awshiyah: Jurnal Sosial Keagamaan dan Pendidikan Islam is an The Institute of Research and Community Services/ Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M)-listed group journal, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. The Journal publishing original scholarly research in the comparative and interdisciplinary study of socio-religious community, and Islamic Education. Tawshiyah is committed to the publication of significant, novel research, as well as review symposia and responses. In addition, the journal includes book reviews and discussions of important venues for the publication of scholarly work in the study of religion. Tawshiyah has an international expertise editorial board and is committed to publishing work from scholars of religion around the globe, including occasional translations of important papers. Tawshiyah accepts papers on all socio-religious and Islamic education studies topics and themes with trans-disciplinary perspective: including the history, literature, thought, practice, material culture, and institutions of particular religious traditions and communities from a variety of perspectives such as social scientific, cultural, cognitive, ethnographic, economic, ecological, and geographic, theology or philosophy of religion. Tawshiyah expects that authors frame their research questions and present their results in terms of relevant theoretical or methodological discussions. Purely descriptive papers are not generally accepted for publication. Papers on theory and methodology are encouraged. All publications in Religion are intended to be of interest to a wide audience of academic scholars of religion; submitted work should be presented in a manner intelligible to more than specialists.

The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the application of semiotization to Islamic banking products among millennial teenagers who incidentally are customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking?, and what are the results after semiotics are educated and socialized to them?. The purpose of this service is to educate how to easily understand Arabic terms in Islamic banking product contracts using the semiotic method among millennial youth who are in fact customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking. The method used in this service is education, outreach, and mentoring to millennial youth regarding Arabic terms on Islamic banking product contracts as an effort to increase knowledge of Arabic terms on Islamic banking product contracts. The findings of this dedication are expected to provide academic contributions and increase scientific hazanah in the field of innovation in understanding Islamic banking products using semiotization so that it is easily understood by the general public, especially by customers and prospective customers of Islamic banking millennial youth, and can be used as a reference or reference for academics and academics, general public.

This research is motivated by the number of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia that have not been able to implement integrated curriculum management in their educational institutions. Even so, some of them have started to develop and implement an integrative curriculum, one of which is MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, which aims to describe the management strategies of the integrative curriculum structure in MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan. Data collection was carried out by participatory observation, documentation and interviews with madrasah managers, teachers and students. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data display then drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of this study indicate that, the integrated curriculum structure management strategy in MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan uses integrative galactic management curriculum techniques.

Kaidah fiqih yang disusun oleh para ahli fiqih tidak muncul sekaligus, melainkan secara bertahap melalui proses dan pemahaman terhadap hukum yang dikandung oleh teks suci. Kaidah fiqih yang paling awal ditemukan dalam tulisan dan diungkapkan para ulama fiqih abad ke-dua hijriyah. Namun tidak dapat diketahui siapa penyusun pertama kaidah fiqih itu. Adapun kaidah fiqih salah satu ilmu tersendiri baru muncul abad ke empat hijriyah yang tersebar dalam mazhab fiqih. Mazhab paling awal menetapkan adalah mazhab hanafi. Adapun tujuan mempelajari qawaid al fiqiyah adalah agar dapat mengetahui prinsip-prinsip umum fiqih dan mengetahui pokok masalah yang mewarnai fiqih dan kemudian menjadi titik temu dari masalah-masalah fiqih.

أصبحت الفتوى الإلكترونية من الأهمية بمكان، إذ أصبحت هي الأسرع وصولا، والأكثر تجاوبًا مع من لا يريد السماع مباشرة من المفتي، وفي ذات الوقت يريد الاستبراء لدينه ونفسه من مزالق الانحراف والغي بمعرفة الحكم الشرعي فيما يعن له من أمور. لقد غدت الفتوى الإلكترونية كالسوق الذي يمور بالغث والسمين من الأقوال، وغدا سوقها كالموج المتلاطم الذي يمور بالصواب والخطأ، والنهج المستقيم والأغلوطات، فالرقابة عليها غدت صعبة بل مستحيلة. من هنا كان التشمير عن ساعد الجد لوضع ضوابط، والإشارة إلى المزالق التي تكتنف هذه الفتاوى عبر تلك الوسائل. يأتي هذا البحث مسطورا وفق المنهج العلمي، يتحدث عن الضوابط والمزالق في الفتاوى الإلكترونية وقد جاء في مبحثين تحت كل واحد منهما أربعة مطالب، استعمل فيه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد جاء في بعض نتائجه: من مميزات العالم الافتراضي أنه منصة تتيح وضع الأسئلة التي يخجل بعضهم من سؤالها مباشرة، فالضمير وغياب الذات له ميزة في مجانبة الحياء عما لا مندوحة من السؤال عنه. أصبحت الموسوعات المحوسبة لمن يتصدى للفتوى الإلكترونية طريقًا ميسورًا للوقوف على أقوال العلماء، وهي لا تخلو من خلل في كثير من فقراتها ومنقولاتها. لا يجوز للمفتي أن يتساهل في الفتوى، ومن عُرف بذلك لم يجز أن يستفتي. سهولة تحوير الفتوى والتلاعب بها. ومن توصياته: ضرورة مراقبة فتاوى منصات العالم الافتراضي واعتبار من يقوم بها من غير المتخصصين فعله مجرما. ضرورة اضطلاع الهيئات الرسمية بدورها وتفعيل منصاتها وإتاحتها بيسر لكل المسلمين.

Asak Budu Ge Saro is a popular proverb of the people of Bangka Belitung. Although in Languange this proverb has positive meaning, but in its use, this proverb is used for other things that give rise to a less positive meaning. Through the analysis of Geertz’s cultural interpretation, this study aims to re discuss this old Bangka Belitung proverb in the Current use of Bangka Belitung Society. This Study will link the proverb asak budu ge saro with children Education. Where in a positive sense, this proverb ia able to be very good advice for children and can be a motivation in early childhood education.

Today, the problem that arises due to the increase in social media users is the number of hoaxes that are widespread around us. Suppressing hoaxes on social media can be categorized as very difficult. Because the phenomenon that occurs in society assumes that hoax is a trivial matter. So that, the spread of hoaxes through social media has become a common thing in everyday life. This paper uses a literature study method to see how solutions can be made at the personal level to deal with hoaxes. The concept offered is "3S" which is based on Qs. Al-Hujurat (49):6. The concept of the idea of "3S" is oriented to the individual ability of social media users to prevent and ward off hoaxes. The concept of the "3S" idea is to be selective in receiving news, searching before sharing, and being aware of the dangers of hoaxes. It is hoped that the implementation of this idea can stop the spread of hoaxes on social media.

Globalization has a great influence on the fading of patriotism. The fading of patriotism causes the survival of a nation and state to be vulnerable due to the absence of efforts to defend the state. Whereas defending the country is the main pillar to maintain national security. In national security, one of the main pillars is economic resilience. Awareness of defending the state that has not been optimal and entrenched in people's lives makes economic resilience vulnerable. Moreover, the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a trend of steep increases in unemployment and poverty rates in Indonesia. Therefore, the application of state defense to maintain economic resilience is an important at this time. This paper uses the literature study method. The novelty of the ideas offered in this paper is to maintain unity for the economic resilience and to apply unity in increasing economic resilience. The concept of this idea is here to provide an overview of state defense that can be carried out by all Indonesian citizens in order to maintain and improve economic resilience. This idea was born from the importance of maintaining unity as stated in the QS. Ali-Imran (03):103. With the presence of this paper, it is hoped that it can be a reflection of the application of state defense in maintaining and increasing economic resilience in Indonesia.

The purpose of this qualitative descriptive study was to discover the students' conceptual understanding of Quran-integrated chemistry learning. This study included 37 third-year students from UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The Grounded Theory design was used for this study. The findings revealed that students' conceptual understanding was classified into seven categories. As many as 89.19 percent of students have a conceptual understanding dichotomy between religion and chemistry.

Abstrak Cerita rakyat merupakan sebuah cerita yang memiliki ciri khas dari setiap daerah masing-masing. Refleksi kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat tiap daerah biasanya tersisipkan pada cerita rakyat yang disampaikan. Artikel ini berisi tentang kearifan lokal dalam cerita rakyat Kabupaten Bangka sebagai bentuk nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter. Upaya pelestarian sastra lama dengan menggali nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter yang selaras dengan kearifan lokal daerah merupakan tujuan utama dalam menyampaikan kepada para pembaca maupun para anak didik di tengah era modern yang makin menggerus cerita-cerita lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal (nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter) yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat Kabupaten Bangka. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat dan nilai kearifan lokal berupa nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter. Analisis nilai budaya dan pendidikan karakter menggunakan teori yang disampaikan Robert Sibarani serta menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Kata kunci: cerita rakyat, kearifan lokal, nilai budaya, pendidikan karakter.

Pendidikan Islam selama ini tampaknya hanya sebagai praktek pendidikan dan belum sampai pada ruhnya pendidikan Islam yang memiliki konsep dan metodologi yang jelas. Lambannya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pendidikan Islam bukan hanya terjadi di masa abad pertengahan, dan hingga sekarang pun masih berlangsung. Munculnya inisiatif para tokoh untuk berupaya membangkitkan kembali semangat intelektual muslim salah satunya berupaya mengintegrasikan keilmuan atau pendidikan yang nondikotomik sebagai langkah awal memperbaiki permasalahan pendidikan Islam. Kondisi ilmu pendidikan Islam dewasa ini yang mengalami berbagai macam persoalan perlu segera diatasi dengan cara menumbuhkembangkan ilmu pendidikan Islam melalui serangkaian kajian penelitian yang melibatkan kajian tokoh intelektual muslim dari zaman klasik, pertengahan, sampai modern sekarang ini melalui kajian karya-karyanya yang monumental. Salah satu tokoh yang berkiprah dalam pendidikan Islam ialah ‘Athiyah Al-Abrasyi yang telah banyak melahirkan karya-karya dan eksistensinya dalam bidang keilmuan.
