Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMP Al-Falah Jangkar, dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen sarana prasarana dalam menunjang kompetensi guru. Adapun metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang objektif, faktual, akurat dan sistematis, mengenai masalah-masalah yang ada di obyek penelitian. Data tentang obyek penelitian ini di peroleh dengan cara observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pembahasan yang di peroleh dari penlitian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa manajemen sarana prasarana dalam SMP Al-Falah sudah baik karena dapat di lihat dari bagaimana cara kepala sekolah dalam memanaj sarana prasarana melalui beberapa tahapanya itu perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, penginventarisasian, dan terakhir penghapusan. Salah satunya tidak kalah penting adalah kelengkapan sarana prasarana mengikuti kemajuan jaman.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher used qualitative research. The type of research in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews, while secondary data is obtained through documentation photos from informants related to the study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the low level of school administration services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih. In order to improve administrative services to be better and understand the factors that contribute to administrative services and analyze the impact of low administrative services to formulate recommendations and strategies for improving administrative services. The results of this study indicate that the low factors that make administrative services low are human resources factors, lack of training in the use of new technology and service facility factors. The impact faced in administrative services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih is the lack of focus on work due to the absence of a clear organizational structure in the field of service administration. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, improvements must be made so that the administrative service process runs well. Increase quality and provide training to employees to maximize performance.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of religious culture-based management in improving the quality of education at SMK Darul Ulum Banyuputih with the following problem formulations: (1) How is the implementation of religious culture-based management in improving the quality of education at SMK Darul Ulum Banyuputih? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of religious culture-based management in improving the quality of education at SMK Darul Ulum Banyuputih? This study aims to describe both of these things. To achieve these goals, this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method research type. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected data are interpreted and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the reality of religious culture at SMK Darul Ulum Banyuputih includes: 5S (smile, greeting, greeting, polite, courteous), implementation of congregational dhuha prayer, habituation of reciting asmaul husana, memorizing the Qur'an, inspirational stories. The implementation of religious culture can influence the implementation of high-quality education and the formation of positive attitudes and morals for all students in educational institutions.

Abstract

Student management in language is all matters relating to the arrangement of students in schools, aiming to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students are developed through channeling aspirations and fulfilling needs. The scope of student management in the learning process is to regulate the presence and absence of students, grouping of students, guidance and monitoring. The formulation of the problem in this study examines aboutHow much student management contributes to PAI online learning activities at SD AMI Denpasar Bali. The purpose of this research is; (1) To find out the influence of student management on PAI online learning activities at SD AMI Denpasar Bali. (2) To find out how much contribution student management contributes to PAI online learning activities at SD AMI Denpasar Bali. This study uses quantitative research, with the respondents being Muslim students in SD AMI Denpasar. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant positive influence on student management on pai learning activities online at AMI Denpasar Elementary School, known thitung > ttabel, which is 2,662 > 1,717, so Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that the coefficient of meaningful correlation / significant 2) student management variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 19.6% to the variable of learning activity (Y) which is classified as low and the rest is 80.4% influenced by f Other actors who are not researched by the author.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal, student discipline, and the role of the principal's leadership in improving student discipline at MA AL-FALAH Jangkar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods to obtain in-depth and comprehensive information about the role of the principal's leadership at MA Al-Falah and student discipline at MA Al-Falah. The results of the study showed that the role of the principal greatly influenced student learning achievement, especially student discipline. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the increase in student discipline at MA Al-Falah Jangkar is quite good, but there are still shortcomings in enforcing regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui sejauhmana Hubungan Motifasi Belajar Siswa Dengan Prestasi Siswa Pada Mata pelajaran Fikih di MTS Nurul Huda Jumlah Sampel yang Digunakan Penelitian ini sebanyak 23 siswa, diambil dari seluruh siswa kelas VIII, yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel X dan Y dengan menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas yang telah diolah mengggunakan bantuan program SPSS 22. bahwa diketahui semua item angeket motivasi belajar siswa dinyatakan valid dikarenakan rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,413. Berdasarkan hasil uji t berbantuan SPSS 22.0 for windows menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 2,653 dan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari taraf nyata () 0,05, hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTS Nurul Huda Kabupaten Situbondo Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023..

Abstract

Program Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab adalah salah salah satu Program pembelajaran yang sering diajarkan dan dikaji pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam seperti Pondok Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ngesong-Sengon Jombang adalah salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang melaksanakan Program pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, dan menjadikan salah satu syarat dalam kenaikan kelas pada madrasah diniah Awaliah, Wustho dan Ulya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan manajemen Program pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ngesong-Sengon Jombang. Majunya suatu lemabaga Pendidikan Bahasa Nafira pondok pesantren Darussalam sengon jombang ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusinya dan didukung dengan penerapan konsep menejemen yang baik. Konsep manajemen dimulai dari perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan ( Planning ), Perorganisasian ( organizing ), kepemimpinan (leading) dan pengendalian (controlling). Hal tersebut yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini khususnya hal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen lemabaga An-Nafira. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Deskriftif Kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, foto, video, dokumen dan brosur-brosur kemudian membanding-bandingkan, mengkombinasikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga Bahasa NAFIRA telah melaksanakan peran strategis bagi kemajuan umat dan bangsa dengan menerapakan sistem pola manajemen dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang teori kepemimpinan dalam pandangan Islam, memahami apa itu kepemimpinan, serta perspektif beberapa pendapat tokoh dari Islam. Metode dan tipe pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan buku, jurnal dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang mendukung tema penelitian, termasuk literatur tentang teori kepemiminan, pandangan Islam terhadap kepemimpinan. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep kepimimpinan dalam Islam, merupakan cara pandang yang menjadi dasar landasan pemikiran dalam berperan menjadi seorang pemimpin yang mencakup beberapa aspek yaitu; aspek pengaruh, aspek keharmonisan, dan aspek karakteristik.
