Abstract

Purpose:This research aims to explore the contribution of female agricultural workers in strengthening family economic resilience from a sharia economic perspective.Design/Method/Approach:This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this research were 10 female farm workers in Koto Balingka District. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Findings: The research results highlight the significant role of female agricultural workers in three main aspects of agricultural activities, namely planting, weeding and harvesting.Among the three forms of agricultural labor, women tend to dominate the role in weeding and harvesting in the agricultural sector. Not only are there differences in the division of labor, but in terms of wages there are also differences where women's wages are IDR 80,000 per day, while men's wages are IDR 100,000.Factors that encourage women to work as agricultural laborers include difficult economic conditions, low levels of education, and limited employment opportunities. Their participation has a very important impact on the economic security of the family, because their contribution helps improve the economic stability of the household. However, we need to recognize that there are negative impacts, such as changes in traditional roles within the family. The role of female agricultural workers in increasing family economic resilience can also be understood from a sharia economic perspective. By paying attention to indicators of family economic resilience, their role can be considered to have made a significant contributionOriginality/Values: this research analyzes the economic contribution of female agricultural workers to the family's income and economic resilience from a sharia economic perspective. This research aims to evaluate the role of gender in agricultural activities and assess the economic welfare of the families of female agricultural workers within the framework of sharia economics.

Secondary data is sourced from journals and books to supplement the research material.Findings: Based on the data obtained from the website https://bangunan3.mahkamahagung.go.id for the years 2010-2024, there are 220 decisions available. The majority of these decisions are related to breach of contract claims rather than actions against the law. The primary cause of breach of contract is the failure to fulfill or comply with agreed contractual obligations, while the cause of actions against the law involves disputes where the buyer or lender opposes the use of insurance or securities sold at auction.Originality/Values: The main contribution of this research is to describe the factors causing the resolution of murabahah contract disputes in religious courts from 2010 to 2024.

Abstract

Purpose: The study investigates the role that involvement of students in university organizations plays concerning digital entrepreneurial intention among the university students during the digital economy era. The study seeks to understand organizational participation in shaping entrepreneurial skills and mindset among the students. Method: The study design is quantitative in nature. The research sampled 69 computer science students. Analysis uses the TPB, utilizing regression and structural equation modeling to quantify the relationship of student organizational involvement with factors like attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and self-efficacy, added factors namely innovativeness and digital entrepreneurial education. Findings: Results showed that while self-efficacy and student organizational involvement proved to be significant predictors of digital entrepreneurial intention, attitudes, innovativeness, and subjective norms were not. That could suggest a process of developing digital entrepreneurial intentions, which may place more importance on the confidence in one's abilities and active participation in organizations rather than general attitudes or social pressures from the outside.  Originality: Unique in its focus on the nexus between student organizational involvement and digital entrepreneurship, this study offers new insights into how universities can foster digital entrepreneurial intentions by enhancing the students' self-efficacy and fostering active engagement in student organizations.

Abstract

Purpose: Despite variations in economic indicators such as inflation, central bank interest rates, monetary supply, currency valuations, and Islamic financial products, the Jakarta Islamic Index maintains steady stock trading performance. The study examines how various economic factors influenced the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) between 2010 and 2023. In particular, it explores how the index's behavior is shaped by inflationary pressures, Bank Indonesia's benchmark rate, money circulation, foreign currency exchange rates, and Islamic-compliant certificates issued by Bank Indonesia.Design/Method/Approach: The study utilizes quantitative methods, analyzing data collected over time from credible institutions such as Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, the Central Statistics Agency, and other reputable sources. Various analytical approaches are employed, including classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, individual and collective significance evaluations, and determination coefficient analysis. This research employs various analytical techniques to examine how multiple economic variables (including inflation rates, the Bank Indonesia interest rate, money supply levels, currency exchange rates, and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates) potentially influence or correlate with the performance of the Jakarta Islamic Index.Findings:The study's results indicate that among the economic factors analyzed, such as Inflation, BI Rate, Money Supply, and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, most did not show significant individual effects on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The exchange rate, however, emerged as the only factor with a notable individual impact. Collectively, when all these economic variables were considered together, they were found to have a combined influence on the Jakarta Islamic Index.Originality/Values: This study's findings offer valuable information for both investors and policymakers, shedding light on the intricate workings of the Islamic capital market and pinpointing crucial economic factors that shape its performance.ABSTRACTPurpose: Despite variations in economic indicators such as inflation, central bank interest rates, monetary supply, currency valuations, and Islamic financial products, the Jakarta Islamic Index maintains steady stock trading performance. Abstract
