Pregnancy-related anemia has been linked to many undesirable consequences for both mothers and their children. Prevention of anemia in pregnant women can be supported through health promotion media such as SMS-gateway. This study was focused on knowing the effect of SMS gateway knowledge about foods high in iron on intake of foods high in iron in anemic pregnant women. The study was used a double-blind randomized controlled trial to analyze the effect of SMS intervention on iron-rich food on 68 anemic pregnant women at seven health centers in Makassar City. The intervention applied the software Gili SMS® to deliver SMS interventions. The intervention was given on days 3, 10, 17, and 24 of the study, and food recalls were carried out on days 0 and 28 of the study using the 24-hour food recall method. We found that there was no significant difference on intake of iron but a significant difference between intake of energy and carbohydrate between control and intervention group after SMS gateway intervention. By the recommendations in one of the verses in the Qur'an, pregnant women are encouraged to choose and consume good food such as vegetable and animal protein produced by plants and animals. Foods are suitable for the body and provide all the nutrients needed for the body's normal functioning. We found no increased of iron intake after SMS intervention in pregnant women with anemia.

Baby blues syndrome or mild depression tends to be experienced by mothers in the first week after giving birth and can have an effect on the physiological condition of the mother and the child's development. This study aims to describe in more depth the experience of baby blues syndrome in postpartum mothers in the work area of the Samata Health Center, Gowa Regency, so that they know what are the causal factors and what symptoms are experienced by postpartum mothers with baby blues syndrome. Using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques according to Colaizzi. There are three informants and the results of this study have been arranged into several themes, namely; feelings, behavior and thoughts of mothers who experience baby blues syndrome, causes of baby blues syndrome in postpartum mothers, and psychosocial needs and spirituality of postpartum mothers in the letting go phase. The conclusion from this study is that social support is one of the dominant factors that trigger postpartum mothers to experience baby blues syndrome. The results of this study prove the view of the Qur'an that women are creatures that are not strong enough physiologically so that it is necessary to pay attention during pregnancy because this period is considered to cause increased weakness.

Improving reproductive health for adolescents is one of the efforts to improve the quality of human life which will increase the human resource index in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of information exposure on adolescent reproductive health behavior. This study used a quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach to female students at the Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency with a total of 68 respondents. The results showed that the information exposure variable had a relationship with attitude (p=0.006) then what was not related was the knowledge level variable (p=0.121) and the action variable (p=0.091). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that information exposure had an influence on attitudes with a 5.857 chance of reproductive health behavior for young female students at Islamic boarding schools. This study provides information to young female students to be tabayun to all health information obtained and to increase their knowledge regarding reproductive health. Good health information in terms of maintaining cleanliness will be a very important asset during adolescence.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in Indonesia generally occurs in urban areas and always ranks first as a cause of death in infants or toddlers. Studies on the incidence of ISPA in toddlers in rural areas are still rarely studied. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of ARI in toddlers. This study was an analytic survey study with a case-control design. The population in this study consisted of 68 toddlers diagnosed with ISPA and all of them were sampled with a ratio of 1:1 and the total sample was 136 people. The toddler's mother pleaded as the respondent. The instruments used were questionnaires and health cards (KMS) for toddlers. Data analysis used is chi square. Statistical analysis of the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of ARI (P=0.001) and the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and ARI was obtained (P=0.001). This means that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and exclusive breastfeeding program and the incidence of ARI. Nutritional status and exclusive breastfeeding programs contribute to the incidence of ARI among toddlers in rural areas. This study recommends that mothers prioritize giving primary food to babies in the form of exclusive breastfeeding for 2 years according to the guidance of the Koran. This action will greatly affect the nutritional status of toddlers, especially in preventing ARI.

The primary nutritional concern among adolescent girls is iron-deficiency anemia, which requires prompt attention to prevent complications during pregnancy. One of the strategies for prevention involves the consumption of iron supplements (IS) and high-iron foods. This study aims to delineate the menstrual history, eating patterns, and practice associated with consuming IS and high-iron foods. Employing a descriptive approach, the research was conducted at Islamic Senior High School (MAN 2) Kudus. The sample, comprising 184 individuals, was selected through purposive sampling. The research employed a questionnaire and a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) as instruments. The findings indicate that only 19.6% of the respondents reported having IS always available at home. The majority (62.0%) had consumed IS at some point. However, only 8.1% consumed IS regularly during menstruation, and 4.3% consumed it regularly when not menstruating. The majority of respondents frequently consumed high-iron foods (1-5 times per week), including chicken/duck (84.8%), eggs (80.4%), fish (76.7%), and meat (60.9%). It is hoped that schools and local healthcare services can enhance educational efforts regarding the benefits of IS consumption for adolescent girls. The practice of consuming IS and high-iron foods from halal sources are a part of maintaining bodily health and constitutes an obligation for every Muslim.

The application of Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in an effort to reduce the potential risk of accidents has been widely applied in various industries. However, its application with the DO IT (Define, Observed, Intervene Test) method to change unsafe behavior is still rarely implemented. The purpose of the research is how to identify the stages of implementing Behavior Based Safety (BBS) with the DO IT method, what forms of intervention are given in an effort to modify worker behavior for Pertamina officers in of Makassar. This type of research is quantitative with an observational approach. With behavior-based safety using the DO IT method Data collection is done by observation, reviewing documents, and interviews. The Observe stage is to observe the behavior that has been determined, obtained an initial score that the rate of PPE application among the workers was 66,6%. most workers had shown safe behavior (56,6%). Safety briefing was conducted at the Daily Section of the Pertamina. The results, it was found that, with regard to the compliance with operation procedure , most workers had shown safe behavior (53,3%). Based on the research results, the DO IT method is an effective and efficient method for industries that do not yet have a good occupational safety and health management system in a company. This study recommends that companies apply the do it method and strengthen oversight and monitoring related to safety behavior in preventing work accidents and increasing employee work productivity.
