Abstract

Irrigation is one of the best ways to meet farmers' water needs which will have an impact on increasing the productivity of agricultural products, D.I. Nagewer in Purwakarta Regency requires improvements to the construction of irrigation networks, this is indicated by the decline in agricultural product yields in the last five years. The entire irrigation network system of D.I. Nangewer requires an increase to the level of technical irrigation, namely to facilitate the operation of the irrigation network by farmers. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with direct observation in the form of topographic surveys, inventory of existing construction as well as hydrological and hydraulic surveys of existing irrigation networks, interviews with farming communities to find out actual data on damage and construction needs for irrigation networks and carrying out special mathematical analysis related to the results of topographic and hydrological surveys. , hydraulics. The results of the research include potential flood discharge for a return period of 2 years to 100 years in rivers used as the main source of irrigation water, information on existing discharge and mainstay discharge, construction dimensions for main buildings and primary channels resulting from evaluation of existing designs and the need for construction rehabilitation work plans.

Abstract

From 2020 to 2022, a pedestrian path has been built on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Pontianak City. The construction of this pedestrian path aims to provide public open space that is used for public purposes and is located in a space owned by the road. The pedestrian path separates pedestrians from private and public vehicles to guarantee safety and comfort. This study aimed to analyze the Level of Service (LOS) of sidewalks in Jalan Ahmad Yani Pontianak City. The method used, namely the survey method uses CCTV data at a predetermined point. The data used is in the form of sidewalk width, number of pedestrians, and pedestrian speed. Then the data is processed using the Transportation Research Board method and Sidewalk Planning Guidelines. The results showed that the value of space in Zone A, zone B, and Zone C was 18.40 m2/org, 12.25 m2/org, and 19.79 m2/org, then Zone A, zone B, and zone C were categorized as Level of Service (LOS) A.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi sering kali dihadapkan pada risiko yang lebih tinggi daripada jenis proyek lainnya, terutama disebabkan oleh potensi keterlambatan akibat penjadwalan yang tidak akurat dan masalah dalam arus kas. Oleh karena itu, analisis penjadwalan dan sistem pembayaran yang efektif sangat penting bagi kontraktor untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut dan memastikan profitabilitas yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profitabilitas optimal bagi kontraktor melalui analisis berbagai sistem pembayaran dan strategi penjadwalan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis aliran kas dan analisis kelayakan dengan menggunakan metode NPV, BCR, dan ROI. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi delapan variasi pendekatan pembayaran dan penjadwalan yang berbeda untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap profitabilitas proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas optimal kontraktor dicapai pada alternatif 5, dengan variasi waktu float 0% dan tanpa pembayaran muka. Pendekatan ini menghasilkan profit tertinggi, dengan NPV sebesar Rp 15.338.960.581, BCR sebesar 1,059, dan ROI sebesar 5,90%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa rencana penjadwalan yang diterapkan oleh kontraktor pada proyek Twin Tower sudah tersusun dengan baik. Dengan ini diharapkan bahwa temuan ini memberikan kontribusi berharga bagi kontraktor yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan margin keuntungan mereka dalam industri konstruksi yang sangat kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban tekan pada respons struktural bangunan beton dengan memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari aplikasi SAP2000. Fokus penelitian adalah pada kolom bangunan dari PT DAEMYUNG. Beberapa besaran seperti gaya aksial (V2), gaya geser (V3), temperatur (T), momen lentur (M2), dan momen torsi (M3) dipilih sebagai fitur-fitur yang mempengaruhi respons struktural. Metode analisis yang digunakan melibatkan regresi linier dan XGBoost, serta penyetelan parameter untuk model XGBoost. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan R-squared untuk mengukur akurasi model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model XGBoost, terutama setelah penyetelan parameter, memberikan akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan regresi linier. R-squared (Best XGBoost) mencapai 0.9945, menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam menggambarkan hubungan antara beban tekan dan respons struktural. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman mendalam tentang interaksi beban tekan dan respons struktural, dengan potensi aplikasi pada perencanaan dan desain struktural yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, model prediktif yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alat yang berguna untuk proyeksi respons struktural pada kondisi beban tekan yang berbeda.

Abstract

The growth of minimarkets has greatly influenced transportation in Garut Kota District. The lack of parking provided by several minimarkets has resulted in parking on the road which will result in traffic jams. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of parking and obtain a needs model so that the parking area required in a minimarket can be calculated.Data collection was carried out by survey counting vehicles directly affected by the minimarket. The vehicle towing results were analyzed using Linear Regression Analysis to obtain a good equation model. The research results showed that the need for minimarket parking space obtained from the analysis results was Y?? = 0.518 + 0.412 x (R=0.929), Y?? = 0.073 + 0.74 x (R=0.920), Y?? = 0.244 + 0.353 x (R=0.978) with x = Modern Shop Area. From the resulting model, it can be seen that the area required for minimarket parking space at 15 minute intervals is 40.25 m²/100 m² of shop area

Abstract

Bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia adalah Banjir. Hampir seluruh wilayah di Provinsi Gorontalo pasti mengalami kejadian banjir setiap tahunnya, salah satunya yaitu Kabupaten Gorontalo, tepatnya di Kecamatan Limboto, yang dilewati oleh Sungai Biyonga. Kecamatan Limboto adalah pusat kota Kabupaten Gorontalo, dimana Banjir sering terjadi di Kabupaten Gorontalo telah menyebabkan kerusakan pada pemukiman penduduk, gedung perkantoran, pertanian dan fasilitas umum lainnya di daerah tersebut serta mengganggu lalu lintas. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kajian risiko banjir untuk mendapatkan potensi kerugian yang ditimbulkan akibat bencana banjir pada suatu kawasan dan kurun waktu tertentu, dalam kajian ini penulis menggunakan Perka BNPB No.2 Tahun 2012 sebagai pedoman penentuan indeks dan Tingkat Risiko Banjir. Indeks Ancaman diperoleh dari hasil pemodelan 2D HEC-RAS berupa peta luas genangan dan kedalaman banjir. Banjir kala ulang 25 tahun di Sungai Biyonga adalah 129.16 m3/s menghasilkan luasan banjir 136.12 ha di 4 kelurahan yaitu Hepuhulawa, Hunggaluwa, Kayu Bulan, dan Kayu Merah. Hasil skoring indeks kerugian dan kapasitas diperoleh bahwa kelurahan Hunggaluwa memiliki tingkat ancaman banjir yang tertinggi dibanding tiga (3) kelurahan lainnya. Berdasarkan penilaian tingkat ancaman, kerugian dan ketahanan, tingkat risiko banjir tertinggi berada di Keluarahan Hunggaluwa dengan tingkat risiko tinggi. Adapun upaya untuk mengatasi risiko banjir dengan menurunkan tingkat ancaman dapat berupa pengendalian banjir secara struktural (tanggul, kolan retensi, dll) maupun pengaturan kebijakan terkait penggunaan lahan di lereng miring pada hulu sungai biyonga sangat direkomendasikan.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan infrastruktur yang memiliki peran penting terutama sebagai prasarana distribusi barang dan jasa. Penggunaan jalan yang berkelanjutan dengan volume lalu lintas yang meningkat menyebabkan menurunnya kondisi perkerasan jalan sehingga kerusakan jalan tidak dapat dihindari. Analisa kerusakan permukaan jalan secara periodik sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kondisi jalan tersebut dalam kondisi baik atau dalam kondisi yang membutuhkan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan. Ruas Jalan Let.Jend Suprapto-SPBU Gumayun, Kabupaten Slawi dikategorikan sebagai jalan kabupaten yang cukup padat lalu lintasnya,dengan panjang 3,3 km dan merupakan jalan lokal sekunder. Metode yang digunakan untuk penilaian kondisi permukaan jalan adalah International Roughness Index (IRI). Dengan menggunakan mobil hawkeye sebagai alat untuk mengukur nilai IRI maka diperoleh hasil ketidakrataan permukaan jalan dengan persentase kategori rusak berat 0,58% dan kategori baik memiliki persentase sebesar 71.50%, kategori sedang sebesar 29,82% serta kategori rusak ringan sebesar 3,21%. Nilai IRI kondisi permukaan jalan yang ditinjau pada Ruas JalanLet.Jend Suprapto-SPBU Gumayun memiliki kondisi paling parah yaitu dari jalan arah barat yang disebabkan oleh volume lalu lintas arah barat lebih tinggi dibanding dengan volume lalu lintas arah timur. Penentuan jenis penangan kondisi jalan yang bersumber dari Bina Marga,2019 yaitu perlu dilakukan berupa pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala dan peningkatan jalan.

Abstract

Suboptimal waste management has a direct impact on the environment and the quality of life of the community, especially in areas with high waste volumes. This condition requires more attention from the local government to immediately intervene in the form of infrastructure development, budget allocation, and increasing management capacity in sub-districts with high waste volumes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Waste Infrastructure Management System in Muna Regency. This study is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive study. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Muna Regency Environmental Service. The data analysis method was used to describe the direction of the waste infrastructure management concept in Muna Regency. The analysis used to analyze the waste infrastructure management system in Muna Regency. Waste management in Muna Regency requires significant improvements in infrastructure, policies, and public education to create a more effective and sustainable system. By building important facilities such as waste banks, recycling centers, and organic waste management infrastructure, Muna Regency can reduce pressure on landfills while utilizing the economic potential of waste. Strong regulatory support, cross-sector collaboration, and the use of technology are also important factors in optimizing waste management and creating a sustainable circular economy.

Abstract

North Kolaka Regency has prepared a District Sanitation Strategy (SSK) document in 2014 as a guideline for sector sanitation development during the 2015-2019 period. With the end of this period, updating the SSK in 2021 is very important for planning sanitation development for the next five years in accordance with actual conditions and new challenges. This document aims to increase coverage of safe and adequate sanitation services through planning that is integrated with regional, provincial and national policies. The update was carried out by the Housing and Settlement Areas Working Group (Pokja PKP) with a participatory approach. The methods used include evaluating existing conditions, analyzing images, as well as establishing a vision, mission and strategy for sanitation development. It is hoped that the results of this update will encourage cross-sector collaboration and involve the role of the private sector and the community, so as to optimize the management of domestic wastewater, solid waste and drainage. The results of the analysis show that achieving sanitation access in North Kolaka still requires significant improvement to achieve the 2020-2024 RPJMN target, including reducing the practice of open defecation (defecation). The strategy formulated includes strengthening institutions, optimizing faecal sludge processing infrastructure, and outreach to the community to strengthen awareness and participation.

Abstract

Time management is critical to a project's success because it makes it easier to create controls that guarantee the project is carried out with few deviations and produces satisfactory outcomes with the resources already in place. The PERT and CPM methodologies are designed to describe and establish relationships between various activities and interpret the varying times required for each activity in a comprehensive project plan. The author's investigation focused on the construction of a 3-story shophouse. Based on this investigation, it was found that the planning time to complete the structural work was 50 weeks, while the implementation (realization) was 54 weeks to complete the structural work. In addition, to prevent delays in construction projects, it is necessary to prioritize several tasks designated as critical paths. Using the critical route method, it was discovered that the installation of the first and second floor staircase work, which took longer than expected (15 weeks), was the primary reason for delays compared to the free float given, namely 8 weeks. The results of this study offer valuable suggestions for possible future investigations
