<![CDATA[This service focuses on Performance-Based Budgeting at Muhammadiyah 06 Dau School, Malang Regency. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality, realization, and evaluation of performance appraisals. The method used in the community service program uses a method that goes through stages, namely: Determining the vision, mission and goals; Determination of Activities; FGD for preparation of budget components. The results of this training are in the form of knowledge and expertise in performance budgeting. The pre-test score of the training participants was on average 60 and after the training was carried out the average score increased to 93.Based on the preparation of the performance-based School Budget Work Plan (RKAS) it can be denied that the participants in the performance-based preparation of the School Budget Work Plan (RKAS) are 5 people consisting of the school principal and school treasurer. The results of this dedication show that the trainees should not only be school principals and treasurers, but teachers and teaching aids should not be alone but need to be supplemented with adequate computer facilities. The implication of this service is financial performance of Muhammadiyah 06 Dau School more effective and Efficient. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this service is to form/develop a group of people as entrepreneurs who are economically independent with the specific target to be achieved is to provide assistance in licensing and preparing financial reports at Surya supermarket (Muhammadiyah Charity) Kwadungan Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The partner in this service is Surya supermarket (Muhammadiyah Charity) Kwadungan Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. The problem with partners is that they have not been able to carry out licensing according to the OSS method and have not been able to prepare financial reports correctly. The method used in solving partner problems is to provide assistance and tutorials in licensing and preparing financial reports at the Muhammadiyah Charity Enterprises of Kediri Regency. The output of this service is a financial management module and software for preparing financial reports.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, the human resources at UKM UMM Bakery feel that they are not optimal in implementing financial management. This service aims to train UMM Bakery employees to better understand financial management, know whether this business is profitable or not, and can make accurate and effective financial reports. The results of this service activity are in the form of an integrated financial reporting system in Microsoft Excel 2016. Community Service activities are carried out by several methods, starting with a survey to UMM Bakery, identifying the needs of financial management. The next step is to conduct training in the preparation of financial statements using Microsoft Excel to suit the needs of partners. The final step is to evaluate financial management training activities. As a result of this training, partners can improve their ability to manage finances. Partners can understand and apply a financial reporting system that is precise and simple to apply. This is shown by the partners' ability to apply the integrated financial reporting system.]]>

<![CDATA[CSR implementation in Indonesia includes social and environmental responsibility. As felt by the people of Klandungan Hamlet, Landungsari Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, which was affected by the process of building a home stay by a commercial company in Malang Regency. There is a need for a symbiotic mutualism relationship between business actors in running their businesses and the community can also be able to carry out activities properly in the process of development and operations of the company in the future. The purpose of this service is to provide socialization and assist residents in fulfilling their rights over the development and / or operations of the company so that in the future there will be no conflicts. The method used is to accompany the negotiation meeting of the parties without taking sides, drafting the agreement until a win-win solution is reached. The result of this service is that the parties reach an agreement with the signing of a joint statement which can be used as a guide if a conflict arises.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic boarding schools have great potential to move the wheels of the economy by producing aspiring entrepreneurs from the thousands of students they have. Knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of Islamic boarding school students need to be continuously honed in order to produce successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, this community service activity contributes to the honing of entrepreneurial skills of students through entrepreneurship training on how to make "Ricebowl" as a culinary product at the Asy-Syadzili Islamic boarding school, Malang Regency. The training is given to the school by providing educational videos, giving tools and ingredients for the practice. <![CDATA[The Village Innovation Program is an assistance carried out to encourage the use of superior products by improving the quality to be even better. Community service for the Covid-19 edition of the PPM Community Service Community Service took place in Karangrejo Village, Kromengan District, Malang Regency. The original inhabitants of Karangrejo Village are the majority of carrying herbal medicine traders. The government's appeal forbids its citizens to do activities outside especially gathering with many people to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus having an impact on the herbal medicine traders. Herbal medicine traders experienced a tremendous impact they could not sell herbal medicine by going around as usual while the herbal medicine only lasted a week. This will also be an obstacle if the herbs are sold online because the shelf life is relatively short. Thus, we provide innovations for herbal medicine packaging so that it can last longer, which is made into herbal powder and packaged in an attractive manner.]]>

<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship development for Islamic boarding school students is now a necessity, especially for the salafiyah Islamic boarding schools. After graduating from the Islamic boarding school, the challenge for salafiyah pesantren santri is finding work. It's just that salafiyah Islamic boarding school graduates are only provided with religious education, not including general education. This causes the pesantren students to compete hard for jobs, because they do not have the idea to start their own business. Becoming an entrepreneur is one solution for salafiyah boarding school students. Before becoming entrepreneurs, it is necessary to socialize what business ideas are suitable for students, especially to increase readiness and interest in entrepreneurship where this service is through demonstrations and practices. So that it can create business opportunities in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The Vegetable Farmer Group is one of the active groups in Batu City, namely in Torong Rejo Village. The economic situation affected by the existence of ccovid 19 also had an impact on the sale of agricultural products from Gapoktan. To minimize the spread of Covid 19, the mobile marketplace is an alternative to get around the prohibition of meeting directly between sellers and buyers to reduce the spread of Covid-19 while still encouraging economic movement, especially the sale of Gapoktan farmers. This method of dedication is carried out by discussing and demonstrating the use of the mobile marketplace. The result is that vegetable farmer groups have begun to be able to use the mobile marketplace, both for selling the products they produce to buying agricultural necessities. By using the mobile marketplace, it is hoped that it can minimize the vegetable supply chain from farmers to consumers, so that it can increase profits on sales because farmers can directly sell to end users.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this PKM activity to provide knowledge sharing related to internet marketing to increase marketing in the Salaf Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (PPSQ) Asy-Syadzili, Pakis Kembar, Malang. The first step for this program is to open the mind of the students that potential market for entrepreneurs for them is v widely. Marketing strategies continue to evolve from traditional marketing methods to modern methods. Taking the benefits by integrating this two methods to find the optimal point in marketing the products of students is very important to optimize sales of products that have been produced by students. It has been coordinated with the Pondok Pesantren Salaf Al-Qur'an (PPSQ) Asy-Syadzili, Pakis Kembar, Malang which will host the PKM activities by inviting all students. The presence of lecturers and students who are also entrepreneurial practitioners are expected to provide enlightenment and new knowledge that is quite meaningful for all participants.]]>

<![CDATA[The Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Transportation commissioned the Semarang Polytechnic of Shipping Science to conduct basic safety training (BST) of motor yachts to certify the crew of tourist boats and fishermen in Sungai Liat Bangka Regency. This activity is based on a letter of request from KSOP Sungai Liat to the Semarang Polytechnic of Shipping Sciences which aims to improve the competence of the Crew related to shipping safety and marine environmental pollution. Instructors and Lecturers of Semarang Polytechnic of Shipping Sciences as Resource Persons conduct education, training and counseling to the crew of tourist boats and Fishermen of Sungai Liat in order to implement safety and security in carrying out their duties and also support the protection of the marine environment for the common.]]>
