WAHATUL MUJTAMA: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat
WAHATUL MUJTAMA: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar. It is in the national level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. WAHATUL MUJTAMA: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat contains various activities of the teaching staff and students in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. Implementation of service activities also involve the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society. In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish twice a year (June and December). Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of WAHATUL MUJTAMA should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. <![CDATA[Real Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar aims to take a role in helping the government of Tamalate Subdistrict, Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province, in realizing the mission of mental and spiritual development between religious communities by carrying out obligations and “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi” on the pillars of community service. This program begins with the method of analyzing the problems and needs of the community using SOAR analysis techniques. The results of the analysis established the program in the form of stimulation of akhlāq al-karīmah in the form of activities of Daurah Ilmiyah, Taḥsīn and Taḥfīẓ Qur'an, Watch Islamic Films, Lecture Competitions, and Devotional Work. Sharing the variety of activities carried out gives results in the form of increased spirit of learning and akhlāq al-karīmah from the students of Pesantren Al Haris.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of STIBA Makassar Batch IV is to carry out community service as a pillar of “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi”. The method of implementation of the service program begins by mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR Analysis. After the analysis is done, the work program is arranged according to the needs of the community. The successful work program was Taklim Qur'aniyah Virtual for Youth, Taklim Qur'aniyah Virtual for Mothers, Tarbiyah Qur'aniyah Virtual for Fathers. All these programs have shown significant initial results in accordance with the objectives of the KKN of STIBA Makassar that have been proclaimed, and will be continued by the Department of Dakwah and Cadreization of DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Muna Barat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar Batch IV is as a form of community service which is a pillar of the tridarma of universities, especially in the teaching of Arabic as the main program. The method of implementation of the service program begins by mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR analysis. After the analysis is done, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the community. After the analysis is done, it is prepared a work program that is appropriate and needed by the community. Successful work programs include: Simā'an Hafalan Santri, Social Service, Silaturahmi, Tajwid Science Teaching and Arabic Language Teaching as the main program of KKN STIBA Makassar Students. All these programs managed to run well and have shown results that are in accordance with the objectives of the KKN that have been proclaimed, namely the development of Islamic knowledge, increasing the capacity and reading skills of the Qur'an and the Arabic language of the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of STIBA Makassar Force IV is to improve the skills and cottonistas santri in interpreting the contents of the Qur'an through the Arabic language recycling program at Pondok Pesantren Darul Arqom. The method of implementing this community service program begins by mapping the problems and needs of students using SOAR analysis. After the analysis process is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the santri. In addition to carrying out the Arabic language recycling program, KKN students also help teachers in carrying out Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the hut. The result of this PkM is the interest in learning Arabic and the ability of santri in interpreting the content of the Qur'an is getting better.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of The Real Work Lecture (KKN) of students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar aims to take a role in helping the Government of Bone Regency of South Sulawesi Province in realizing the mission of mental and spiritual development between religious people and carrying out tri dharma higher education on the pillars of community service. The method of implementing the KKN program begins by observing the condition of the community using SOAR analysis. The work program is carried out both online and offline. Online activities include Taklim Fikih Wanita Pekanan and Kajian Muslimah with the target of Muslim women with a younger age and have the ability to access activities. While offline activities include Bimbingan Islam Intensif and Dirosa with the target of mothers who are unable to access activities through online. The enthusiasm of the community from all activities that have been carried out is quite large and becomes a recommendation so that there are still continued activities for the establishment of built areas.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the implementation of this KKN is to empower, foster, and increase the capacity of the local community. The method of implementing the KKN program begins by observing the condition of the community using SOAR analysis which then produces several programs including: (1) Seminar Al-Qur’an; (2) Tahfiz Harian; (3) Pengajaran Al-Qur’an Metode Dirosa; (4) Taklim Fikih Muslimah, dan (5) Poster Dakwah. All these programs are running well and smoothly, this is characterized by the continued program of coaching and teaching of the Qur'an even though the KKN has ended. As a result, there appears to be a change in the attitudes and behavior of more religious people, and the ability to read the Qur'an is getting better.]]>

After the analysis is done, the work program is arranged according to the needs of the community. Successful work programs are the Teaching of the Qur'an, Teaching Arabic, Taklim Muslimah and The Festival of the Pious Children. All this work program has been implemented and showed good initial results and will be followed up by Muslimah Wahdah of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) with the concept of “KKN Kemanusiaan of West Sulawesi” is to realize community service which is a pillar of “Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi”. The method of implementing this program is to map the problem using SOAR analysis. After analyzing the problems and needs of the community, several appropriate work programs are prepared. Successful work programs are Dirosah Method of Al-Qur’an Learning, Weekly Taklim, Community Service, Tablig Akbar, TK/ TPA, Clean Friday, and others. The results of the activities showed that STIBA students are able to serve the people affected by the disaster seriously so that they get a lot of social experience. The community of Ulumanda, especially in Kabiraan village, feel very helped by the presence of students during KKN there and fully support the implementation of “KKN Kemanusiaan STIBA Makassar” for the recovery of the state of the community after the earthquake disaster. All parties expect the sustainability of KKN activities in terms of construction both formally and non-formally for Kabiraan village.]]>

<![CDATA[Online learning during Covid-19 pandemic allows teaching and learning activities to occur without having to meet physically and at a distance by utilizing a computer or smartphone. However, the digital skills of Indonesian teachers are still low. So that the evaluation of online learning outcomes is less effective and does not characterize evaluations that measure cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. Evaluation is mostly done by giving assignments via Whatsapp, not measurements or tests. While there are many applications that can be used to measure student learning progress, such as Google Forms, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Wordwall. Therefore, community service was carried out in the form of a Workshop of online learning evaluation for elementary school teachers: partners of PGSD UNM Campus VI Bone. This community service is carried out by means of lectures, demonstrations or practices, and evaluation of the results of the training. The result shows that teachers master the use of Google Forms as an effective evaluation platform. Partner teachers are expected to be able to train colleagues both through workshops at the school level and at the Teacher Working Group to improve the digital skills of Indonesian teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning Arabic is one way to make it easier to learn, memorize, practice, and understand the contents of the Qur'an. Learning Arabic will also make it easier for us to understand, memorize, explain and practice the traditions of the Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam. Therefore, researchers are trying to introduce Arabic to the children of TPQ Ar-Rahmah at South Pacet Village, with the hope of attracting the younger generation and interested in learning Islam more deeply. The problem faced in implementing the program is the lack of motivation and encouragement from parents and the surrounding environment to study religion, it is often found that children are absent from TPQ Ar-Rahmah so that learning is less than optimal. For learning activities, the researcher introduced basic Arabic vocabulary to TPQ Ar-Rahmah students such as vocabulary about body parts and then introduced basic conversations such as self-introduction in Arabic. This program is running smoothly as the main program of KUKERTA STAI Ali bin Abi Talib Surabaya and has shown the planned results that children can get to know Arabic and Islamic knowledge.]]>
