The purpose of this study was to determine “Comparison of Part Methodand Whole Method to Improve Single Number Art Skills in Pencak SilatSports”. The research method used is an experimental research method.The population in this study were Pencak Silat athletes in Cimahi city asmany as 10 people. The sample that the researcher uses is 8 people usinga purposive sampling approach with the criteria determined in this sampling technique. The sample is a Pencak Silat Athlete in Cimahi City in the single art category. The instrument used in this research is a single category Pencak Silat Scoring Sheet. The data analysis test used the paired sample t test and to find the difference in the average used the independent sample t test. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the  Part Method on increasing single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat, then there is no effect of the whole training method (Whole Method) on increasing single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat, and the final result there is a difference in the effect of the Part Method and the Whole Method on the improvement of single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat.

Mastery of the T kick skill is a basic equipment that must be mastered by athletes in order to achieve achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of hurdle drill exercises on improving T kick skills in pencak silat athletes. Hurdle drill exercises are used to improve power, strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and help in improvising aspects of movement such as improving technical movement skills. The method used in this study is an experimental method using The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study was the athletes of the Student Achievement Pencak Silat Club (PSPP) as many as 16 athletes who were taken using the Total Sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting an initial test and then given a hurdle drill exercise treatment by passing the hurdles, then a final test was carried out. The instrument used in this study is the T kick skill test. The results of the hurdle drill exercise have an effect on increasing the T kick skill. High intensity interval trainingis an effective and efficient method of endurance training consisting of several exercise cycles of short duration and each cycle using a combination of high-intensity exercise and interspersed rest with low-intensity exercise. The problem in this study is whether the application of the high intensity interval training method using an elevation training mask has an effect on increasing lactasid anaerobic ability. With the use of an elevation training mask that is used when undergoing the high intensity interval training method, it is expected to increase the lactasid anaerobic ability of UPI futsal players. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the high intensity interval training method using an elevation training mask on the increase in lactaside anaerobic ability of UPI male futsal players. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. The sample consisted of 10 people who were selected by purposive sampling based on the researcher's criteria. The research instrument used consisted of the Rast test and the Multitsgae Hurdle Jump test. The research design is a one group pretest-posttest design. To analyze the data used t-test. Rowing is the dominant endurance sport, so rowing trainers must be more observant in providing forms of training to improve physical condition, especially in the endurance component. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method was chosen as the training method used to improve the results of the 6000 m rowing test ergonometer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method on the results of increasing the 6000 m rowing test ergometer. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a research design of One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. 4 Rowing athletes in Bandung were selected and used as samples in this study. The training was carried out for 4 weeks with a total of 12 meetings and 3 meetings a week. The instrument used is a rowing ergometer 6000 m test. This study aims to determine whether the effect of Positive Self- Concept on the self-confidence of volleyball athletes when competing. The formation of a positive self-concept for athletes becomes something important. Positive Self-Concept directly affects one's self-esteem and feelings about oneself. Self-concept is an important part of a person's personal development. The method used is the experimental method. The research used in this research is the Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. The population that the researcher used in this study was the female volleyball athlete Kharisma Premium. The total population to be studied is 18 senior athletes of Kharisma Premium volleyball. Samples were selected from the population using purposive sampling technique with a total of 12 people. The sample was given treatment in the form of Positive Self Concept which was arranged in an exercise program for 4 weeks. Before and after being given treatment, the sample was tested for self-confidence questionnaire. The problems raised regarding improving kick techniques in pencak silat can be done with various forms of exercise, one form of exercise in this study is interval training using kettlebells. To find out the extent of the role of exercise, the researcher used an experimental method with a pre-experimental approach. The population in this study were 15 athletes from the POPSI Bhayu Manunggal hermitage, Bandung, West Java. The number of samples was 15 athletes and the technique used was purposive sampling. This research instrument uses a basic ability measurement test (MFS) of the pencak silat kickback technique developed by Johansyah Lubis. The results of research on the effect of interval training using kettlebells on back, hip, and leg slamming techniques, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect. Overall, the results of the initial and final tests experienced significant (meaningful) changes in the results of the pencak silat kickbacks. Then to find out the effect of differences in interval training methods by using kettlebells on the technique of slamming in the sport of pencak silat there is a significant difference in point scores between the initial test and the final test on each component of the slam. The study aims to description  of the ability of men's and women's running speed to the results of the 100-meter sprint. This research is descriptive quantitative, with a survey with a 100-meter test. The population in this study were students of the 2021 Class of Sports Coaching Education with 33 people. The data analysis technique uses percentage statistics. The results showed that the average running ability of men was 14.74 seconds, with the fastest running 13 seconds and 16.69 seconds late. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of implementing circuit training through the reverse periodization model on increasing endurance. The research method used is an experimental method using One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Purposive Sampling was used for sampling as many as 14 samples from UPI female futsal players. The sample did a Pre-test to determine the Power Endurance of each sample, then they were treated with 12 meetings for 4 weeks with Circuit Training, after that the sample did a Post-test to determine the effect of the Treatment. The data processing technique used descriptive data analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and Paired Sample T-Test test. Research data that has been obtained and analyzed using the Paired Sampe TTest test with the IBM SPSS version 25.0 computer application. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in the impact of the application of the reverse periodization model on increasing the power endurance ability with a sig value. 0.00 0.05. it can be said that there is a significant increase in the impact of implementing circuit training through the reverse periodization model on increasing power endurance capabilities.

This research uses a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach to compare technical skills among basketball positions in female athletes from Porda Bandung City and Bandung Regency West. The study aims to identify technical differences in basketball positions such as point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center. Data was collected from 15 athletes in each team through tests and documentation. The findings show significant differences in technical skills, particularly in passing, dribbling, lay up, under the ring, and shooting, with variations between the teams for each position. This study aims to compare the concentration of students who take extracurricular archery at SMAN Soreang. The method used is descriptive independent sample T Test. The research population is all students of SMAN Soreang. Sampling used a total sampling technique which visited 20 students who took archery extracurricular and 20 students who did not participate in archery extracurricular at random. The instrument used in this research is the Grid Concentration test and processing the data obtained using inferential statistical data analysis. The result of this research is that there are significant differences in concentration levels between students who take and do not take archery extracurriculars. Students who take archery extracurricular tend to have a higher concentration level than students who do not take archery extracurricular.
