Abstract

Purpose - The research objective is to describe and explain health crisis interventions in mental health with COVID-19.Method - This peper use a literature study of various literature on mental health with COVID-19: health crisis interventions.Result - This study indicates that crisis intervention assists those afflicted by a crisis that requires quick handling to be resolved immediately, and the psychological balance is immediately restored during the COVID-19 pandemic.Implications - This research is expected to be the basis for determining intervention models in mental health disorders.Originality - A concept of health crisis intervention assistance.

Abstract

Purpose -  This study aims to investigate the optimization of the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.Method - This research is a type of library research, namely, by recording all findings and integrating all findings, both theories and new findings about the religious extension, analyzing all findings from various reading and providing critical ideas about optimizing the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.Result - The results of the study show that various issues in all sectors emerged as a result of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to optimize the role of religious instructors who play a very strategic role in the framework of mental, moral, and value development devotion of the people and also contribute to improving the quality of life of the people in various fields both in the field of religion and development amid COVID-19 pandemic by carrying out informative and educative functions, consultative functions, and advocacy functions.Implications - To optimize the role, several things need to be done by religious instructors.Originality - The framework of mental development with optimization of religious extension role in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Purpose -  The research objective is a trial to create group counseling services with self-acceptance techniques to develop Qona’ah attitudes in realizing the happiness of the millennial generation.Method - The method used in data collection was a literature study.Result - The result of this paper is to offer group guidance and counseling using self-acceptance techniques to develop a Qona’ah attitude. Positive self-acceptance will be able to create happiness.Implications - Qona’ah attitude requires a training with strong patience, the applied counseling services  are group guidance and counseling services with four stages.Originality - A method of developing the Qona’ah attitude of the millennial generation is a process of providing professional assistance which is characterized by a continuous process with systematic steps to an individu or groups of people.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research was to recognize radically (deeply) the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guides.Method - This research used descriptive qualitative with the determination of informants using the model of snowball. The data analysis in this study used Creswell's theory of analysis ranging from data reduction, display, and to conclutions.Result - The results of this study indicate that a professional Islamic spiritual guide needs to meet three indicators in order to carry out counseling process optimally. The indicators of professionalism are relevant educational qualifications, expertise or qualified credibility, and finally the presence of payment commensurate with the quality of work. Meanwhile, the professionalism of Islamic spiritual guidance services is to pay attention to the time and material given to counselees so that they can display or provide Islamic spiritual guidance services professionally.Implications - The implication of this research is to improve performance professionally by absorbing the experts or specialists in the field of Islamic spiritual guidance.Originality - The originality of this study is that it is the first research model to apply the correlation research method with the LESKAP pattern.

Abstract

Purpose -  The purpose of this study was to determine the self-esteem of people with HIV/AIDS in terms of the reality counseling approach.Method - The method used in this paper is a literature study.Result - The results of this study indicated that the reality counseling approach with the wants, needs, and perceptions, direction and doing, self-evaluation, and planning (WDEP) technique could help their circumstances and situations assess more realistically, help reduce the burden on thoughts, help find meaning in their lives, help have a life expectancy, and maintain or increase the self-esteem of people with HIV/AIDS.Implications - The results of this study expected to provide benefits in scientific guidance and counseling considering that in terms of applicability, the reality approach can be used for various problems in counseling practice.Originality - In this paper, a reality counseling approach can be one way as a form of mental support. People with HIV/AIDS needs the help of others in going through its downtime in achieving the self-esteem that ultimately reaches the meaning of his life.

Penerimaan diri yang positif akan mampu menciptakan kebahagiaan.Implikasi - Sikap Qona’ah membutuhkan pelatihan dengan kesabaran yang kuat, layanan konseling yang diterapkan adalah layanan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok dengan empat tahap.Orisinalitas - Metode pengembangan sikap Qona’ah generasi milenial melalui proses pemberian bantuan profesional yang bercirikan proses berkelanjutan dengan langkah-langkah sistematis kepada individu atau kelompok masyarakat.

Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori analisis Creswell mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seorang pembimbing spiritual Islam profesional perlu memenuhi tiga indikator agar dapat melaksanakan proses penyuluhan secara optimal. Indikator profesionalisme diantaranya, kualifikasi pendidikan yang relevan, keahlian atau kredibilitas yang mumpuni, dan terakhir adanya perhatian yang sepadan dengan kualitas pekerjaan. Sedangkan profesionalisme layanan bimbingan spiritual Islam adalah dengan memperhatikan waktu dan materi yang diberikan kepada konselor sehingga dapat menampilkan atau memberikan layanan bimbingan spiritual Islam secara profesional.Implikasi - Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan saran dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja secara profesional dengan menyerap tenaga ahli atau spesialis di bidang pembinaan spiritual Islam.Originalitas - Keaslian penelitian ini adalah model penelitian yang pertama kali menerapkan metode penelitian korelasi dengan pola LESKAP.

People with HIV/AIDS needs the help of others in going through its downtime in achieving the self-esteem that ultimately reaches the meaning of his life. Tujuan -  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga diri orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) ditinjau dari pendekatan konseling realitas.Metode - Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi literatur.Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan konseling realitas dengan teknik wants, needs, and perceptions, direction and doing, self-evaluation, and planning (WDEP) dapat membantu menilai keadaan dan situasi mereka secara lebih realistis, membantu mengurangi beban pikiran, membantu menemukan makna dalam hidup mereka, membantu memiliki harapan hidup, dan mempertahankan atau meningkatkan harga diri ODHA.Implikasi - Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling, pendekatan realitas dapat digunakan untuk berbagai permasalahan dalam praktik konseling.Orisinalitas - Dalam tulisan ini, pendekatan konseling realitas dapat dijadikan salah satu bentuk dukungan mental. ODHA membutuhkan bantuan orang lain dalam menjalani masa henti dalam mencapai harga diri yang pada akhirnya mencapai makna hidupnya.
