Abstract

This community service aims to train students to use the Mendeley desktop reference tool management for higher education students throughout East Java. This training is carried out to prepare students to fulfill their obligations and comply with the ethics of publications. The training was conducted online using the Zoom Meeting application, which 275 participants attended. The training was divided into three sessions. The first session presented material on introducing writing styles and the Mendeley desktop application, which was preceded by filling out a pre-test. The second session, the delivery of material on the operation and joint practice of using the Mendeley desktop ended with session 3, namely questions and answers and filling out the post-test. The results of the training and post-test provided, as many as 98 percent of the participants were able to cite and compile a bibliography automatically, while 100 percent of the participants planned to continue to use the Mendeley Desktop application for their weekly assignments and final assignments.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has presented a number of challenges for vegetable traders at the Nyanggelan Market, Panjer Village. The existence of regional restrictions has led to a decrease in the number of buyers which has an impact on the decline in the level of sales of vegetable traders at the Nyanggelan Market. To help the vegetable traders of Nyanggelan Village survive in the midst of a crisis, community service activities are carried out by providing online marketing training. supervision or monitoring stage, and evaluation stage. The result of this service activity is the formation of a social media account (instagram) "Sayur Pasar Nyanggelan" which is used as a means of promotion as well as buying and selling by vegetable traders at Pasar Nyanggelan. The results of this service activity elicited positive reactions from traders. Sales prospects began to increase and vegetable traders had a new medium to promote their wares. In the future, it is hoped that the account will continue to grow and its use can be expanded.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh Tim Program Kemitraan Mayarakat (PKM) yang terdiri dari 2 dosen. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengenalkan kepada para pelaku UKM Batik di Kec Bayat Klaten khususnya pada komunitas pengrajin batik tulis di desa Karang Gumuk RT01 RW 07 Jarum Bayat Timur tentang pemasaran online, (2) Meningkatkan ketrampilan pemasaran melalui media pemasaran online bagi para pelaku UKM Batik di desa Karang Gumuk RT01 RW 07 Jarum Bayat Timur. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Mayarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari dengan alokasi pertemuan selama 4 jam. Materi pelatihan meliputi teori dan praktik cara melakukan penjualan online dengan menggunakan facebook dan instagram. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti sebanyak 16 pelaku UKM Batik di desa Karang Gumuk RT01 RW 07 Jarum Bayat Timur. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan praktik secara langsung kepada para pelaku UKM Batik di desa Karang Gumuk RT01 RW 07 Jarum Bayat Timur. Adapun hasil kegiatan PKM ini diantaranya : (1) para peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman tentang pemasaran online yang diindikasikan dari peningkatan nilai rerata pre test dan post test peserta dari 56,86 menjadi 78,13. (2) kesan dari para peserta bahwa kegiatan pelatihan memberikan manfaat terhadap kegiatan PPM yang ditunjukkan dari nilai rerata jawaban para post test.

Abstract

Speakers are one of the standard electronic products with wireless capabilities. The Government of Indonesia is responsible for regulating and supervising the movement of goods using wireless domains through the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulations are included in the entry requirements for wireless communication products to Indonesia. EMC means avoiding interference with other devices caused by radiation. Therefore, regarding this EMC regulation, it is necessary to pay attention to product quality and user safety. Through this community service program for the 2022 period, there will be the dissemination of the effects of active speaker radiation in the Cengkareng school environment as a preventive measure to minimize the impact of active speaker electronic emission radiation on the health of the academic community in the IP YAKIN Cengkareng Junior High School, Jakarta.

Abstract

Online learning makes it difficult for teachers to use appropriate learning media for local content subjects in the Lampung language. Training on the use of the Kaganga mobile application as an e-learning medium is expected to be a solution for online learning in Lampung Language. Kaganga mobile is an android application that has quite complete features, namely learning Lampung language, letters, punctuation marks, numbers, and examples of words, both writing and pronunciation. The kaganga mobile application is suitable for use in online learning of Lampung language and literature subjects in elementary schools. Kaganga mobile is an innovation and creation that can be used by Lampung language teachers so that students are interested in learning Lampung language in online learning. To be able to apply kaganga mobile, digital literacy skills are needed for every teacher. This activity is carried out in the form of Community Service. This community service partnered with the North Lampung Education and Culture Office with a focus on participants, namely Lampung language teachers, elementary schools throughout North Lampung. In community service activities as many as 70 Lampung Language Teachers will receive training and assistance for digital literacy skills based on mobile kaganga in learning the Lampung language.

Abstract

Conformite Europene (CE) Marking certification is a certificate that shows a guarantee of product safety and security for users. The problem faced by the company in terms of product exports, especially to the European Market, is the prerequisite for completeness in the form of CE Mark certification. Answering these problems, the purpose of this counseling and mentoring program is the implementation of the 5R Program (Concise, Neat, Clean, Treat, Diligent) to lead to the acquisition of certification. In addition, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very necessary for every institution or organization in preventing accidents and occupational diseases. Based on PP RI Number 50 of 2012. 5R and K3 The solution offered through community service by lecturers and students is to provide counseling and assistance to build a culture and arrangement of a clean and healthy work environment, as well as improve work environment management so that it is effective and efficient. . Outcome plans (in the form of services, systems, products, etc.) that are targeted are counseling and assistance with training modules, displays and reports along with photos and activity banners

Abstract

Pondok Labu merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha dibidang pariwisata dan edukasi. Meskipun pondok labu merupakan salah satu wisata edukasi yang menarik di Desa Pandanrejo Kota Batu, akan tetapi pondok labu belum banyak dikenal masyarakat, khususnya wisatawan Nasional. Hal tersebut akibat dari kurangnya pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh pondok labu. Strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan membantu pondok labu lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Strategi pemasaran yang saat ini dianggap tepat adalah strategi pemsaran yang mampu mengadopsi teknologi secara menyeluruh dengan memanfaatkan platform media sosial baik yang berbayar maupun tidak berbayar. Pengabdi memberikan solusi dalam hal strategi pemasaran yakni denagn membuatkan website official, mendaftarkan ke marketplace mengenai produk pondok labu, mengelola website, marketplace, media sosial, membuat video profil dan membuat branding pondok labu agar mudah dikenal oleh masyarakat secara meluas. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara ceramah, titorial dan pendampingan terbimbing. Adanya pemasaran berbasis teknologi maka akan mempermudah mitra dalam mempromosikan produknya.

Abstract

PT Industri Kereta Api or PT INKA (persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that is a producer of land transportation, especially the first integrated train in Southeast Asia. In the continuous improvement process carried out by PT INKA, one important aspect is the change in the use of information systems in the performance appraisal process called Iknows (INKA Knowledge Management System). This system must be used as one of the conditions required in the Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU) process launched by the Ministry of SOEs. Related to the dynamics of internal changes in the company, in this case, a change in the knowledge management system (Knows), will more or less affect the situation, climate, and even the company's work culture. Ideally, changes that occur in the company are quickly followed by adjustments to existing human resources. However, not every change that is well-intentioned, so that the company is more advanced and developing gets a positive response from the existing human resources.

Abstract

The potential to use information technology that is increasingly effective and efficient is one of the opportunities to be able to compete. Digital Marketing is an important part of business development. The benefits of using digital marketing are as a way to introduce and increase business productivity. Sengkaling Recreation Park also collaborates with Small and Medium Enterprises that need assistance in the use of Digital Marketing technology. Abstract

Madinatul Ilmi Surowati Islamic Boarding School has mission to make its students successful preachers who have livestock businesses. Santri were also given facilities for raising goats and cows and were sent to school at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Gresik in the Ruminant Livestock Department. However, the feed used tends to be expensive to achieve the desired quality and has not optimized local sources of feed ingredients. This can be caused by knowledge of feed raw materials and feed processing processes that are deemed inadequate to make feed. For this reason, the IPB lecturer team held community service with training methods on feed insights and innovative feeding practices, namely feed wafers. Evaluation is done by asking questions before and after the training so that the indicators of success are more measurable. The results show that there is an increase in the number of students who understand forage feed and feed wafers. After the training, the number of students who already understand the technique of giving feed wafers increased from only 5% before the training to 60%. After training. In addition, it is shown by the number of participants being motivated to explore various local feed ingredients to be used as ruminant feed.
