Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) 05 ITBADLA in Margoanyar Village focused on empowering MSMEs through digitalization and product innovation. The main problems faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, unattractive product packaging, and marketing that still relies on local networks. The activity method uses a Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach through direct mentoring, social media management training, business location integration with Google Maps, and packaging design improvements. The results of the activity show an increase in the ability of MSMEs to promote products digitally, the creation of a stronger visual identity, and increasing the accessibility of business locations for consumers. However, mentoring is still needed so that MSMEs can implement digitalization consistently.

Abstract

Pain is a common health problem that can reduce productivity and quality of life. The high rate of self-medication in pain management and the wide variety of over-the-counter medications often lead to the misuse of drugs. The PENA (Peduli Nyeri Anda) program is a health promotion activity that aims to increase the community's knowledge in Padukuhan Ngemplak Kembangarum about safe and rational pain management. This study used a quasi-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design through health education activities. The results indicate that PENA education significantly increased community knowledge regarding pain management (p < 0.001), with income identified as the most correlated factor. This program is effective as a promotive effort, although further research with a larger sample size and more specific variables is required to strengthen the generalization of the findings.

Abstract

The main problem faced by the Donokerto Village community is the low level of public literacy regarding the safe use of over-the-counter medications, appropriate dosages, and awareness of consulting with health professionals. This community service program aims to increase public understanding of how to manage pain using over-the-counter medications through the SIPENA (Pharmacy Cares for Your Pain) program. The program was carried out through direct outreach activities that included a pre-test, distribution of educational leaflets, interactive lectures, question-and-answer discussions, and a post-test. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 11.5 to 14.1 after the outreach. This proves that the outreach was effective for all groups. In conclusion, the SIPENA program successfully increased health literacy and public awareness about the rational use of pain medication.

Abstract

This study examines the opposition of some Indonesian Muslims to the nation-state, which they consider a failure because it does not utilize Islam or Islamic law as the foundation of the state. Consequently, Pancasila is questioned as an ideology. This qualitative research used interviews and observations, using primary data from organizational archives and government policies, as well as secondary data from Islamic political studies. The results indicate that development programs are perceived as marginalizing Islamic values ​​and limiting the implementation of Islamic law, thus creating religious discomfort. In conclusion, this opposition reflects the incomplete transition of some Muslims from the idea of ​​a caliphate to a nation-state. In a pluralistic nation-state, Muslims are required to accept diversity and equality of all components of society without discrimination.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan potensi besar untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang personalisasi dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi persiapan, tantangan, dan perspektif Kepala Sekolah satuan PAUD dalam memanfaatkan AI. Penelitian ini menggunakankualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dari dua kepala sekolah PAUD di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Temuan penelitian mengungkap beberapa hal krusial yaitu seperti Kesadaran Terbatas akan Perlindungan Data Pribadi Anak, Peran Strategis Guru, Dukungan Infrastruktur, kebutuhan kebijakan sistematis dan Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru, Keterbatasan Biaya dan Kompetensi Guru. Perlu adanya nya pengembangan kebijakan perlindungan data, pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan tidak hanya pada aspek teknis tetapi juga etika digital, serta perumusan peta jalan (roadmap) digital di tingkat sekolah untuk memastikan implementasi AI yang bertanggung jawab, efektif, dan berpusat pada anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the balance between economic growth and environmental sustainability by considering the moderating role of government quality in Emerging Seven (E7) countries using a quantitative methodology utilizing panel data from 2015 to 2024, along with the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to examine the causal relationships between variables. The findings indicate that economic growth and population metrics have a positive impact on carbon emission escalation, while trade openness does not appear to have a statistically significant effect. In contrast, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initially presents a negative effect on carbon emissions, which shifts to a positive correlation in the context of declining government quality. This demonstrates that good governance can strengthen efforts to control carbon emissions and promote sustainable development. Thus, institutional capacity building and robust environmental policies are key to balancing economic growth and environmental preservation in E7 countries.

Abstract

Bureaucratic digitization is part of the government's strategic plan to improve the effectiveness and quality of regional public services. The government's physical budget cuts have the potential to hamper the development of basic networks, data centers and technological facilities that are the foundation of digital services. The imbalance between digitalization ambition and regional capacity shows that the principle of distributive justice in budget allocation is not yet optimal, so that the risk of being digitally left behind is greater for regions that depend on central fiscal support. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach using policy analysis based on literature review and secondary data from academic publications, government reports, and relevant media sources. This analysis confirms that the success of bureaucratic digitalization is very dependent on infrastructure readiness, human resource capacity and the stability of regional financing. Physical budget cut policies need to be formulated proportionally so as not to widen disparities in public services and ensure they are inclusive and sustainable throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Coastal slums are highly vulnerable to tidal flooding due to high exposure and limited adaptive capacity, as occurred in Oesapa Village, Kupang City. This study aims to develop strategies to enhance community preparedness against tidal flooding in coastal slum areas of Oesapa Subdistrict. This study uses a mixed-method explanatory sequential approach, where the influencing factors are identified through regression analysis, followed by SWOT-based strategy formulation. The results indicate that cognitive factors, disaster experience, and social capital significantly influence preparedness levels. Based on hazard zoning, differentiated strategies are proposed, emphasizing community-based disaster education, strengthening social capital, and integrating preparedness into slum upgrading programs. These findings provide practical insights for disaster risk reduction and coastal urban planning in vulnerable settlements.

Abstract

In the modern era, we are familiar with the concept of a company with legal status is referred to as a corporation. A corporation is regarded as a legal entity with an independent legal personality, separate from its management. The corporate structure consists of the Board of Directors, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), and the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the corporation with good faith and full accountability. The issue examined in this study concerns the forms of responsibility of the Board of Directors in carrying out corporate acquisitions and the interpretation of the concept of good faith as regulated under the Limited Liability Company Law. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, through the review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The study shows that the Board of Directors can be held liable criminally, civilly, or administratively for acquisition actions carried out without being based on good faith.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to integrate intellectual capital into the development of human resource capacity within the local wisdom based handicraft business team of the DAWIS Asoka Women’s Economic Empowerment Group in Dusun Dondong, Tegaltirto, Berbah, Sleman. The program focuses on strengthening human capital, structural capital, and relational capital through training and mentoring on the utilization of pipe cleaners as raw materials for economically valuable handicraft products. The implementation method consists of preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The results indicate improvements in the knowledge, skills, and creativity of group members in producing handicraft products such as decorative flowers and ornaments based on local wisdom. This activity contributes to women’s economic empowerment while supporting the preservation of local wisdom through the development of community- based handicraft enterprises.
