WAHATUL MUJTAMA: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar. It is in the national level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. WAHATUL MUJTAMA: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat contains various activities of the teaching staff and students in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Islam dan Bahasa Arab (STIBA) Makassar in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. Implementation of service activities also involve the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society. In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish twice a year (June and December). Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of WAHATUL MUJTAMA should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Further details on reviewing policy and processes are available on submission guidelines.

Abstract

Community service program was conducted in Kaloling Village, Bantaeng Regency (200 km from Makassar City). Kaloling village has the characteristics of a religious community, hardworking, open-minded, and supported by educational facilities available at all levels of education. However, kaloling villagers do not have the opportunity to study the Qur'an intensively because of their daily routine and busy work. therefore, the activities of KKN STIBA Makassar in Bantaeng Regency are focused on community development programs to study the Qur'an, called "Gemar Qur'an". In its implementation, PkM began by using soar analysis approach to the needs of local community empowerment. From the analysis, the Qur'an learning movement program consists of two activities, Tahsinul Qiro'ah (improvement of qur'an reading) for Muslims and Daurah Memorization and muroja'ah Al-Qur'an for children. the result of this PkM activity is formed several learning groups of the Qur'an consisting of various age levels for tahsinul Qiro'ah activities. Other results are increased motivation and enthusiasm of children in learning, as well as playing and having fun while learning.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Boarding Schools) is one of the educational services that are quite influential in the development of Muslim communities in Indonesia, including in the Region of South Sulawesi. One of the Boarding Schools located in Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi, is Pondok Pesantren Ulul Albab. Pondok Pesantren Ulul Albab focuses on the construction of memorization and teaching of the Qur'an. In addition, this boarding schools also continues to carry out formal learning in the classroom. therefore, Pondok Pesantren Ulul Albab became one of the destinations 4th KKN STIBA Makassar IV. The purpose of this Field Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar is to realize community service which is a pillar of the tri dharma of higher education in Indonesia. The method of community service implementation in Pondok Pesantren Ulul Albab begins with mapping the problems and needs of boarding schools by using instruments made simply by SOAR analysis. After that, mapping the work program that suits the needs of boarding schools. The program of activities carried out by students of STIBA Makassar is Qur'an and tahsin education, classroom learning, Friday sermons, lecture training, and devotional work. The results of the KKN program can be seen from enthusiastic students and teachers who are getting better at learning and teaching the Qur'an. It also provides a new learning experience for teachers and students.

Abstract

Kenari Village is a village located in Lemito Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. The people of Kenari Village have a religious character so that there are good enough da'wah opportunities for students of KKN STIBA Makassar in Gorontalo to develop the competence of da'wah in the field. The method of implementation of KKN is started by conducting field surveys using self-made instruments and then conducted SOAR analysis. After conducting observations and consultations with the Muslimah Wahdah Pahuwuto, then determined the kkn team work program as follows: Friday Study, Tahfiz Qur'an Daily, Adult Qur'an Education (Dirosa), Memorizing Hadith Kitabul Jami', Teaching Arabic, TPA / TPQ, Tahsin (improving reading). As a result, the KKN program can be carried out well and smoothly despite some changes and additions and time that are not as planned. As for the success achieved, it appears to improve the quality of reading the Qur'an muslimah and students in the location KKN.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab suci yang menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan dan pengamalan ajaran-ajaran Islam. Oleh karena itu, membaca dan mempelajari Al-Qur’an merupakan kewajiban bagi seluruh umat muslim. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program Qur’anic Adventure dimaksudkan untuk menghadirkan beragam kegiatan pembinaan Al-Qur’an di tengah-tengah masyarakat, khususnya di daerah pedesaan agar dapat lebih mendekatkan masyarakat terhadap nilai-nilai Qur’aniyah sebagai pintu gerbang keberlanjutan program pembelajaran Islam secara intensif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan pengamatan awal, maka program Qur’anic Adventure yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari lima kegiatan yaitu: 1) Halaqoh Qur’aniyah; 2) Safari Dakwah dan Wakaf Qur’an; 3) Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Muslimah (DIROSA); 4) Pembinaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA), dan 5) Tahfiz Weekend Muslimah. Hasil pelaksanaan Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang dikemas dalam program Qur’anic Adventure dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat serta menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat utamanya dalam upaya peningkatan bidang spiritual.

Abstract

PkM aims to: (1) Foster social awareness of students in preaching based on Islamic science that has been obtained while in STIBA Makassar; (2) Practicing Tri Dharma of higher education for Field Guidance Lecturers (DPL) on the pillars of community service; (3) Develop the existence of STIBA Makassar as a university based on the recruitment of scholars and organizers who benefit the community. Therefore, PKM is held in the highland area of Wakinamboro Village, is one of 9 villages located in Siompu Subdistrict, South Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. PkM is started by conducting a field survey and then continued by using SOAR analysis as a material to develop a work program, so that 2 activities for less touched areas da'wah because of its geographical location. The two activities are teaching the Qur'an and tahfiz class for teenager. The result of this activity is the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children and adolescents in Wakinamboro Village increased. The community also felt very helped and thanked by the program held by students kkn STIBA Makassar because their children are able to read the Qur'an faster than ever.

Abstract

Bonto Lojong village has a status as a definitive village and is classified as a self-help village, including a village that is quite potential, developed and open. However, religious activities are not very lively, so this becomes the basis for the implementation of PKM STIBA Makassar. To identify problems that occur in the community, map problems, the needs of the da'wah movement, and develop strategies for the preparation of KKN programs, soar analysis is used with the results obtained; Strenght: muntea village, Bonto Lojong village, Uluere sub-district and Sunggumanai sub-village Pa'jukukang Pa'jukukang subdistrict Bantaeng 100% Muslim, and open-minded, and STUDENTS STIBA Makassar has been equipped with good religious understanding, has da'wah skills; Oppurtunities: support and cooperation of apparat villages and communities; Aspiration: stakeholders facilitate the community to obtain its spiritual needs; Result: people become more understanding of their religion well. The results of this analysis Realize kultum activities and hadith readings. After the existence of this program, people began to be interested to listen to the reading of hadith and kultum delivered by students of KKN STIBA Makassar. This will certainly add insight to the Islamic congregation of the mosque.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic presents its own challenges for the implementation of education, research, and community service. Various adaptations are made so that academic activities can continue to run well, not least the implementation of KKN STIBA Makassar in Bangka Belitung Region. Bangka Belitung Island Province is a province in Indonesia consisting of two main islands namely Bangka Island and Belitung Island as well as hundreds of small islands. The purpose of the implementation of virtual community service is intended so that the condition of pandemic covid-19 is not the reason for the unfulperforming of various muslimah education and coaching activities by students of KKN STIBA Makassar in Bangka Belitung region. The various virtual activities carried out for Muslims are: 1) Virtual weekly Taklim Muslimah; 2) Construction of DIROSA; 3) Tahsin and Tahfiz Online; 4) Virtual Arabic Teaching; 5) Learn Islam Intensively Online; and 6) Pre-Ramadan Webinar. Although in the implementation there are obstacles, such as the condition of the network both participants and committees are less supportive, but the obstacles do not reduce the spirit of da'wah KKN IV STIBA Makassar students in Bangka Belitung Region, to be able to produce twenty active mentors who follow various virtual coaching programs during the kkn period is implemented.

Abstract

The Sharia Council of Wahdah Islamiyah is one of the strategic institutions in the structure of Wahdah Islamiyah Organization that has many visual recordings related to sharia consultations delivered by citizens. Therefore, in order to obtain broader benefits, the Sharia Council of Wahdah Islamiyah considers it important to do a transcript on the sharia consultation video. This process is done by copying the data through the recorded visual video. During one month of transcript process, 23 transcript files of Sharia Consultation were collected which were divided into five commissions, namely: General Commission, Worship Commission, Usrah Commission, Akidah Commission and Muamalah Commission. The results of this transcript were sent to the official email of the Sharia Council of Wahdah Islamiyah as an archive. The archive of transcripts of Wahdah Islamiyah Sharia Consultation that has been typed, can be one of the references of the Sharia Council which contains a collection of Questions and Answers (Q&A) of the Sharia Council of Wahdah Islamiyah and can be printed into a book for wider benefit.

Abstract

Arabic is a foreign language whose position is considered important especially for Muslims. Learning it is sometimes difficult for most people, especially for young children who do not attend madrasa-based schools. This is the reason for the Thematic KKN FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya Students wish to form a small group to teach Arabic to them. In providing learning Arabic, the right strategy is needed so that learning becomes more interactive and not boring. Therefore, by utilizing the Sukamulya Complex side, which incidentally is a tourist area, learning activities are carried out outdoors so that the atmosphere becomes more pleasant. The method used in this activity is the method of games and demonstrations and uses a visual media-based approach in the form of objects around. The result of this activity is that they increase their enthusiasm in learning Arabic, increase their knowledge and insight regarding Arabic vocabulary, and can instill a love of nature through Arabic..

Abstract

The purpose of the STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) is part of a form of community service which is one of the three important pillars of a university, specifically the da'wah approach to the community by using a unique approach based on benefits, namely the activities of the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. The method of implementing the service program begins by conducting a study of the needs of the community from children to the elderly using SOAR analysis. After the analysis is carried out, the next step is the preparation of work programs needed by the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented include: Islamic Boarding School Ramadhan, teaching TK/TPA, and Training for Organizing the Body. All programs are running well and have shown results in accordance with the planned KKN objectives, namely to make the people of Sicini Village a more religious community through special coaching during the month of Ramadan.
