Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of human resource development (HRD) at BMT Binamas Purworejo, the challenges faced, and the impact of HRD on employee performance. This research used a qualitative descriptive method through field study, involving direct observation, interviews with management and staff, as well as documentation review. The findings show that HRD at BMT Binamas is implemented through routine coaching activities such as SABIT (Sabtu Bina Iman dan Taqwa), MABIT (Malam Bina Iman dan Taqwa), weekly Islamic studies, and joint sports, which focus on strengthening employee capacity in technical, moral, and spiritual aspects. However, HRD programs are still informal and have not been systematically structured into certified training or formal workshops. The main challenges include limited training budgets, lack of specialized trainers, and suboptimal use of digital learning systems. Despite these constraints, HRD has a positive impact on employee loyalty, work ethic, and overall performance. This study highlights the importance of structured, competency-based HRD programs supported by adequate resources and digitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze mitigation strategies and moral hazard risk management in Islamic financial institution financing, with a particular focus on mudharabah contracts. Moral hazard often arises from information asymmetry between banks as shahibul maal and customers as mudharib, creating opportunities for financial statement manipulation, fund misuse, and profit concealment. The research applies a qualitative method through library research by reviewing academic literature on Islamic financing contracts, risk, and control strategies. The findings reveal that risk mitigation is implemented through proactive measures, including screening, data verification, 5C and 6A analysis, and prudential principles, as well as reactive measures such as monitoring, supervision, and the application of sharia-based sanctions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency and sharia services on customer satisfaction with murabahah financing services at BSI KCP Stabat. The background of this study is based on the importance of information transparency and services that reflect Islamic values in enhancing customer trust and comfort in transactions. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative relationship type, and data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents who are murabahah financing customers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analysed using SPSS version 21 through the stages of validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that both independent variables, namely transparency and sharia services, have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.871 indicates that 87.1% of customer satisfaction can be explained by transparency and sharia services. The t-test also shows that each variable has an individual effect, with transparency having a significance value of 0.006 and sharia services having a significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the higher the level of information disclosure and the better the sharia services provided, the higher the customer satisfaction. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving transparency and the quality of services based on Islamic values as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty.
