained from the results of this research is to display encryption and decryption in maintaining the confidentiality of messages that have been sent by using a passphrase to access the message.

Abstract

Sometimes on a website, which is mainly in the government, there is not enough attention to the design that is made, so that the appearance and contents inside are not well organized. A good user interface will make recommendations for admins in making appearances on the website, especially those owned by the Bappelitbangda Kab, Purbalingga website. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for an attractive web appearance to the admin to minimize data input errors made by the admin and make it easy for the public or other users to find out information on the Bappelitbangda Purbalingga web, with this analysis it can be useful as public knowledge to find out information in the area Purbalingga. Based on the results of the user interface analysis, Bappelitbangda Purbalingga website which was conducted by 15 employees using 7 aspects of the user interface, it was concluded that the average respondent stated that it was good. This was obtained based on the results of the data research questionnaire on each aspect of the user interface.

Abstract

Attendance is a measuring tool to find out whether an employee or employees in an agency come to work at a certain time or not. This term is most often used for employees or clerks who work hourly hours. Employees or workers with hourly wages are usually paid according to the hours worked. Even if it looks different from other employees or full time employees. This study uses the eigenfaces technique as a result of transforming facial images into a set of facial characteristic features in the form of eigenvectors from the covariant matrices of the facial images. In the approach and recognition of faces, it is explained that eigenfaces do not see certain features on the face such as eyes, mouth, nose, etc. to detect and recognize faces. The results of the research by applying the eigenfaces technique to the employee attendance system by applying the eigenface technique based on face recognition are very effective in accuracy in at Klambir V Village Office.

Abstract

For the purpose of gathering data, observations, interviews, and literature reviews were made. The administration level of access is provided by the design of the village information system, and it includes entity relationship diagrams in the database design in addition to analysis, design, coding, and testing services. The availability of a website-based village information system would make it easier for village officials to process village information data and provide information on village government in Lau Gumba Village more effectively and efficiently. Additionally, researchers introduced components of widely informed activities. As a way of information in web development in Lau Gumba Village utilizing the prototype approach in design, the village information system is outfitted with a web-based display so that users can modify the content in the system. North Sumatra is home to the settlement of Lau Gumba. As a hamlet, there is still information that has not been widely disseminated by electronic means of communication. Designing an information system is important as a result. The use of technology has transformed how people obtain information and data. In both public and private institutions, technology helps organize management systems and labor processes. The usage of the Village Information System is one of the uses of information technology in village life (SID). This village information system was created utilizing the prototyping process, which is common for creating village information systems. As a result, a prototype model for a website-based savings and loan application was created.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is the ability of students to find solutions that are unusual, unique and have never been found by others. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of creative thinking skills possessed by students. The approach to this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The results of this study show that students can be divided into 2 parts of creative students, namely creative students are accepted and students who are not creative are not accepted. Data collection is done by providing creative types that have been done by students and includes indicators of creative thinking skills, namely fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. In this study, it was found that 5 students had a very creative thinking ability, 1 student had a creative thinking ability and 1 student had a low creative thinking ability.

Abstract

Plaintext is a message or information in the original form that has a text format. Plaintext can be opened using any text editor application because the plaintext information preparation system does not use a security key. In securing the message, the plaintext must be given a series of commands or program code to turn the plaintext into an encrypted message. The technique used in this study uses a transposition scheme, namely by rearranging the location of the characters without replacing the plaintext characters with other characters. The level of difficulty in this process depends on the parameter values ??B and C given and the iteration value used to generate the ciphertext. This study uses character arrangement with a 4 x 4 matrix pattern where each plaintext block will be divided based on 16 characters. Each block will be encrypted using a map that has been generated by Arnold's Cat Map. The results of the study found that the plaintext could be scrambled properly during the encryption process and was successfully returned to the original message at the time of decryption.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 9 Medan is a Vocational High School located in Medan City with various majors, such as Social Nursing, Computer Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Animation, and Visual Communication Design. Scheduling subjects is necessary so that the teaching and learning process can take place. The process of scheduling conventional subjects often results in schedule collisions. To overcome these problems the authors conducted research aimed at creating a Web-based Subject Scheduling Information System using the Prototyping Method. This application was created to prevent schedule collisions and facilitate the process of making subject scheduling. The prototyping method is carried out by interviewing prospective users. The resulting system helps with scheduling with a class schedule approach in one week. So that making a schedule only needs to choose subjects and supporting teachers. In addition, users are assisted by the set number of schedules below the minimum and standards for consideration in making schedules.

Abstract

Today's website is something that cannot be separated from the development of the world of technology and the internet. The website has been used by almost all groups and almost all agencies that exist today. One of the benefits of the website is as a medium for delivering technology-based information, both in its application in the fields of government, education, health or in the business sector. Ahass Nusantara jaya is an official Honda partner repair shop located on Jl. General Gatot Subroto, Kebondalem, Purwokerto Lor, Kec. Purwokerto Team, Banyumas Regency. Currently, ahass archipelago jaya, in the process of implementing its business, whether in managing data services or managing spare parts data, still uses ledger records, this often results in errors in recording service data and spare parts data. Then when the customer wants to buy a type of spare part, the workshop admin or officer takes a long time to find the availability of the item. Based on these problems, a website is created that can help solve the problems described above by using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, then using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in software modeling. . The XP method is used in this study, because this method is often used in designing systems that are not too large in nature, besides that the XP method is also considered a fast and efficient method. From the results of the research that has been carried out by implementing system testing using the blackbox functional method, the result is that the website company profile ahass archipelago jaya runs according to the design that has been made and can be used by the admin in managing service data and motorbike spare parts. In addition, customers can also access the company profile website for ahass nusantara jaya to find information related to Janis, the types of spare parts provided, and can also find information on the process of servicing motors that are being carried out by ahass nusantara jaya mechanics.

Abstract

The Levenshtein Distance algorithm is a deletion, insertion and swap operation. Based on the test results that have been carried out, the levenshtein Distance algorithm is able to calculate the edit distance obtained from the matrix used to calculate the number of strings differences between two strings. The calculation of the distance between these two stings is determined from the minimum number of change operations to make string A into sting B. There are 3 main types of operations that can be performed by this algorithm: 1. change characters 2. add characters 3. delete characters This algorithm runs from the corner. top left of a two-dimensional array that has been filled with a number of characters from the initial string and the sting target and given the cost value. The cost value in the lower right corner becomes the edit distance value which represents the difference between the two strings.
