Abstract

The results of the discussion obtained the value of Y = 161.135 + 0.010 + 5.580. Results of discussion obtained value Y = 161.135 + 0.010 + 5.580. Constant value of 24, 683 means if the independent variables are ignored then the value of the variable sales volume (Y) of 161.135. The variable value of Work Planning (X1) is 0,010 which means if the variable of selling price (X1) is increased by 0,010 it will increase variable of sales volume (Y) equal to 0,010. The value of the Promotion variable (X2) is 5,580 which means if the Promotion (X2) variable is increased by 5,580 it will increase the sales volume volume (Y) by 5,580.The value of the terminated coefficient is 0.983 or 98.3%, this means that the selling price and promotion have a contribution to the sales volume variable of 98.3% and the remaining 1.7% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. The results of the test together obtained the selling price variable (X1), and promotion (X2), having a joint effect on the sales volume variable (Y).The partial test shows that the selling price (X1) has a significant effect on increasing sales volume (Y) while the Promotion variable (X2) has a significant effect on the sales volume variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline behavior and work environment on the performance of PT Tri Prima Palembang employees. The population in this study were all employees of PT Tri Prima Palembang, totaling 63 people. The sampling technique is the Accidental Sampling technique, data analysis using validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect of 1.433, work environment has a positive effect and significant at 1.012 to the performance of employees of PT Tri Prima Palembang. . The results of the regression calculation show that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.478 or 47.8%. This means that the variables of work discipline and work motivation are able to explain the variation in the performance of PT Tri Prima Palembang employees by 47.8%, while the remaining 52.2% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: Identifying the Employee Placement System at the Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Sub-District Office.,. Identifying Employee Performance at the Pampangan District Office of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI)., Analyzing the influence of employee placement factors, namely Competence, Qualifications and Motivation on employee performance at the Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Sub-District Office. and Recommend alternative solutions to improve employee performance at the Pampangan District Office of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI).The results of the regression analysis show that competence, qualifications, and motivation have a real and positive effect, meaning that the Pampangan District Office of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI). If you want to improve employee performance, then competence, qualifications and motivation must also be improved. As an implication to the managerial aspect, there is a need for a competency standard in the placement of employees, there is a need for appropriate technical and functional education and training related to the main duties of each employee.

Abstract

The quality of the company plays an active role in increasing customer satisfaction through variables that influence it, including interpersonal communication, customer service quality, and brand image. The problem formulation of this research is whether interpersonal communication, customer service quality, and brand image have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research was conducted by searching for primary data through questionnaires to customers which was carried out using probability sampling method so that 100 samples were obtained from 133 populations. The research data was processed by statistical analysis with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing (t-test and f-test). The aims of this study are to determine the effect of: interpersonal communication, customer service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. The results of the study are: 1) interpersonal communication has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2) the quality of customer service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3) brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 4) interpersonal communication, customer service quality, and brand image together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Suggestions for further researchers to conduct further research discussing a wider scope such as adding other variables.

Abstract

This study title of this research is The Influence of Labor and Investment on Economic Growth in South Sumatra Province for the Period of 2001-2020. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Labor and Investment on Economic Growth in South Sumatra Province. This study uses time series data from 2001-2020 using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that partially the labor has a significant positive influence on economic growth in South Sumatra Province while investment has a negative but insignificant influence on economic growth in South Sumatra Province. Simultaneously, Labor and investment have a significant influence on economic growth in South Sumatra Province with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.961, which means that the contribution that can be given by the Labor and Investment variables to economic growth in South Sumatra Province is 96.1 percent while the remaining 3.9 percent is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Brand image, service quality, and rate of satisfaction on customer loyalthy (for example, customer PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia-Persero). The independent variables in this study are Brand Image, Service Quality, and Rate of Satisfaction. This is the customer loyalthy made by a PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). The data collection method is used by sending questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study are based on the data of 100 customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, using the coefficient of determination analysis, multiple regression analysis F-test and SPSS 26.00 testversion. It can be seen from the t-test results that the brand image t-value is 2.080, the service quality t-value is 8.052, and the rate of satisfaction t-value is 3.255, which are all greater than the t intable 1.688. This indicates that the brand image, the service quality and the rate of satisfaction may have a positive impact on the customer loyalthy of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. F-count>F-table or 31.004>2.87or significance level (signal) 0.000. The adjusted definition shows that the influence of brand image, the service quality, and the rate of satisfaction are 69.8%.In this study, the adjusted R2 value is 69.8%, which means that the dependent variable of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia’s customers maybe different. We canuse 69.8% of the model to explain using explanatory variables, and there maining 30.2% isused for other variables besides independent variables, namely the contribution of the brand image, the service quality, and the rate of satisfaction. the remaining 30.2%, namely the level of other variables that are not related to Brand Image, Service Quality, and Satisfaction Level.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. This study discusses the Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The analytical method used is quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain that the t-count for each variable of Organizational Culture (X1) is 4.458 and Employees’ Engagement (X2) is 3.622, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.052 which states that all variables have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The calculated F value of 91.749 is greater than the F table of 3.35 which states that together Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.872 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employees’ Performance is 87.2%, while the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables included in the model. This study, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives (Sedarmayanti, 2017: 228).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality and product arrangement on repurchase interest at Indomaret Talang Banyu Tebing Tinggi. The sample in this study were 70 respondents who were consumers of Indomaret Talang Banyu Tebing Tinggi. The sampling method used by the researcher is Insidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression and produce a regression equation : Y = 2.285+0.427+0.647. The results in this study are 1) The independent variable of product quality on the dependent variable of repurchase intention at Indomaret has a significant positive effect, because the value of T count is greater than T table and a significant level of 0.05 can be declared to have a positive effect. 2) The independent variable of goods arrangement on the variable of repurchase interest has a significant positive effect, because the value of T count is greater than T table and a significant level of 0.05 can be declared to have a positive effect. 3) Based on the F-Test, product quality and product arrangement have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on repurchase intention. It can be seen from the F-test that F count is 126,227, then Fcount > Ftable (44.404>2.74), with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Baturaja Mobile Multi Media. The data analysis method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain that the t-count of each variable of Work Morale (X1) was 2.024 and Work Discipline (X2) was 5.656, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.01973 which stated that all variables had a significant influence on Employees’ Work Productivity at PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work spirit and work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. The calculated F value of 40.975 was greater than the F table of 3.23 which stated that together Work Spirit and Work Discipline had a significant influence on Employees’ Work Productivity at PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.667 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Work Spirit and Work Discipline on Employees’ Work Productivity was 66.7% while the remaining 33.3% was influenced by other variables outside the variables included in this research model, namely supervision. , calmness, and perseverance in work (Busro, 2020:356).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work quality, supervision and work discipline on employee performance at Bandar Jaya Lahat Health Center, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were all employees of the Bandar Jaya Lahat Health Center, totaling 53 people. Then the method of determining the sample in this study using the census method. The census method is a method by collecting data on the total population. Testing the effect of Work Quality (X1) on Performance (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.014 <0.05, then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means Work Quality (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). Testing the effect of Supervision (X2) on Performance (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.000 <0.05, then accept Ha and reject Ho, which means that Supervision (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). Testing the effect of Work Discipline (X3) on the Performance variable (Y), obtained a Significant value, 0.000 <0.05, then accepting Ha and rejecting Ho, which means that Work Discipline (X3) has a significant effect on Performance (Y). The calculation results obtained a Significant value of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that Quality of Work (X1), Supervision (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y)
