Abstract

The problems formulated from this study is whether organizational communication and organizational culture have influence on the performance of employees Social Part of Lahat District Secretariat. While the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results show the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.446. This means that the variable organizational communication and organizational culture can explain the performance variable (Y) was 44.6%, while the remaining 55.4% explained by other variables not included in the model of this research. Furthermore, calculation of F obtained a value of 30,995, while a significant Ftable 3.9604 at α = 0.05, it can be seen that F count> F table. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between independent variables (organizational communication and organizational culture) to the dependent variable (employee performance) at the Secretariat of the Social Section of Lahat Regency. Furthermore, the results of the t test calculations can be in the know tcount of organizational communication variables (X1) is equal to 3,429 and ttable of 1.6649 (t count> t table) which means testing the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This suggests that partially with LOS (level of significance) α = 0.05 there is the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, whereas for organizational culture (X2) and 2,772 tcount ttable 1.6649 with LOS (level of significance) α = 0.05. In other words t count> t table means testing Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. 2013-2018. This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Research period 2013-2018. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used to test the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on a company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data. Sources of data from this study were obtained by downloading the company's 2013-2018 financial statements, which were obtained through a website published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance Influences Financial Performance and Leverage does not influence financial performance.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the work climate and communication on the occupational spirit of the library service and archivist empat lawang district. The number of samples used in the study is 32 library and archive employees empat lawang district using census methods, the method for collecting data used in this study is a library study. Then the field study of interviews, observations, that deals with the problems being studied for clear data. The method of analysis used in this study is qualitative and quantitative analysis that is data analysis using a linear regression formula with a equations . Based on research done on library and archive services empat lawang district, and analysis of the effects of the working climate and communication on the spirit of work might be drawn the following: tests is shown there isa significant influence on employment climate variables (X1) on employment spirits while communication variables have no bearing on the occupational spirit of the library and archive service empat lawang district. Test f is found ina linear relationship between the work climate (X1) and communication (X2) together or simultaneously have a significant impact on the spirit of work for the library services and archive service empat lawang district (Y). Of the two factors, the work climate and communication that have the most dominant influence on the spirit of work for the library and archive service empat lawang district is the work climate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of supervision and workload on the discipline of Bappeda Staff in South OKU Regency. Based on the results of data analysis by researcher and the discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an influence of supervision and workload on work discipline both partially and simultaneously Bappeda Litbang employees in South OKU Regency. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.942 then the amount of contribution between supervision and workload on work discipline obtained a contribution of 94.2%, while the remaining 5.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as objectives and abilities, role models leader, remuneration, justice, inherent supervision (waskat), sanctions, assertiveness, and human relations (Hasibuan (2017: 192))

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of leaders’ communication toward the organisations’ performance on insurance companies in Palembang. The data used in this research is a primary data that obtained from the questionnaires. The number of sample research is 54 respondents from five insurance companies in Palembang, such as PT. Asuransi Mega Pratama Palembang.The method of data collection is questionnaire with chi square analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a significant difference between the respondents with low intensity of communication and high intensity of communication to their leaders toward the employees’ performance on insurance companies in Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Baturaja Religious Court. The author conducted research using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, with the help of SPSS 24. The technique for data was through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Before the analysis, the authors conducted a validity test and a reliability test so that the data obtained were valid and reliable. From the results of the regression equation analysis Y = - 1.255 + 0.420X1 + 0.674X2 + 0.358X3. Hypothesis testing shows that Remuneration, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Employee Performance at the Baturaja Religious Court, either partially or simultaneously. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.954, which means that the variables of Remuneration, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction contribute to Employee Work Effectiveness by 95.4% while the remaining is 4.6% or varied by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine the effect of clarity of budget targets, accounting control on the OKU District Government Agency Performance Accountability report. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. From the results of this study it can be concluded that, partially there is a significant effect of clarity of budget targets on the Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies of OKU Regency, and there is no significant effect of accounting control on the Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies of OKU Regency. The contribution of the clarity of budget objectives, accounting control on Performance Accountability was 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the performance of revenue at the OKU Regency BAPENDA office analyzed from the 2013-2017 Budget Realization Report. The method used is descriptive quantitative by using analysis of variance and income growth. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the income performance based on analysis of variance in 2013-2017, which is an average of 87.59% in BAPENDA OKU Regency, results of variance analysis showed results below 100%, which means that BAPENDA OKU District has not been able to realize its regional tax revenues has been budgeted. Income growth from the budget realization report from 2013-2017 which reached an average of 11.86% because income growth in BAPENDA OKU Regency can be said to be good, although there are several types of taxes that have not been realized for that BAPENDA OKU Regency must optimize the results- the results of his income. From the results of the budget realization report that the author did show that the OKU Regency BAPENDA is very effective in realizing its income.

Abstract

This study discusses a comparative analysis of economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Data collection techniques used were data on economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports obtained from the official website. The analytical method used is the Paired Simple T-Test. The calculation results show that: (a) conditions of economic growth, there were significant differences in economic growth in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (b) consumption conditions, there are significant differences in consumption in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (c) investment conditions, there were significant differences in investment in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis and (d) net export conditions there were significant differences in net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Advice proposed that the South Sumatra government can pay more attention to the impact of the financial crisis on the economy, especially on export-import activities. Furthermore, the government can imply the implementation of policies to anticipate the impact of the global crisis both in South Sumatra and the need for an increase and optimization of economic potential both regional and central so that when the crisis occurs again.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and relationship to Store Atmosphere on consumer buying interest on AMEL Store, East Kikim Sub distrik, Lahat District. The population in this study are all customers coming to the store and, the sampling technique in this study was done by using accidental sampling in the range of May-August 2020 as a sample of 50 consumers. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 19 show that: (1) the result of the regression equation Y = 2,589 + 0,244X + e. thus variable Store Atmosphere a positive influence on consumer buying. (2) The value of a correlation of 0.801, which means the correlation is very strong because it is on the criteria> 0,75- 0,99. (3) The value of R Square is 0.592, indicating that 59,2% Interest in Purchase can be explained by Store Atmosphere. From the t-test is known to have variable X t = 8,338 with t table = 1.677. So tcount> t table (8,338 > 1.677), so the variable Store Atmosphere (X) has a significant influence on the variable interest purchase (Y). So we can conclude this hypothesis is accepted, that the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on the Interest Purchase in AMEL Store, It has been expected AMEL Store can continue to explore these other factors in order to increase buying interest in accordance with the tastes of consumers.
