Abstract

Based on the motivation aspect of the members, it is not seen that the quality assessment of the quality of the Youth Family Development cadres is positive, while the empowerment aspect of the members is also not maximal in the application of trust and communication to the cadre members of the Youth Family Development from the organizing committee. So it can be concluded that the motivation of members and empowerment of members of Air Lesing Village Youth Families is not effective.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses the monthly LQ45 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis uses two different conditions, before and during Covid-19 pandemic condition in Indonesia to see differences in conditions with a quantitative approach by emphasizing hypothesis testing. This research uses comparative causal research techniques. The results explained there were significant differences in the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The t-value from the results of the data processing analysis is 3.009 with sig. 0.004, it can be concluded that H(a) is accepted and H(0) is rejected. The performance of LQ45 shares on the Indonesian stock exchange experienced a decline during the pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. This situation caused many companies to suffer losses.

Abstract

The purpuse of this study is to determine the recognition of income applied by PT.Samudra Jaya lestari whether it is in accordance with PSAK No.34 ( Revision 2015). Revenue is one of the important elements in information of the elemenst related to the size of the profit earned by company.The method used in this research is in the form of financial statements and work contract letters of PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari and other data in form of literature,articles, journals and websites on the internet.The result of research conducted, namely PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari in applying the income recognition method are not in accordance with the financial statement accounting standards, namely PSAK No.34 regarding constructionservices because PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari has not been consistent in using the income recognition method every year, which should be used in accordance with the provisions that have been applied in PSAK No.34 concerning construction servive revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to the express an evaluation of the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 by using qualitative methods and the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model: A Qualitative Study on Elementary School Muhammadiyah 09 Plus East Jakarta.The method used is Evaluation Research Method, that is a method which written statement, oral information and various facts to obtain data which relates to the problem of evaluation toward the implementations of Curriculum 2013. Data collection used documentation, interviews, and observation. Interviews were conducted at five Muhammadiyah Elementary School Pricincipals, curriculum Staffs, Infrastructure Staff and Classroom teachers. Research result concludes that in terms of context, the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Elementary School Muhammadiyah 09 Plus is clear in its vision, mission and objective. But in tern of input, the implementation of curriculum 2013 is not controlled well yet. It is seen from the input of teachers and employes who did not graduate from PGSD but from one field of study. The process implementation of curriculum 2013 is running well, it is in accordance with the procedures established by the government curriculum. There products in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Elementary School Muhammadiyah 09 Plus both in academic was good.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of the Current Ratio on Stock Prices in the Government banking sub-sector (BUMN Persero) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Current Ratio variable to the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.294 or 29.4%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.06 or 6% from before moderation. From these results it can be seen that the variable Return on Equity can strengthen or increase the influence of the Current Ratio variable on stock prices. While the results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test on the Debt to Equity Ratio variable against the Stock Price moderated by the Return on Equity variable have an R Square value of 0.548 or 54.8%, in which the R Square value has increased by 0.126 or 12. 6% from before moderation. From these results it can be seen that the variable Return on Equity can strengthen or increase the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio variable on stock prices.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of organizational culture and motivation for the performance of employees at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga, Musi Rawas Regency, so that employee performance is less than optimal and not in accordance with expectations. This research is a quantitative study that uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers at the source using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and documentation by reading literature guidelines. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation greatly influenced the performance of employees at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga, Musi Rawas Regency. It can be concluded that a good organizational culture and high motivation can produce performance in accordance with the expectations of the organization or leader.

Abstract

Broadly speaking and in general, the public only recognizes the functions of the Civil Service Police Unit of Musi Rawas Regency, which is limited to the scope of enforcing Regional Head Regulations, implementing Public Order, and Community protection units. However, the real essence of the description of the function and role of the Civil Service Police Unit of Musi Rawas Regency is to cover all activities in creating an atmosphere of public life that is orderly, clean, harmonious, and advanced. So, cooperation and group creativity are needed to achieve this, and this quantitative associative type research aims to prove it, by conducting a survey of 127 employees, the research results obtained: (1) Partially the Group Cooperation variable has a significant influence on the performance of the Regency Civil Service Police Unit. Rawas Musi; (2) Partially, the Creativity variable has a significant influence on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees, Musi Rawas Regency; and (3) Simultaneously the independent variables (Group Cooperation and Creativity) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi efektif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 58 responden, analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, maka dapat diketahui hasil penelitian yaitu hipotesis pertama dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 12.605 > ttabel sebesar 1.676. Pengujian hipotesis kedua dapat diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 17.167 > ttabel sebesar 1.676. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga dapat diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 43.646 > Ftabel sebesar 3.183) Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat adanya pengaruh signifikan komunikasi efektif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perkebunan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Perkebunan Kabupaten Musi Rawas berjumlah 84 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, nilai t hitung sebesar 3,992 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05 > nilai kritis t – table sebesar 1,6637. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, nilai t hitung sebesar 2,112 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05 > nilai kritis t – tabel sebesar 1,6637. Berdasarkan nilai F-hitung sebesar 9,326 > nilai F-tabel sebesar 3,293. Kesimpulan dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang nyata antara struktur motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Rupit Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh perangkat desa yang berjumlah 32 orang terdiri dari Kepala Desa dan sekretaris Desa. Penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat Desa. Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat Desa. Kepemimpinan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat Desa. Kesimpulan dinyatakan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Rupit Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.
