Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce Integrated Instrument Components. Exploring integrated instrument complement at practical approach at MAN 4 Tanah Datar which is valid and practical. This study uses the Research and Development research method with the 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). But the stages in research with this 4-D model are only carried out from the first to the third stage, namely the define stage to get conditions in the field. design stage to prepare a simple practicum kit on Thermochemistry material, and the develop stage to get the results of the initial practicum IIC that has been designed followed by validity and practicality tests. The research instruments used were validation sheets and response questionnaire sheets. The validation sheet was filled in by 2 lecturers and 1 chemistry educator. The response questionnaire sheet was filled by 17 of in 11th grade students of MAN 4 Tanah Datar. The results showed that: 1) Simple Practical IIC on Thermochemical Material has met the valid criteria with 92% validation results, 2) Simple Practical IIC on Thermochemical Material has met the practical criteria with the results of the student response questionnaire.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the antioxidant activity of Bridelia micrantha stem bark using the DPPH method. This research is a laboratory experimental research. Antioxidant activity was measured using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method. Melandean Bark Extract is made using the maceration method with 80% methanol solvent. Identification of antioxidant activity was carried out at concentrations of 20 ppm, 40ppm, 60ppm, 80ppm, and 100ppm. Vitamin C was used as a positive control. Absorbance measurements were carried out using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 517nm. The test results in this research showed that the IC50 value of melandean bark extract was 85.54 ppm. Melandean bark extract is classified as a strong antioxidant.

Abstract

The development and progress of modern society cannot be separated from the availability of health medicines. Conventional medicinal products such as capsules and tablets are formulated to release active compounds immediately after consumption. Tablets are solid drug dosage forms consisting of one or more medicinal ingredients. One type of solid drug dosage form is ranitidine hydrochloride. Ranitidine hydrochloride belongs to a class of antagonist drugs that attack histamine H receptors2 selectively and reversibly by reducing the process of secretion by gastric acid which is widely used for the treatment of stomach ulcers, intestinal ulcers (duodenum ulcers), Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and esophageal erosion. Determination of ranitidine hydrochloride levels was carried out using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer validation method with maximum absorption at a wavelength of ±314 nm. In UV spectrophotometer analysis, peaks were detected at wave number 313.80 nm with absorbance values of 0.425, 0.416, 0.421, 0.424, 0.413, and 0.418. The concentration results obtained for each sample were sample I 119.22%, sample II 116.70%, sample III 118.10%, sample IV 118.94%, sample V 115.85%, and sample VI 117.26% which fulfilled the requirements.

Abstract

Unclean water is the cause of skin diseases. Skin diseases are included in water washed diseases which are influenced by the environment and human behavior. The water source at the Taha Qur'an Education Park is a drilled well, this water source is close to the residents' livestock pens which can be a source of pollution. The aim of the research is to determine the quality of clean water in the Taha Qur'an Education Park. Type of qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all the water taps in the Taha Qur'an Education Park. The number of samples was 2 samples. Based on Minister of Health Regulation number 32 of 2017, the results of water chemistry quality tests from the results of pH measurements on samples from Tap A were 7.5 and on samples from Tap B were 7.5, which is based on Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2017. Quality standard values for pH it is 6.5-8.5, while for checking Detergent levels in clean water the results obtained for tap A samples are 0.03 Mg/L and for Tap B samples it is 0.02 Mg/L, which is based on the Minister of Health Regulation Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2017 The quality standard value for Detergents is 0.05 Mg/L. It is hoped that the management of the Taha Qur'an Education Park will continue to maintain the quality of clean water in the Taha Qur'an Education Park, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the characteristics of Barium Hexaferite and iron sand as microwave absorbing materials, their influence on microwave absorption properties, and the frequency range of waves produced by these materials. The research method used is the Co-Precipitation method. Dissolve barium hexapherite and iron sand in distilled water with the appropriate mass ratio. The results of this study show that the synthesis of iron sand and barium hexapherite material produces a single phase material. The single phase material is shown through X-ray diffraction pattern data, namely iron sand and barium hexapherite, namely hematite and barium hexapherite. Iron sand and barium hexapherite materials are characterized using EDS which shows a composition that is close to stoichiometry. Observations using VNA show that iron sand and barium hexapherite materials are able to absorb electromagnetic waves at a radar wave frequency of 11.1 GHz, which is -25.64 dB.

Abstract

Research and development of interactive multimedia based e-modules on geometric isomers material has the aim of determining the validity and response of students to interactive multimedia based e-modules on geometric isomers material. This e-module was developed to help students study geometric isomers material. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. Validation techniques were analyzed using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI). Collecting data from student response questionnaires uses measurement techniques with indirect communication. The results of product validation from every aspect, both in e-modules and interactive videos, obtained a CVI value of 0.99 and were declared valid and suitable for use. The results of the student response questionnaire in the initial field test reached an average of 89.72% in the very good category and the main field test reached an average of 88.16% in the very good category.
