The Journal publishing original scholarly research in the comparative and interdisciplinary study of socio-religious community, and Islamic Education. Tawshiyah is committed to the publication of significant, novel research, as well as review symposia and responses. In addition, the journal includes book reviews and discussions of important venues for the publication of scholarly work in the study of religion. Tawshiyah has an international expertise editorial board and is committed to publishing work from scholars of religion around the globe, including occasional translations of important papers. Tawshiyah accepts papers on all socio-religious and Islamic education studies topics and themes with trans-disciplinary perspective: including the history, literature, thought, practice, material culture, and institutions of particular religious traditions and communities from a variety of perspectives such as social scientific, cultural, cognitive, ethnographic, economic, ecological, and geographic, theology or philosophy of religion. Tawshiyah expects that authors frame their research questions and present their results in terms of relevant theoretical or methodological discussions. Purely descriptive papers are not generally accepted for publication. Papers on theory and methodology are encouraged. All publications in Religion are intended to be of interest to a wide audience of academic scholars of religion; submitted work should be presented in a manner intelligible to more than specialists.

Abstract

Anak Usia Dini merupakan individu yang sedang menjalani suatu proses perkembangan dengan cepat dan fundamental bagi kehidupan selanjutnya. Oleh sebab itu, perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari orangtua, guru maupun pemerintah. Sehingga program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan bagi anak usia dini semestinya pendidikan yang mampu memfasilitasi, dan menumbuhkan aktivitas serta daya cipta (kreativitas) sehingga mampu memberikan dorongan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan segala potensi yang ada pada diri anak agar berkembang secara optimal. oleh karena itu perlu untuk dijelaskan hal-hal yang semestinya dilakukan oleh seorang guru untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia dini. Konsep hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan kecakapan kreatif anak dibutuhkan seorang guru yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut: Kreatif dan menyukai tantangan, Menghargai karya anak, Menerima anak apa adanya, Motivator, Ekspresif, penuh penghayatan, dan peka pada perasaan, Pecinta seni dan keindahan, Memiliki kecintaan yang tulus terhadap anak, Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan anak, Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan anak, Bersedia mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki anak, Hangat dalam bersikap, Dinamis, Bersedia bermain dengan anak, Memberi kesempatan.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning that done using sophisticated electronic technology media whose learning is designed by facilitators such as teachers or lecturers without knowing distance and time which is often known as online learning. The development of e-learning started in the 1970s where learning was done remotely and assignments were coordinated and given via email. The Open University in the UK was the first college to implement distance learning due to geographical conditions and student time constraints. In Afrika, the development of e-learning began in 1886, when the electronic telecommunication cable connection was installed by the colonial authorities between Lagos and the colonial office in London to send and receive information. This case is purposed to know about how the development of e-learning in the world.

Abstract

Learning activities in the Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) is a system in which there are learning components. The learning components are training participants, lecturers, learning objectives, material / content, methods, media and evaluation. The learning process for this Administrator Leadership Training is carried out through the learning process with the classical method, namely the learning process face-to-face in the learning room between the Lecturer and the training participants, but during the Covid-19 pandemic the learning process was transferred to non-classical learning using the Distance Learning method. (Distance Learning) where participants and lecturers do not meet face to face in a learning room. The method of Learning Distance Learning (Distance learning) is carried out by utilizing information technology (IT), between the Lecturer and the training participants. One of the learning components as mentioned above is the learning media component which functions the same as other components in the process of achieving the learning objectives of the Administrator Leadership Training course. Lecturer as the instructor of the Administrator Leadership training in the learning process using classical methods and Distance Learning methods using learning media. Through this paper, we will describe the function of learning media using the Distance Learning Adminstrator Leadership Training method. With the elaboration of the learning media's function, it is hoped that Lecturer as the instructor of the administrator leadership training course will always use and develop learning media in delivering the training subject material that she teaches, so that the learning objectives of the training course and the objectives of the Administrator Leadership training are maximally achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran aktivitas pengajian ahad pagi dalam membangun akhlaqul karimah para jama’ah di Islamic Centre Nganjuk Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menggambarkan beberapa hal yaitu, aktivitas pengajian ahad pagi dalam rangka membentuk akhalaqul karimah para jama’ah dilakukan tidak hanya dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada para jamaah. Akan tetapi dengan membangun kesadaran kolektif untuk membantu sesama melalui penyediaan kotak amal. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung bagi peranan pengajian dalam upaya membentuk akhlaqul karimah para jama’ah, antara lain: 1) dukungan penuh, perhatian dan sikap pro aktif dari yayasa Islamic Centre Nganjuk dan pengelola pengajian ahad pagi. 2) Lokasi Islamic Centre sangat strategis sehinga mempermudahkan para jama’ah untuk menghadiri pengajian ahad pagi. 3) Pengajian ahad pagi dilaksanakan tepat waktu dan setiap hari ahad pagi, sehingga para jama’ah tidak khawatir tentang pengajian dilaksanakan apakah tidak. faktor-faktor yang menghambat antara lain: 1) kurangnya alokasi waktu, 2) Para jama’ah selektif dalam mengikuti pengajian, dan 3) Minimnya sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the contribution of Islamic boarding schools to the social change in society so that it has a positive influence on the growth of the times, socially and culture. From the author's observations, the background is that Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are one of the most important educational institutions so that they can direct more advanced pesantren education. The presence of Islamic boarding schools in the midst of this community also provides various styles for the surrounding community. Because at the beginning of the pesantren it was supported by the community, so changes that occur in society will also involve the existence of the pesantren. The results of this research study conclude that there are several contributions of pondok rapidly to social change, namely: education and teaching, ubudiyah and religion and muamalah and social fields. Meanwhile, the pesantren's efforts in building social change in society are through: majlis ta'lim, ramadhan safaris, mass circumcision, and tabliqh akbar.

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia acap kali dinilai kurang kepedulian terhadap dunia sufisme(tasawuf) sebagai medium pembinaan moral, namun pandangan tersebut tidak didukung dengan data yang akurat. Sebab tasawuf ada sejak lama klasik hingga zaman modern ditandai dengan munculnya tokoh pemikir Hamka yang menggandrungi tasawuf-tasawuf secara modern meskipun tidak mengkhususkan kajiannya pada praktek ketarekatan. Tasawuf dari masa ke masa dapat menjadi “fundamental aktualitas” hingga menjadi dasar pembentukan moral sebagai akhlak mulia bagi pribadi-pribadi insani secara individu, sosial dan bahkan turut andil menjadi corak Islam di tanah air.

Abstract

In the context of attending the commemoration of other religions' holidays in the view of the Qur'an, there are almost no verses that specifically discuss the issue of "attending the celebrations of other religions". Based on the search for various commentary books online and offline related to the issue of "attending other religious celebrations", there are indeed opinions that strictly prohibit (forbid) and there are also opinions that allow. Their opinions are based on several verses which they make as evidence (argument) in addressing the problem of attending to the commemoration of non-Islamic religious holidays. As for those who prohibit referring to the surah, among others; Al-Qur'an surah al-Furqon verse 72, Al-Qur'an surah al-Kafirun verses 1-6, Al-Qur'an surah al-An'am verse 108, Al-Qur'an surah al-Mumtahanah verse 8. Whereas those who are allowed to attend non-Islamic holidays will refer to the following verses; Al-Qur'an surah Al-An'am verse 108, Al-Qur'an surah al-Mumtahanah verse 8, Al-Qur'an surah al-Kafirun verses 1-5, Al-Qur'an surah Al-Furqon verse 72. The purpose of this paper is for consideration for Muslims to find out about the context of attending the celebrations of other religions (non-Islamic). Furthermore, the approach used in this paper is the Al-Qur'an approach which is explained through interpretation. Hopefully, this article is useful for readers and can be used as an illustration to find out the opinions of people who allow and expect to attend other (non-Islamic) Gama holidays.

Abstract

Fokus tulisan ini adalah bagaimana respon pendidikan Islam di era cyberculture terhadap isu akhir alam semesta dan konsekuensinya bagi eksistensi pendidikan Islam masa depan. Dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan, tulisan ini menguraikan bagaimana internet telah menjadi “planet baru” dan “pusat pendidikan baru” bagi manusia saat ini. Informasi akhir alam semesta di internet, didukung penyebaran informasi menggunakan propaganda model Joseph Gobbels membuat penerimanya menganggap apa pun informasi yang diberikan adalah benar karena didasari pada banyaknya tautan yang merespon serta meneruskannya kembali. Kehadiran internet telah menjadi pasar “lapak” baru yang dihadiri banyak “konsumen berduit” yang haus akan produk untuk dibeli. Melalui internet, media social khususnya, bagaimana banyak pihak mengambil keuntungan ekonomi dengan jualasan isu akhir alam semesta. Menariknya di Indonesia, isu akhir alam semesta dibungkus dengan agama dapat menjadi pemicu orang untuk lebih dekat pada agamanya, sebagaimana diperlihatkan fenomena hijrah kalangan remaja dan selebritis tanah air. Dalam posisi ini, pengetahuan manusia tentang akhir alam semesta justru akan mengalihkan manusia dari tujuan semula bahwa percaya akhir zaman seharusnya guna meningkatkan keimanan pada sang Pencipta kepada kegiatan ekonomi produktif bersifat duniawi dan cenderung memperkaya diri. Jika ini yang terjadi, maka tesis Max Weber bahwa spirit agama dapat membuat manusia lebih produktif benar adanya.

Abstract

Dakwah Social Media is a must that must be thought of and implemented by dakwah actors. Social media preaching has many advantages including being able to penetrate space and time boundaries with relatively affordable costs and energy. Communicating da'wah as a large area of land because users of internet services have increased dramatically every year. Social media preaching has become a variant of public choice. They are free to choose the da'wah material they like. Thus, da'wah is more egalitarian and far from being coercive. Varied delivery methods make social media preaching able to reach a wider range of mad'u. The da'wah movement must pay attention to various accompanying problems that arise in society. As a consequence, a da'i or mubaligh must be part of the whole society who aspires to build a civilized and prosperous life. Because of that, what he should "produce" are good and praiseworthy things. Da'wah, therefore, is a form of socio-religious service for a dignified life by being actively involved in solving problems. The point is that preaching should be a problem solving, not a part of the problem.

Abstract

Wealth can be produced in a country with large amounts, but if its distribution is not based on true and fair principles, then the country will not achieve prosperity. Islam takes the middle path that can help enforce a fair and just system. Islam also does not give everything, nor unlimited rights in owning personal weaith for a person in the field of production, nor does it attract a person to an economic process system that under this system he cannot obtain, and has wealth independently. how is the definition of distribution in Islamic economics in the educational perspective Qs. Ai-lsra verses 29-30, and How is the Mechanism in the distribution of Islamic economy in the educational perspective Qs. Al-lsra verses 29-30. The study uses a descriptive analysis method, which is library research that provides a clear, objective, systematic, analysis of Islamic economic distribution in the educational perspective Qs. Ai-Isra verses 29-30. It can be drawn the common thread that distributing the economy or finances, a person is prohibited from applying miserly and in effect extravagant. but the best thing in distributing the economy and finance is to maintain the principle of balance and sufficiency. God who certainly expands or narrows the sustenance of a person, family, community, or nation and country; For Allah is Supra-Knowing, Supra--Seeing
