Abstract

PT. X is one of the 29 (twenty nine) oil palm plantations managed by PT. XY which is engaged in the agro-industry business. Assets are an important part of a company, so their management must also be appropriate. In managing the fixed assets contained in PT. X has been computerized using Microsoft Excel in the process of managing fixed asset data, but as a data processing tool Microsoft Excel has problems in presenting fixed asset reports which are quite time-consuming and inefficient, annual depreciation calculations must be inputted periodically, lots of fixed asset data in the form of transactions, monitoring, depreciation and procurement which are likely to be scattered and not well organized. The design of a web-based fixed asset management information system uses the waterfall method which has several stages, namely: system analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. Testing this website is in the form of a black box test. The result of this design is a fixed asset management information system for PT. X web-based by using the straight line method (Straight Line method) on depreciation of fixed assets. Then the results of testing the menu on the website go well as it should so it is expected that the website can be useful for PT. X and employees who work at PT. X.

Abstract

Coffee is a beverage made by brewing coffee beans that have been roasted and ground into coffee powder. The process of coffee before it can be drunk goes through a long process, namely from harvesting coffee beans that have been cooked and then drying the coffee beans before they become grain coffee. The next process is roasting the coffee beans and then grinding or grinding them into coffee powder before the coffee can finally be drunk. Coffee continues to grow until now it has become one of the most popular drinks in the world. It is consumed by various groups of people. Likewise with the Oro Coffee Gayo factory. The Oro Coffee Gayo factory also produces coffee starting from drying, roasting and grinding or roasting until it becomes coffee powder and sells it to the public. Not only that, the Oro Coffee Gayo factory also provides export-worthy places for coffee production until it is really exportable. Therefore we need a coffee production management information system at oro Coffee Gayo to facilitate work, facilitate management and data storage, which can help and facilitate performance, so that the process is carried out more effectively and accurately. and it is hoped that this system can be implemented and developed even better.

Abstract

The conventional method of recording and reporting sales transactions at PT. Teknologi Air Perkasa makes it difficult to find and access the data needed, and often loses data because it is only stored on a local computer. To solve the problems that have been described, a web and mobile based Point of Sales (POS) application is proposed. The POS application was developed with Waterfall software development method which then tested with black box testing method. After the application tested, it can be concluded that the POS application that had been developed is in accordance with the company’s needs, stores sales and product stock data online so that it can be easily accessed anytime and anywhere, produces sales reports and product stock reports which can simplify the operational of PT. Teknologi Air Perkasa and able to increase the competitiveness and customers’ attraction of PT. Teknologi Air Perkasa with the application of point system on every transaction and giving benefits in the form of discounts. The results of testing with the black box testing method that has been carried out on the POS application that has been developed, obtained data testing the functionality of application features that are appropriate as many as 233 and data testing the functionality of application features that are not suitable are 4 of the total tests carried out as many as 237, which means that the percentage for features in POS applications that have been developed whose functionality is appropriate is 98.3122% and the percentage for features in POS applications that have been developed whose functionality is not appropriate is 1.6878%, it can be concluded that features in web-based and mobile POS applications that have been developed in PT. Air Perkasa technology is already functioning according to the company's needs

Abstract

QGIS is a Geographic Information System (GIS) software used to analyze and map geographic data. In the context of mapping the distribution of rice and coffee, QGIS can be used to extract spatial data related to factors such as soil type, climate, elevation, or other environmental factors that affect the distribution and growth of these plants. analyzed. This study used QGIS software version 3.12.2 to map the distribution areas of rice and coffee. Rice and coffee are two important crops in agriculture and understanding their distribution can help in farm management and planning. The mapping methods used may include spatial data analysis, including using available spatial data such as satellite imagery or field data to identify and map areas suitable for rice and coffee cultivation and production. Paddy and coffee line mapping can provide an overview of growth patterns, availability of suitable land, or other environmental factors that affect the production of these crops. This information can be used in making decisions about agricultural development, resource allocation or sustainable development planning. ith using QGIS, agricultural researchers or practitioners can combine data from various sources, including satellite imagery, field data, or other data, to build maps that depict areas where rice and coffee grow well. This information can provide insight into crop distribution patterns, identify potential areas for agricultural development, or assist in making decisions regarding agricultural land management.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a serious problem faced by major cities worldwide, including Jakarta. One effort to address traffic congestion in Jakarta is by implementing Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) on certain road sections. The proposal for implementing ERP is a controversial policy in Jakarta, and understanding the sentiment of the community regarding this policy is crucial for decision-making. Twitter, as the largest social media platform, serves as a platform for the public to voice their opinions regarding this policy. This research aims to analyze the discourse sentiment related to the implementation of ERP in Jakarta using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The sentiment data used consists of positive and negative sentiments. The research results show that the SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy rate of 81%, precision of 83%, and recall of 85%.

Abstract

RT Management Information System (SIM-RT) is an important tool in the management of information and activities in the RT environment. However, there are still challenges in managing population data and recording RT activity effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the study aims to develop a web-based RT Management Information System that can facilitate the management of population data and the recording of RT activity. The research uses a Waterfall system development approach that includes needs analysis, user interface design, system development, testing, and evaluation. In the development of the system, the focus is on the web platform as the primary media that can be accessed by RT managers and RT citizens through the web browser. Key features noted include population data management such as basic information, marriage status, family data, as well as activity recording such as RT meetings, arisan, and gotong royong activities. Expected with the development of these systems, the management of information and activities in the RT environment can be more efficient and efficient. Users can easily access population data, perform searches and filters, and update information quickly. In addition, RT managers can also easily record and track activities carried out in the RT environment. The system development results were tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with an average total percentage score of 89%.

Abstract

PT Grandspot Cipta Solusi is a company engaged in the field of information technology which focuses on leasing systems and hardware for call centers. The recording of hardware data is still done manually through Excel media files. The current manual recording method is less effective and efficient and has the potential for data discrepancies and loss of goods. Therefore, we need a system that can help work so that it becomes more effective and efficient. The system development model used in designing this system is Rapid Application Development or RAD. Rapid Application Development is a fast system development method that usually takes 60 to 90 days. There are 4 stages in this method, namely: 1) Requirement Planning stage, 2) Design, 3) Construct, 4) Cutover. Entity Relationship Diagram is a depiction of a database conceptual design that represents the relationship between objects in the real world. PostgreSQL is one of the database software that has been actively developed to date and has been tested for its reliability. PHP is a programming language that can be integrated with HTML. The Goods Administration System is a system designed to help the user's work. With the creation of this system, it can make it easier for users to record existing hardware and make it easier for users to make reports addressed to superiors. In addition, recording also becomes more organized so that the user's work becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

A graphic designer is someone who is responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software. The concept is designed based on ideas that inspire and can captivate consumers in art and virtual forms in the form of pictures, words and other art forms. All companies will need a graphic designer in carrying out promotions, sales, recruitment or whatever will be closely related to graphic designers so that when recruiting and selecting graphic designers if it is done non-computerized it can cause losses for the company. Abstract

Hospitals are Health Facilities or Health Services for the community. In hospitals, medical records are a mandatory and important component that should not be ignored in hospitals. With medical science, law, health technology, and public awareness of their rights, medical record management must change and needs to be done effectively. Moreover, the development of technology and computer devices has become very sophisticated. The aim of the author's research is to make the hospital service process more efficient, including patient satisfaction and speed up the claims process against insurance underwriters, so an adequate and ideal information and communication technology service system is needed, namely an Electronic Medical Record System or medical record application to improve service quality. Apart from that, hospitals must have good medical records to facilitate and speed up the claims process with insurance underwriters. Implementing an electronic medical record system that can help employees no longer record and process medical record data manually. If it runs, there will be changes, namely the faster the process of insurance claims against hospitals and the system which was originally manual will become computerized, thereby speeding up service times at hospitals.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, companies are required to strengthen their information technology (IT) infrastructure in order to compete effectively in an increasingly competitive market. Selection of the right IT vendor is crucial for the success of corporate projects that involve implementing, repairing, or upgrading IT systems. However, the vendor selection process is often complicated and complex, involving multiple criteria and considerations that must be carefully analyzed. To overcome these challenges, this study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) based on the Weight Product (WP) method in selecting IT vendors for corporate projects. The WP method was chosen because of its ability to handle various criteria and provide the right weight for each criterion. The results of this study indicate that DSS based on the WP method can be an effective and efficient tool in helping companies choose the most suitable IT vendor for their projects. By reducing bias and subjective judgments, SPK can provide more objective and data-based results, which can increase the chances of project success and optimize company investment in information technology. This research contributes to companies facing the challenges of selecting IT vendors with a more structured and measurable. It is hoped that the use of DSS based on the WP method can help companies increase their competitiveness and achieve business goals through the application of appropriate and efficient information technology.
