Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai waktu pemberian pupuk nitrogen dan bobot mulsa jerami terhadap hasil jagung manis (Zea mays saccaharata Sturt) kultivar bonanza. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan sawah Desa Sindanghayu, Kecamatan Beber, Kabupaten Cirebon Jawa Barat. Pada bulan Desember sampai dengan bulan Februari 2013. Rancangan percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri  12 perlakuan & masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan terdiri: A (N: Saat Tanam dan Bobot Mulsa 3 ton/ha) B (N: Saat Tanam, 15 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 3 ton/ha), C (N: Saat Tanam, 30 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 3 ton/ha), D (N: Saat Tanam, 45 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 3 ton/ha), E (N: Saat Tanam dan Bobot Mulsa 6 ton/ha), F (N: Saat Tanam, 15 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 6 ton/ha), G (N: Saat Tanam, 30 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 6 ton/ha), H (N: Saat Tanam, 45 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 6 ton/ha), I (N: Saat Tanam dan Bobot Mulsa 9 ton/ha), J (N: Saat Tanam, 15 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 9 ton/ha), K (N: Saat Tanam, 30 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 9 ton/ha), L (N: Saat Tanam, 45 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 9 ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kombinasi waktu pemberian pupuk nitrogen dan bobot mulsa jerami berpengaruh terhadap diameter tongkol per tanaman, bobot tongkol berkelobot per tanaman, bobot tongkol tidak berkelobot per tanaman, bobot tongkol berkelobot per petak, bobot tongkol tidak berkelobot per petak, bobot biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per petak. Hasil tertinggi pada perlakuan Saat Tanam, 30 HST dan Bobot Mulsa 6 ton/ha menghasilkan bobot biji per petak 2,53 kg setara dengan 6,66 ton/ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the interaction effect from rock phosphate and dolomit rate to growth and yield of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) cv. Tuban and to know relationship between growth and yield component of groundnut plant (Arachis hypogaea L.) cv. Tuban. This research was conducted at Candrajaya Village, Sukahaji Sub-District, Majalengka Regency- West Java, Indonesia from April until July 2015. This research was arranged by Completely Randomized Block Design Factorial, with two factors and repeated three times. First factor is rock phosphate rate with four levels (0, 150, 250, 350 kg ha-1) per plots. Second factor is dolomite rate with three levels (0, 300, 500 kg ha-1). The result showed that rock phosphate rate gave significantly effect to number of leaves at 28 DAP, number of productive branches, root volume, number of dry pods per crop, number of filling pods, weight of dry pod per plant, number of seeds, weight of dry seeds per plant and weight of dry seeds per plot. Dolomite rate gave significantly effect to number of branches at 28 DAP and number of productive branches. There were interaction between rock phosphate and dolomit to plant height at 28 Days After Planted (DAP) and weight of dry pods per plot. Number of leaves 21 DAP and 28 DAP were positively correlated to weight of dry seeds per plot.

Abstract

Evaluation some mutant rice lines on rainfed area. Some mutant rice lines are expected to have good adaptability in the rainfed areas. Evaluation of drought tolerant rice lines in the rainfed land has been conducted in District Jakenan, Pati, Central Java in DS 2014. The Study used a randomized experimental design with 2 replications treatment 38 drought tolerant mutant rice lines and four varieties for the check. Mutant lines were evaluated coming from Co60 gamma-rays against Inpari 13. Varieties for check used is Inpari 13, Inpari 10, Inpari 23, and Situ Bagendit. Seedling age 20 days after sowing of each line and varieties grown as much as 1-3 seeds per hole on a plot measuring 2 m x 5 m with a spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm. Watering depends on rain and pump water from rainwater reservoir. The results showed that the lines tested had noticeable difference to the five agronomic characters were observed, but no real character number of productive tillers. A total of 13 genotypes showed higher yields than all varieties. Two genotypes showed a different result was significantly higher than Inpari 13 are BP17280M-26D-1-SKI-1-IND-1 (3.89 t / ha) and BP17280M-24C-2-1-SKI-1-IND- 1 (3.54 t / ha). While the best varieties Inpari 13 and Situ Bagendit achieve respectively 2.88 t / ha and 3.04 t / ha. The average best genotypes age at 50% flowering is 68-70 DAS and harvest age is HSS 98-104. With this result is expected to give a great chance on the tests subsequent to the development of new varieties of rainfed rice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK on the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, (2) the influence of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK the most good for growth and yield of rice (Oryza  sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, and (3) the correlation between the components of the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties. The experiment was conducted Kecomberan Villages Talun District Cirebon Regency, from May through the month of August 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used  a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors were repeated 3 times. The first factor, concentration of complementary liquid  fetilizer consists of three levels, namely: K1 (1 cc/Liter per plot), K2 (2 cc/Liter per plot), and K3 (3 cc/Liter per plot). The second factor is dose fertilizer (P) consists of three levels, namely: P1 (Urea 200 kg/ha, NPK 150 kg/ha), P2 (Urea 250 kg/ha, NPK 200 kg/ha), and P3 (Urea 300 kg/ha, NPK 250 kg/ha).

Abstract

This research intends to know the effect of : (1) the interaction effect between treatment plant spacing and the provision of compost on the growth and yield of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), (2) a plant spacing (the population) and the dose of the best compost on the growth and yield of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), and (3) the effect of the correlation between plant growth and yield of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.).The experiment was conducted at the area of PT Indocement Tunggal Tbk in Gempol, District palimanan, Cirebon, West Java. The location is situated at an altitude of 11 meters above sea level, average air temperature is 28oC, the type of rain according to Schmidt and Fergusson (1951) includes the type of rain D (moderate). The research was conducted in March until June, 2016.The method used in this research was the experimental method. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) Factorial. The treatment consists of two factors, plant spacing (J) and compost (K), which consists of four levels. Plant Spacing are J1 (60 cm x 15 cm), J2 (60 cm x 20 cm), J3 (60 cm x 25 cm), and J4 (60 cm x 30 cm). The dose of compost are K1 (0 ton/ha), K2 (10 tons / ha), K3 (20 ton / ha) and K4 (30 tons / ha)).The results showed that there was interaction between plant spacing and compost on growth parameters include components seedling height age of 35 and 49 days after planting, leaf number aged 35 HST, stem diameter ages 35 and 49 days after planting, and root volume age 87 HST and outcome parameters include component diameter flowers, flower weight a plant and a plot and seeds a plant and a plot. At the level of treatment J1K4 (spacing of 60 cm x 15 cm and compost 30 tons / ha) which is 638.92 grams / plot equivalent to 1,775 tons / ha. Then there is a definite correlation between growth (plant height ages 21, 35, and 49 days after planting, leaf number aged 35 and 49 days after planting, area index Leaf (ILD), a trunk diameter of age the age of 21, 35, and 49 days after planting, root volume age 28 and 87 HST) with the results of seed weight a plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan CMA dan Pupuk Fosfat terhadap serapan P, pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3, (2) perlakuan CMA dan Pupuk Fosfat yang mempunyai pengaruh terbaik terhadap serapan P, pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3,  dan (3) korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan serapan hara P dan hasil jagung Kultivar DK3. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Balai Benih Palawija Plumbon Kecamatan Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon, dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2012.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), pola faktorial. Penelitian terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu CMA dan pupuk fosfat yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama yaitu CMA (C) terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu : c0 (0 g CMA/lubang), c1 (10 g CMA/lubang), c2 (20 g CMA/lubang), dan c3 (30 g CMA/lubang). Faktor kedua yaitu pupuk fosfat (F) terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu : f1 (36 kg P2O5/ha), f2  (45 kg P2O5/ha), dan  f3  (54 kg P2O5/ha).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (CMA) dan Pupuk Fosfat terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah tongkol per petak, bobot pipilan kering per petak dan serapan P tanaman. Perlakuan CMA dan pupuk fosfat secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batan, panjang tongol, diameter tongkol, bobot pipilan kering per tanaman dan bobot 100 butir biji kering jagung, (2) perlakuan Cendawan Mikoriza Arbuskular (CMA) 20 g/lubang yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk fosfat 45 kg P2O5/ha, memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap tinggi tanaman (158,07 cm), jumlah tongkol per petak (78,75 buah), bobot pipilan kering per petak (5,81 kg) dan serapan P tanaman (0,74% P2O5), dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan nyata antara tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan jumlah daun terhadap serapan P tanaman dan hasil pipilan per petak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi media tanam pupuk kascing dan pupuk organik cair yang paling baik pengaruhnya  terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil mentimun (Cucumis sativus L). Rancangan percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri 9 perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan terdiri; A (Pupuk kascing 25% dan pupuk organik cair 1 ml/polybag), B (pupuk kascing 25% dan pupuk organik cair 2 ml/polybag), C (pupuk kascing 25% dan pupuk organik cair 3  ml/polybag), D (Pupuk kascing 50% dan pupuk organik cair 1 ml/polybag), E (pupuk kascing 50% dan pupuk organik cair 2 ml/polybag), F (Pupuk kascing 50% dan pupuk organik cair 3 ml/polybag), G (Pupuk kascing 75% dan pupuk organik cair  1  ml/polybag), H (pupuk kascing 75% dan pupuk organik cair 2 ml/polybag), I (pupuk kascing 75% dan pupuk organik cair 3 ml/polybag). Komposisi media tanam pupuk kascing dan pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan, akan tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap hasil mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) Kultivar Pluto, Komposisi media tanam pupuk kascing dan pupuk organik cair memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap jumlah daun umur 20 HST, 30 HST, dan diameter buah, dan tidak terdapat korelasi antara komponen pertumbuhan dengan hasil mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.)

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to know the effect of chicken manure doses and nitrogen fertilizers on growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L). The experiment was conducted at Kutawaringin Village, Selajambe District, Kuningan, West Java Province, from March until May 2018. The experimnetal design was used Randomized Completely Block Design (RBD) with factorial pattern. Each treatment was repeated three times. The treatment consisted two factors. The first factor was rates  of chicken manure that consisted four levels : K1 (0 ton/ha), K2 (10 ton/ha), K3 (20 ton/ha), K4 (30 ton/ha), while the second factor was nitrogen fertilizers rates which consist three levels : N1 (77 kg/ha), N2 (100 kg/ha), N3 (123 kg/ha). The result showed that there was an interaction effect between chicken manure doses and nitrogen fertilizers on root volume (28 days after planting), total weight per plant, total weight per plot, and total biomass. Independently, chicken manure doses gave significant effect of plant high, number of leafs, leaf area, relative growth rates (28 and 35 days after planting). While nitrogen fertilizers rates effected plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, net assimilation rates (21 days after planting), relative growth rate (21 and 28 days after planting), root volume (35 days after planting). Chicken manure doses 20 ton/ha and nitrogen fertilizers doses 123 kg/ha gave the best result on total weight per plant and per plot which produces 30,56 g per plant and 638,38 g per plot (2,5 ton/ha).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The response to growth and yield of rice in Inpari 42, Ciherang and Mekongga varieties to various planting methods of Jajar Legowo, and (2) Varieties and planting methods of legowo row which have a good effect on rice growth and yield. The research was carried out in a rice field area belonging to the UPTD of the Food and Agriculture Security Service in Cirahayu Village, Luragung District, Kuningan Regency, from April to June 2020. The method used in this study was an experimental method, using a randomized block design (RBD), which consisted of 15 treatments of combination of rice varieties and the legowo row planting method and was repeated three times. To determine the effect of the treatments tested, analysis of variance was used through the F test, with further tests using Scott Knott's Cluster Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that: (1) The treatment of three rice varieties on various planting methods had significant effects on the growth and yield of rice plants. The 2 : 1 legowo row planting method on three rice varieties affected the plant height of harvested dry grain and milled dry grain per plot, while the 4 : 1 legowo row planting method in three rice varieties had an effect on the number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers per hill, leaf area index, number of panicles per clump, number of grains per panicle, number of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of grain. The Ciherang variety has a good effect on the weight of 1000 grain grains, while the Inpari 42 variety has a good effect on the yield of dry grain harvested and the yield of milled dry grain per plot, and (2) the combination of Inpari 42 variety with the 2: 1 legowo row planting method gives good effect on yields of harvested dry unhulled rice and yields of milled dry unhulled rice per plot, which is 9.27 kg or equivalent to 10.30 tons of dry unhulled rice per hectare, and 7.81 kg of dry unhulled rice per plot or equivalent to 8.68 tons of unhulled rice dry milled oer acres.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh penggunaan fungisida Azoksistrobin terhadap lama simpan dan Vitamin C buah mangga arummanis; (2) Pengaruh tingkat kematangan buah  terhadap  lama simpan dan Vitamin C buah mangga Arummanis.Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri I Cigugur, Kuningan, dari bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2011. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yaitu faktor konsentrasi Azoksistrobin dan suhu penyimpanan (disimpan dalam lemari pendingin yang diatur suhunya) dan diulang 3 kali. Perlakuan yaitu : Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencelupan buah mangga Arummanis dalam air hangat (suhu 500C–550C). Perlakuan konsentrasi Azoksistrobin dan tingkat kematangan buah dengan kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut :A = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%B = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%C = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 80%D = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah  85%E  = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15 % dan tingkat kematangan buah 85%F = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 85%G = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,0% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%H = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,15% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%I = Konsentrasi azoksistrobin 0,30% dan tingkat kematangan buah 90%Berdasarkan hasil analisis  ragam pada lama simpan buah mangga Arummanis terhadap sembilan (9) perlakuan pengaruh fungisida Azoksistrobin, menghasilkan perhitungan dalam daftar sidik ragam berpengaruh nyata, karena nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel, artinya perlakuan yang diuji menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap lama simpan.Hasil pengamatan (hari ke-0) terhadap kadar vitamin C pada buah mangga Arummanis terhadap sembilan (9) perlakuan, menghasilkan perhitungan dalam daftar sidik ragam dengan nilai (F=230,553) > (F0,05 (8 ; 18)=2,510), artinya perlakuan yang diuji menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar vitamin C. Hasil pengamatan tersebut rata-rata setiap perlakuan adalah 2,801 mg.Hasil analisis kadar vitamin C pada hari ke-6 menghasilkan perhitungan sidik ragam dengan nilai (F=2,820) > (F0,05 (8 ; 18)= 2,510), artinya perlakuan yang diuji tersebut, tetap menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar vitamin C.
