Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this study involved five informants who were selected purposively according to their roles and involvement in management and development activities. The informants consisted of the Head of Supervision, Chair, Secretary, and field officers representing KSP Ranaka members. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation techniques, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that KSP Ranakan Sejahtera Bersama has realized the five principles and needs to develop several improvement strategies, which are the recommendations and conclusions, namely: The principle of transparency has been well implemented, Accountability by controlling challenges related to human resource quality and conflicts, Responsibility requires attention to social/educational programs for members, Independence by continuing to develop and improve the management, Fairness by improving the provision of services and rights to all members with SOPs that are formulated and complied with Credit unions often fail not because there are no rules, but because of weak enforcement of internal rules. Therefore, for other researchers, it is necessary to specifically examine the analysis of opportunities and challenges using SWOT analysis for the development of credit union governance so that it can be competitive, and it is necessary to examine the implementation of GCG using the agency theory and theory approaches. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of KKG development in improving the quality of the learning process, the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation, as well as its impact on teacher professionalism in Bougenvile 5 Cluster, Ulubelu District.This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The research subjects consisted of KKG administrators, elementary school teachers, and school principals in Bougenvile 5 Cluster, Ulubelu District. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of relevant school records. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation.The results indicate that the implementation of KKG development in Bougenvile 5 Cluster has been carried out through various programs, including regular meetings, instructional training, pedagogical discussions, and collaborative preparation of learning tools. KKG development contributes positively to improving the quality of the learning process, particularly in lesson planning, the use of varied teaching methods, and increased student participation and engagement. The main supporting factors include teacher commitment, principal support, and educational policies, while the inhibiting factors include limited time, inadequate facilities, and inconsistency in teacher attendance. This study concludes that systematically and sustainably managed KKG development is able to improve the quality of the learning process in elementary schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on the academic achievement of eleventh-grade students at SMK Negeri Sukoharjo, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample was determined using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and academic record documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS after meeting the prerequisite tests. The results showed that both learning motivation and learning discipline had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, with learning discipline having a more dominant influence. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to improving students’ academic performance. This study recommends strengthening intrinsic motivation and fostering consistent learning discipline through structured learning strategies to enhance the quality of learning outcomes in vocational schools. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri Sukoharjo, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel ditentukan melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi nilai, serta dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS setelah uji prasyarat terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, dengan kedisiplinan sebagai faktor yang lebih dominan. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan motivasi intrinsik dan pembiasaan disiplin belajar melalui pembelajaran yang terstruktur guna meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar di SMK. Abstract

This study uses qualitative with the interactive analysis model of miles and huberman (data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawn), and data collection begins with interviews with 5 PPG graduate teachers, 2 principals, 4 peers, 20 students, observation during learning activities, documentation. The results of the study show that PPG graduates in Sambelia District are able to implement pedagogic competencies well through systematic learning planning and the use of varied methods. Overall, the performance of PPG graduates has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning which is characterized by increased student participation, motivation, and learning outcomes. The suggestion of this research is the need for continuous support from schools and education offices in the form of academic supervision, further training, and professional development so that the performance of PPG graduates continues to improve and has a wider impact on the quality of basic education in Sambelia District. Keywords:  Graduate performance, PPG, Teacher Competence, Learning Quality Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengunakan kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif miles dan huberman (pegumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan), serta pegumpulan data dimulai dengan wawancara kepada 5 orang guru lulusan PPG, 2 kepala sekolah, 4 rekan sejawat, 20 siswa, obserpasi selama kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan, dokumentasi. Kompetensi sosial terlihat dari kemampuan yang efektif dengan siswa, rekan guru dan orang tua. Sementara kompetensi profesional tercermin dari penguasaan materi ajar dan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran secara tepat. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja lulusan PPG memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan meningkatanya partifasi, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun saran penelitian ini yaitu perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan dari pihak sekolah dan dinas pendidikan dalam bentuk supervisi akademik, pelatihan lanjutan, dan pengembangan profesional agar kinerja guru lulusan PPG terus meningkat serta berdampak lebih luas terhadap mutu pendidikan dasar di Kecamatan Sambelia. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Child-Friendly School (CFS) program in creating a positive school climate at SMPN 22 Mataram. The research focuses on three aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CFS program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation from principals, teachers, and students. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while data validity was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria. The study concludes that the comprehensive implementation of the CFS program significantly contributes to establishing a positive school climate that supports students' safety, comfort, and optimal learning. Keywords: Child-Friendly School, Creating a Positive, School Climate Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) dalam mewujudkan iklim sekolah yang positif di SMPN 22 Mataram. Fokus penelitian mencakup tiga aspek utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program SRA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Analisis data mengikuti model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan keabsahan data dijamin melalui kriteria kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi program SRA yang komprehensif berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang positif yang mendukung keamanan, kenyamanan, dan pembelajaran optimal bagi siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Perencanaan program ekstrakurikuler untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter prestasi siswa; (2) Proses pelaksanaan program ekstrakurikuler untuk membentuk karakter prestasi siswa; dan (3) Bentuk evaluasi terhadap program ekstrakurikuler untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter berprestasi siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, yang dipilih untuk eksplorasi mengintensifkan fenomena dalam konteks nyata. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi triangulasi sumber dan metode, yaitu wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan delapan kunci informan, observasi non-partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data mengikuti model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yang meliputi reduksi data, pengelompokan kode, dan interpretasi mendalam. Kesimpulannya, pembentukan karakter prestasi siswa merupakan hasil dari ekosistem manajemen yang terintegrasi dan partisipatif sebuah “laboratorium karakter” yang dirancang untuk menumbuhkan ketahanan, kreativitas, kepemimpinan, dan tanggung jawab. Pentingnya sekolah merancang program ekstrakurikuler sebagai pilar utama, bukan sekadar pelengkap, dengan integrasi yang kuat antara perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan, pelaksanaan yang memberdayakan, dan evaluasi yang membangun. Abstract

The study aims to describe and analyze professional teachers’ learning management in improving students’ learning interest and motivation at SDN 1 Tanjung Kemala, Pugung District, Tanggamus Regency. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was employed. The research subjects consisted of the vice principal and professional teachers, while the research object was teachers’ learning management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and were analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that lesson planning has been developed in accordance with the curriculum; however, the analysis of students’ needs, interests, and characteristics has not been optimal. The organization of learning resources, including the use of instructional media and supporting facilities, remains limited. In the implementation stage, teachers have applied a variety of teaching methods, yet conventional approaches still dominate classroom practices. Learning evaluation has been conducted, but follow-up actions based on evaluation results have not been implemented consistently. Overall, professional teachers’ learning management contributes to improving students’ learning interest and motivation, but it still requires strengthening in student-centered planning, instructional innovation, and continuous evaluation. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the peer mentoring program in improving the quality of teacher learning at the UPT SMP Negeri 4 Pringsewu. The peer mentoring program is seen as a continuous professional development strategy that emphasizes peer collaboration, reflection on learning practices, and sharing experiences among teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model to obtain a comprehensive picture of the program's suitability to school needs, resource readiness, implementation process, and program outcomes and sustainability. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the principal, mentor teachers, and peer mentoring participant teachers. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The research results indicate that, contextually, the implementation of peer mentoring is relevant to the need to improve the quality of learning and strengthen a collaborative culture in schools. Based on these findings, the peer mentoring program was deemed effective and worthy of continuation with a strengthened monitoring system, more flexible scheduling, and ongoing school policy support. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program peer mentoring dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru di UPT SMP Negeri 4 Pringsewu. Program peer mentoring dipandang sebagai strategi pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan yang menekankan kolaborasi sejawat, refleksi praktik pembelajaran, dan saling berbagi pengalaman antarguru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan sekolah, kesiapan sumber daya, proses pelaksanaan, serta hasil dan keberlanjutan program. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru mentor, dan guru peserta peer mentoring. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konteks, implementasi peer mentoring relevan dengan kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan penguatan budaya kolaboratif di sekolah. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, program peer mentoring dinilai efektif dan layak untuk dilanjutkan dengan penguatan sistem monitoring, penjadwalan yang lebih fleksibel, serta dukungan kebijakan sekolah yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

One-way learning in schools has the potential to lead to dogmatization because it positions the teacher as the sole source of truth, resulting in students being passive and lacking critical thinking skills. This condition is related to the principal's leadership role and suboptimal decision-making patterns. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's instructional leadership and data-based decision-making on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Padang Cermin District. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the principal's instructional leadership significantly influenced teacher performance. Data-based decision-making also significantly influenced teacher performance. Simultaneously, both variables had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening instructional leadership and systematically utilizing data to improve teacher performance and encourage more participatory learning in elementary schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the use of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at SDN 1 Sinar Banten, Ulu Belu District. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SDN 1 Sinar Banten has not yet been fully optimized to support the improvement of learning quality. Several obstacles were identified, including planning that is not entirely based on an analysis of the school’s actual needs, suboptimal utilization of facilities, irregular maintenance, as well as limited inventory and disposal management. Therefore, increased commitment from all members of the school community is needed to manage educational facilities effectively and sustainably.
