Abstract

Along road Jenderal Soeharto is dominated by shops, educational facilities, trade, hotels, and gas stations which results in this road having very high activity, this can cause movement conflicts in traffic flow and can also trigger congestion. The temporary separator itself was installed on Jalan Jenderal Soeharto Sta.00+600 to Sta.00+850 in order to reduce right-turning vehicle conflicts so as to improve traffic flow. Based on the results of the analysis of the road performance evaluation that has been carried out, it can be stated that the road capacity after the direction separation has increased to 2213.24 pcu/hour from before the direction separation was 2079 pcu/hour while the free flow speed before the direction separation was 37.18 Km/hour decreases after there is a separation of 35.72 Km/hour, and the degree of saturation before separation of 1.09 increases to 1.69 after separation, with the level of service remaining the same in the bad predicate or F before and after there is a direction separator, the factor of increasing degree of saturation is due to the increased traffic volume from before the direction separator was 1722.70 Ppu/hour to 3757.50 pcu/hour after the direction separator, the increase in traffic volume is influenced by the increasing population of the city of Kupang every year while for the side friction decreased before there was a 2277.25Philippines/Hour to 1031.40Pu/Hours after a directional separator.

Abstract

Gedung Sate is one of the historic buildings that has become an icon in the city of Bandung, has a long history with a distinctive architectural design. Adjustments: The development of a new building that is adapted to the structural conditions of the existing building has experienced several obstacles, one of which is the free space between the basement floor and the beams in one of the building structures in the Gedung Sate area, namely the Setda Building A. This has resulted in the need for more space. So it is planned to use sleeping beam. This research aims to determine whether the planned sleeping beam dimensions still meet the criteria for calculating reinforcement requirements. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study type. Structural calculations were carried out with the help of ETABS software based on SNI 2847 2019. Based on the calculation results, the dimensions required for beam planning are B1 700/500 and B2 are 800/550. With the number of B1 reinforcements being 9D19 at the top support and 5D19 at the bottom support and 7D19 at the top field and 11D19 at the bottom field. Meanwhile, reinforcement for B2 is 8D19 at the top support and 6D19 at the bottom support and 6D19 at the top field and 6D19 at the bottom field.

Abstract

Kegiatan konstruksi memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara, karena dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan berdampak positif pada industri terkait, seperti industri bahan bangunan dan jasa konstruksi. Namun kegiatan konstruksi juga membawa potensi risiko bagi pekerja dan pihak yang terlibat didalamnya. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan dalam sektor industri konstruksi perlu memikiran solusi untuk dapat menghadapi permasalahan mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), sehingga pada proses pengerjaan konstruksi dapat meminimalisasikan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan K3 sebagai pengendalian terhadap kinerja pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan bangunan landed house. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan penggunaan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, hipotesis deskriptif, korelasi ganda, serta sumbangan relatif. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh bahwa faktor Pengetahuan Pekerja, Manajemen K3, dan Pelaksanaan K3 berpengaruh terhadap Penerapan K3. Hasil dari korelasi ganda menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sangat kuat antara faktor keberhasilan dengan penerapan K3. Faktor yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan utama dengan nilai 65,36% adalah faktor Pelaksanaan K3, dimana faktor Pelaksanaan K3 didukung oleh tiga indikator utama yaitu faktor kesadaran pekerja akan pentingnya penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada lokasi konstruksi, faktor perencanaan dan prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang telah dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan identifikasi bahaya dan risiko, dan faktor pengetahuan pekerja mengenai alat pelindung diri. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, penerapan K3 pada proyek konstruksi bangunan landed house Summarecon Serpong telah diterapkan dan sudah tergolong baik.

Abstract

The construction and development of road infrastructure, especially toll roads in Indonesia, is often a national strategic project. The purpose of toll roads is to reduce congestion on main roads, and improve the distribution of goods and services. However, congestion also occurs on toll roads, one of which is caused by large low-speed vehicles as a mode for the distribution of goods and services. This study aims to analyse the impact of large vehicles on road performance on the Jakarta-Tangerang toll road. Congestion is expressed in degrees of saturation. Vehicle volume and average vehicle speed as secondary data in this study. Calculations using PKJI 2023 on Freeway. The data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel application and tested regression with SPSS application.  Based on the analysis results, the degree of saturation increases as the number of vehicles increases, so that the average vehicle speed decreases. The degree of saturation calculated on the volume of vehicles of all classes has a significant influence on the vehicles average speed that have the potential to cause congestion by 87% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Airport is a certain area on land or water (including buildings, installations and airport operating equipment) for the movement of aircraft. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the runway to the dimensions of the aircraft at Haluoleo Kendari Airport and to determine the feasibility of the runway, taxiway, apron for the type of Airbus A330 aircraft at Haluoleo Kendari Airport. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative and quantitative research design using the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) method with ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) rules. The results of the research on forecasting the growth of aircraft and passenger movements in 2026 with the number of passengers per year: 776,253,488 passengers, the number of passengers per year: 2,126 passengers, and the movement of aircraft per day during rush hour: 4 aircraft. From the calculation results, the required runway length is 3,100 m, with a runway width of 45 m. the required length of the taxiway obtained from the calculation is 279 m, the width of the taxiway is 23 m, while the area of the apron needed by the Airbus A330 is 6,671 m2. the calculation compared to the existing conditions, the length of the runway does not meet while the dimensions of the taxiway are suitable for Airbus A330 passage and for the apron owned by Haluoleo Kendari Airport it is feasible to be used as a stopping place for planned aircraft, because the dimensions of the existing apron are larger.

Abstract

Gajah Mungkur reservoir is one of the largest multipurpose reservoirs in Java with 100 years of useful life. The purpose of the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir is not only as a flood control, but also for other needs such as hydropower, irrigation and raw water. The construction of the Wosusokas is to objectify the purpose of the reservoir for the distribution of raw water to several regions, namely Gajah Mungkur, Sukoharjo, Solo, and Karanganyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability of the reservoir’s use for raw water with the Wosusokas transmission pipeline network. The method is to simulate a simple operating pattern at the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir using the Standard Operating Rule (SOR) with the target release for irrigation water and raw water. The research findings indicate that more than 70% of the actual release for meeting the needs of irrigation and fulfilling raw water supply is the value of the target release for meeting the needs of irrigation and fulfilling raw water supply. The calculation results also show the percentage of reliability for raw water in 2017 was 100%, while the percentage of reliability in 2018 was 45,833%, and the percentage of reliability from January 2019 to July 2019 was 76,923%.

Abstract

Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course (AC-WC) is a road construction layer consisting of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler, and hard asphalt. This material is mixed, laid, and compacted at specific temperatures to form a durable and strong road surface layer. Enhancing road resilience against various factors causing damage is essential to maintain transportation systems and ensure even economic growth across regions. In this context, it's important to compare the physical and mechanical characteristics of AC-WC mixtures using materials from Quarry Akanunu and Quarry Hera. The aim of this study is to assess the performance of AC-WC mixtures from both quarries using the standard Marshall 2 x 75 blows testing method. The research findings indicate that using an optimal asphalt content of 5.85% from Quarry Akanunu, there are differences in Marshall characteristics compared to mixtures using materials from Quarry Hera. At an asphalt content of 5.85% from Quarry Akanunu, the differences in stability values reached 67.28 kg, flow 0.13 mm, VIM (Void in the Mix) 0.31%, VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregate) 0.14%, VFB (Void Filled with Bitumen) 1.22%, and Marshall Quotient (MQ) 31.43 Kg/mm. Meanwhile, using an optimal asphalt content of 5.90% from Quarry Hera, the differences in stability values reached 69.90 kg, flow 0.15 mm, VIM 0.31%, VMA 0.14%, VFA 1.22%, and MQ 33.12 Kg/mm. From this analysis, Quarry Hera shows slightly better performance in terms of stability and other Marshall characteristics compared to Quarry Akanunu, although both mixtures meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2018 revision 2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of road functions on the Airplane Roundabout Road to Pasar Baru Red Light. The data analysis in this study is ULFJ analysis and Road Function Feasibility Administration Analysis. The research results indicate that (1) the analysis of ULFJ, overall the section from Bundaran Pesawat to Lampu Merah Pasar Baru falls into the category of "conditionally functional with recommendations (LS)" where the road section has partially met the technical requirements of LFJ; (2) the analysis results for road suitability testing with administrative requirements are as follows: (a) The Study Location is deemed suitable as a Secondary Arterial Road class within the City Road status; (b) The available land area for the reviewed road section meets the requirements for road design, but RUMIJA ownership documents are not yet available; (c) Traffic signs, orders, and prohibitions are already appropriate but eight signs are still needed for intersection requirements; (d) Administrative documents such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) documents (DELH / DPLH) for the year 2019 and road ledger documents are available at the technical agency, but need updating; and (3) Spatially, the construction of the road from Bundaran Pesawat to Lampu Merah Pasar Baru can improve mobility, create employment opportunities, and boost economic growth.

Abstract

Construction project implementation In general, it can be interpreted as a temporary activity that lasts for a limited period of time. When carrying out construction project work, construction project delays are very often encountered. Construction project delays are a common problem in the construction industry. Delays can occur for various reasons. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the factors of development project delays in the high school building construction project in Gorontalo Province. Quantitative research methods are used to determine the causes of project delays by collecting data through questionnaires, S curves and work weights. The data processing method uses SPSS for Windows analysis and the help of Microsoft Excel. The results obtained from this research are the dominant causal factors that cause delays in construction projects, namely the variable (X1) Labor Factor with a mean value of 3.21, Material Factor (X2) with a mean value of 3.12 and equipment factor (X3) with a mean value of 2.94.

Abstract

Construction companies in carrying out their activities require management information systems and technology in decision-making. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of information technology, knowledge management, and internal control on the quality of management information systems, which implies the effectiveness of decision-making for construction companies in West Java, both simultaneously and partially. This study employs a quantitative, cross-sectional research method. The research population is 1160 construction companies in West Java, with a sample of 150 construction companies in West Java consisting of 3 observation units, namely project managers, site engineers, and site managers. The research findings reveal that information technology not only supports but also significantly enhances the quality of management information systems. Furthermore, knowledge management directly influences the improvement of a good quality management information system, which means that knowledge management has a direct and significant positive impact on the quality management information system. Information technology, knowledge management, and internal control can enhance effective decision-making through quality management information systems.
