Abstract

Internet banking is one of the services created by general banking using internet technology, but it still requires legal certainty to protect the personal data of its customers. The research was then aimed at exploring more deeply the legal protection of personal data at one of the banks in North Sulawesi in a normative way. customers use these banking services. By searching the legal literature, laws and regulations from related agencies, the primary sources are complemented by in-depth interviews with informants at bank locations. The end of the research concluded that the bank had made every effort to comply with Indonesian legal provisions by making transactions via internet banking supported by strict supervision from the competent authorities.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the readiness of the Wonogiri Regency in 2021 regarding regional policies in building planning that support the Job Creation Law (No. 11/2020). Several analytical approaches are used with data taken directly through interviews and focus group discussions and other supporting data. As a result, Wonogiri Regency has two options, namely first, the Wonogiri Regency Building Regulations are revoked in their entirety on the grounds that the "spirit" has been amended by Law Number 11/2020 and PP Number 16/2021 concerning Building Implementation Regulations whose regulatory concept has changed from IMB to PBG . The second option is partial revision. In its implementation, it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement, SIMBG tools and increase the capacity and competence of human resources as well as ensuring the Regional Regulations on RTRW and RDTR, and the Regional Regulation on Retributions.

Abstract

This research is useful for finding a model for institutionalizing community participation in the formation of regional regulations in South Minahasa Regency (KMS) so that they comply with the principles of forming good laws and regulations but can be accepted and implemented by the community. Data collection began with extracting legislative literature regarding its formation, both national, provincial and local government. Interviews involved informants from members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and local government officials who were selected using purposive sampling. The formation process relies on proposals from the regional government and the DPRD's initiative. In this way, for the community, there is room for participation but it is not institutionalized, so it is passive at every stage. Such conditions are not in line with the principles of forming laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of the research is limited to legal efforts that can be carried out by the General Election Supervisory Agency to eradicate money politics in Minahasa Regency. Normative legal research methods utilize case approaches and legislation. Literature study in the form of legal materials as well as interviews and observations of data collection tools. Research results show that Bawaslu has the task of preventing and taking action against elections, as well as election process disputes in accordance with Article 93 letter b of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. Bawaslu is even closer if it is said to be active in the process of upholding election justice related to preventing money politics.

Abstract

The Sakinah family development carried out by the Siak Regency Government through the Sakinah Family Development Village activity aims to create a religious society and the economic prosperity of families in Siak Regency. Various activities have been carried out in KBKS. Activities that started from the trial period (2012-2014) have been running for 10 years so far, and the effectiveness needs to be examined to see whether the program has been effective or not. This research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of KBKS activities is considered effective. This is proven based on the results of research in the field which shows that the Sakinah Family Assisted Village (KBKS) activities are running well and optimally, starting from the pilot/launching and socialization stage, the coaching stage, the monitoring/evaluation stage and the post-evaluation stage.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of Islamic Religious Counselors in providing spiritual enlightenment to people in suburban areas using a qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative research type. Interview and documentation data collection techniques. The data source in this research was obtained from the main informant, namely the Islamic Religious Counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The research results show that the role of Islamic Religious Counselors is in providing spiritual enlightenment with material presented about religion, worship, morals and muamalah using the verbal da'wah method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of brand love as a moderator between the influence of social media marketing and brand loyalty on the choice to buy K-pop treasure music albums. This research uses a quantitative approach combined with descriptive statistics. The number of research samples was 400 samples using the non-probability sample method. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that brand love has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Brand Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand love, Brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand love, Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand love significantly mediates the relationship between brand loyalty and purchasing decisions, and Brand love significantly mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the readiness of village officials regarding the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (UUDs) in the field of development in Minahasa. The research also utilizes normative legal research with an emphasis on normative juridical research. The binding legal force of the Constitution has been recognized in the regulations regarding the Formation of Legislative Regulations in 2011. Furthermore, the village regulations that are formed do not conflict with higher statutory regulations and the public interest. With such a problem formulation, the research was carried out focusing on the village development bureau and sample villages randomly taken by researchers, especially in the Minahasa district area. The research results show the design of village authority arrangements as a solution to the two forms of villages in the law. However, compliance with the principle of recognition also needs to be emphasized, where the higher government must recognize whatever authority the village has.

Abstract

The experience from pre-production to enjoying the food and beverages produced, including story-telling about history, philosophy, and all things related to culinary, is a tourist attraction. The herbs and spices also enrich gastronomy tourism in Indonesia. In its development, gastronomy tourism also contributes to sustainable development, which has a positive impact on the economy, socio-culture, and the environment. However, the residues of gastronomy tourism products often cause environmental problems, especially the packaging used. This topic was raised in the study as an effort to reduce gastronomy tourism waste through the use of environmentally friendly packaging, especially for gastronomy tourism products made from herbs and spices. This research was carried out in Kemiriombo, Kulonprogo, where this location is being developed into a quality tourism destination that carries the theme of herbs and spices according to its potential. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation as data collection techniques. The steps taken are collecting data and information related to eco-friendly packaging, identifying problems, describing the results of problem identification and findings about eco-friendly packaging, and providing recommendations for strategies for implementing eco-friendly packaging. The results of the study indicate that the choice of packaging used today is more determined by the usefulness, practicality, and price of the packaging. However, for culinary tourism products in the form of food, especially those that are part of traditional rituals such as ‘sego wiwitan’, the packaging has used environmentally friendly materials, namely banana leaves. Basically, local people already have a legacy of knowledge about loving the environment by using packaging that is sourced from nature by their ancestors, but for reasons of price and usability, currently residents do not fully use some of this heritage.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to take an inventory of regional regulations regarding the implementation of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSLP) in Manado City. The results of this normative juridical research show the TJSLP concept in Manado City. This normative juridical examination is important to measure the company's contribution to sustainable development and the welfare of the people of Manado. Involvement of local governments in preparing regulations to create a sustainable and responsible business environment. Rules regarding the implementation of corporate social and environmental responsibility are carried out through several specific rules and policies that have been established by the Manado City Government.
