Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of madrasah principal leadership on teacher OCB at Muhammadiyah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kartasura District. This study uses a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. The study population consisted of 111 teachers, with a sample of 87 permanent teachers, selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were then analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings revealed that the leadership of the madrasah principal had a positive and significant effect on teachers' OCB, with a significance value of 0.011 (less than 0.05). However, the R² value of 0.073 indicates that leadership can only explain 7.3% of the variation in OCB, while the remaining 92.7% is influenced by external variables such as self-efficacy, perceptions of organizational justice, work culture, and religious values. The findings of this study reinforce the view that OCB among teachers in religious-based madrasahs is predominantly shaped by intrinsic motivation and organizational climate, rather than by formal leadership instructions. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap OCB guru di MI Muhammadiyah se-Kecamatan Kartasura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 111 guru, dengan sampel 87 guru tetap, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB guru, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.011 (kurang dari 0.05). Meskipun demikian, nilai R² yang mencapai 0.073 menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan hanya mampu menjelaskan 7,3% variasi dalam OCB, sedangkan 92,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel eksternal seperti efikasi diri, persepsi keadilan organisasi, budaya kerja, dan nilai keagamaan. Temuan penelitian ini memperkuat pandangan bahwa OCB guru di madrasah yang berbasis nilai religius lebih dominan terbentuk oleh motivasi intrinsik dan iklim organisasi, bukan oleh instruksi kepemimpinan formal. Abstract

The Independent Curriculum provides flexibility for educators to develop student-centered learning, including the strengthening of character values in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. However, the digital era presents new challenges, such as low levels of teachers’ information technology competence, limited infrastructure, unequal access to technology, and weak supervision of students’ gadget use. This study employs a literature review method by examining scientific journals, academic articles, books, research reports, and official policy documents published between 2019 and 2024. The analysis is conducted descriptively by identifying key themes related to the challenges and opportunities for strengthening character through the Independent Curriculum in the digital era. The results and discussion indicate that the main challenges include limited teachers’ digital literacy, disparities in facilities among schools, minimal collaboration between schools and parents, and difficulties in integrating character values into digital learning. Nevertheless, technology has the potential to support character internalization through interactive learning media, digital projects based on the Pancasila Student Profile, collaborative platforms, and ethical digital literacy. Strategies for strengthening character include integrating character values into digital learning design, technology-based learning models, meaningful digital literacy, teachers’ digital role modeling, school–parent collaboration, and digital-based school programs. Improving teacher competence, ensuring equitable facilities, and fostering synergy with families are key to the successful implementation of this curriculum. Abstrak: Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan keleluasaan bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, termasuk penguatan nilai karakter sesuai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan menelaah jurnal ilmiah, artikel akademik, buku, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen kebijakan resmi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019–2024. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi tema utama terkait tantangan dan peluang penguatan karakter melalui Kurikulum Merdeka di era digital. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan literasi digital guru, kesenjangan fasilitas antar sekolah, minimnya kolaborasi sekolah orang tua, serta kesulitan mengintegrasikan nilai karakter ke dalam pembelajaran digital. Meski demikian, teknologi memiliki potensi mendukung internalisasi karakter melalui media pembelajaran interaktif, proyek digital berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila, platform kolaboratif, dan literasi digital yang etis. Strategi penguatan karakter mencakup integrasi nilai karakter dalam desain pembelajaran digital, model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, literasi digital bermakna, keteladanan digital guru, kolaborasi sekolah–orang tua, dan program sekolah berbasis digital. Peningkatan kompetensi guru, pemerataan fasilitas, dan sinergi dengan keluarga menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum ini. Abstract

Reading skills (Mahārah Qira’ah) are crucial competencies in mastering Arabic as the key to religious literacy, but they pose a complex challenge for Muslim minority students in Southern Thailand. The challenges that arise are influenced by limitations in the language environment (bi’ah lughawiyyah) and the dominance of conventional methods. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Wordwall interactive learning media in improving the reading skills of students at Yanyawit School, Yala, Thailand, which implements the Blockkhos Curriculum. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 30 Matheum Play 4 level students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection instruments included reading ability tests (pre-test and post-test) and student response questionnaires, which were analyzed using a t-test (paired sample t-test). The results of this study indicate that the integration of digital gamification through Wordwall not only improves cognitive scores but also provides comprehensible input that lowers students' affective filters, thereby effectively accelerating Arabic literacy in minority education environments. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning management using the sorogan method at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman, Bandung City, in its effort to improve graduate quality to possess intellectual depth and spiritual maturity. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study, which were then analyzed using George R. Terry's management theoretical framework (POAC). The results indicate that the learning management of the sorogan method is implemented systematically through: (1) Planning based on an adaptive hierarchical curriculum; (2) Organizing based on teacher specialization (takhassus) and functional grouping; (3) Actuating emphasizing dialogical interaction and motivation through a reward system; and (4) Inherent hierarchical supervision with the Munaqasyah examination as the primary quality assurance instrument. In conclusion, the success of improving graduate quality in urban Islamic boarding schools lies in the rigorous integration of Salaf tradition standards with modern managerial flexibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kerangka teori manajemen George R. Terry (POAC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran metode sorogan diterapkan secara sistematis melalui: (1) Perencanaan berbasis hierarki kurikulum yang adaptif; (2) Pengorganisasian berbasis spesialisasi keahlian ustadz (takhassus) dan pengelompokan fungsional; (3) Pelaksanaan yang menekankan interaksi dialogis dan motivasi melalui sistem reward; serta (4) Pengawasan melekat berjenjang dengan ujian Munaqasyah sebagai instrumen penjamin mutu utama. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan peningkatan mutu lulusan di pesantren urban terletak pada integrasi ketatnya standar tradisi salaf dengan fleksibilitas manajerial modern. Abstract

This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subjects consisting of principals and teachers from SMKN 1 Kotaagung Timur and SMKS Erlangga Kotaagung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques.The findings show that clinical supervision management was implemented systematically through four management functions. Planning was conducted based on teachers’ needs and learning data; organizing positioned the principal as a learning partner (coach); implementation followed the clinical cycle of pre-observation, observation, and post-observation; and controlling was carried out through data-based evaluation to develop follow-up action plans for teacher development. This implementation led to improvements in the quality of the learning process, as indicated by the use of active learning methods, increased student engagement, and strengthened vocational skills. It can be concluded that clinical supervision management oriented toward coaching and professional collaboration is effective in improving the quality of the learning process in vocational high schools. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah dan guru di SMKN 1 Kotaagung Timur dan SMKS Erlangga Kotaagung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen supervisi klinis dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui empat fungsi manajemen. Perencanaan dilakukan berbasis kebutuhan guru dan data pembelajaran, pengorganisasian menempatkan kepala sekolah sebagai mitra belajar (coach), pelaksanaan mengikuti siklus klinis pra-observasi, observasi, dan pasca-observasi, serta evaluasi dilakukan berbasis data untuk menyusun rencana tindak lanjut pengembangan guru. Implementasi ini berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran, ditandai dengan penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif, meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa, serta penguatan keterampilan kejuruan. Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen supervisi klinis yang berorientasi pada coaching dan kolaborasi profesional efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di SMK. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of school principals in enhancing teacher professionalism, to determine the level of teacher professionalism, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by principals in improving teacher professionalism. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of principals and teachers of public elementary schools in Kotaagung Timur Sub-District. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that school principals play strategic roles as managers, supervisors, and instructional leaders through academic supervision, professional development, and teacher empowerment in Teacher Working Groups. The level of teacher professionalism is categorized as good, as reflected in teachers’ ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning on an ongoing basis. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, mengetahui tingkat profesionalisme guru, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah dan guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kotaagung Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menjalankan peran strategis sebagai manajer, supervisor, dan pemimpin pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik, pembinaan profesional, serta pemberdayaan guru dalam kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru. Tingkat profesionalisme guru berada pada kategori baik, ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Prophet Muhammad's da'wah stages as a strategic model for fostering noble character at the Islamic University of Nusantara (Uninus) Bandung. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model. The findings reveal that Uninus adapts three phases of prophetic da'wah: (1) At-Tasqif Murakazzah, focusing on ideological incubation to form a rational Islamic personality; (2) At-Tafa'ul Ma'al Ummah, encouraging students to engage in critical dialectics and social interaction to counter secular hegemony; and (3) Istilamul Hukmi, manifested through the institutionalization of Islamic values in binding campus policies. This study concludes that the integrated prophetic da'wah framework effectively bridges the gap between intellectual and spiritual competence, offering a comprehensive solution for developing Prophetic Intellectuals who are adaptive to the times yet firmly grounded in Islamic values. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi tahapan dakwah Rasulullah SAW sebagai model strategis pembinaan akhlak mulia di Universitas Islam Nusantara (UNINUS) Bandung. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UNINUS mengadaptasi tiga fase dakwah kenabian: (1) At-Tasqif Murakazzah yang berfokus pada inkubasi ideologis untuk membentuk kepribadian Islam yang rasional; (2) At-Tafa'ul Ma'al Ummah yang mendorong mahasiswa melakukan dialektika kritis dan interaksi sosial untuk melawan hegemoni sekuler; serta (3) Istilamul Hukmi yang dimanifestasikan melalui institusionalisasi nilai Islam dalam kebijakan kampus yang mengikat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerangka dakwah profetik yang terintegrasi efektif menjembatani kesenjangan antara kompetensi intelektual dan spiritual, menawarkan solusi komprehensif untuk melahirkan Intelektual Profetik yang adaptif terhadap zaman namun teguh memegang nilai Islam. Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of efforts to optimize the quality of academic services in order to improve teacher competence and student satisfaction at MTs NW Korleko. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, and students. The research instruments were developed based on a validated interview guide. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation techniques applied to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The findings reveal that: (1) Academic services have been implemented in an orderly manner through the preparation of teaching documents, intensive supervision by the principal, and relatively well-managed schedules and administration. However, the use of instructional technology, diversity of teaching methods, and innovation in learning media remain limited; (2) Students generally express satisfaction with teachers’ attitudes and teaching methods, particularly in terms of clarity of delivery, patience, and openness. Nevertheless, some students perceive the learning process as monotonous due to the lack of interactive and creative media; (3) Optimization strategies undertaken include regular coordination meetings, flexible scheduling, provision of supporting facilities, and raising awareness of the importance of technology training for teachers. However, a structured, systematic, and sustainable teacher competence development program has yet to be fully implemented. Keywords: Academic Services, Teacher Competence, Student Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam upaya optimalisasi kualitas pelayanan akademik dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kepuasan siswa di MTs NW Korleko. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, serta siswa. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan pedoman wawancara yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber untuk menjamin keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelayanan akademik telah dilaksanakan secara tertib melalui penyusunan perangkat ajar, pengawasan intensif oleh kepala madrasah, serta pengelolaan jadwal dan administrasi yang relatif baik. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, variasi metode mengajar, dan inovasi media masih terbatas; (2) Siswa pada umumnya merasa puas terhadap sikap dan metode pengajaran guru, khususnya dalam hal kejelasan penyampaian, kesabaran, dan keterbukaan. Meskipun demikian, sebagian siswa mengeluhkan pembelajaran yang cenderung monoton karena minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kreatif; (3) Strategi optimalisasi yang telah dilakukan meliputi koordinasi rutin, penjadwalan fleksibel, pengadaan sarana-prasarana pendukung, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya pelatihan teknologi bagi guru. Akan tetapi, program pengembangan kompetensi guru yang terstruktur, sistematis, dan berkelanjutan masih belum terimplementasi secara maksimal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) strategies in facing global challenges and infrastructure limitations at MIN 5 Cilacap. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a holistic single case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive model. Findings reveal planning strategies based on Managerial Realism and digital content curation (gatekeeping) effectively balance limited budgets. Technology implementation successfully shifts the paradigm from verbalism to concrete visualization and creates joyful learning through evaluation gamification. The success of this digital transformation is supported by organizational resilience, transformational leadership, and peer tutoring. Physical facility limitations in border areas can be overcome through pedagogical adaptability and social capital (humanware), establishing technology as an epistemological bridge without losing the spiritual essence of Islamic education. Keywords: Transformation and Organizational Resiliences, Global Challenges, Digital Era Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menghadapi tantangan global dan keterbatasan infrastruktur di MIN 5 Cilacap. : Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal holistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Temuan menunjukkan strategi perencanaan berbasis Realisme Manajerial dan kurasi konten digital (gatekeeping) yang efektif menyeimbangkan anggaran terbatas. Implementasi teknologi berhasil menggeser paradigma verbalisme menuju visualisasi konkret dan menciptakan joyful learning melalui gamifikasi evaluasi. Keberhasilan transformasi digital ini ditopang oleh resiliensi organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kolaborasi sejawat (peer tutoring). Keterbatasan fasilitas fisik di wilayah perbatasan dapat diatasi melalui adaptabilitas pedagogis dan modal sosial (humanware), menjadikan teknologi sebagai jembatan epistemologis tanpa menghilangkan esensi spiritualitas pendidikan Islam.  Kata Kunci: Transformasi dan Resiliensi Organisasi, Tantangan Global, Era Digital

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of public service advertisement media on persuasive text writing skills at MTs PP Darussalam, Kasomalang, Subang. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 44 students divided into an experimental class (using advertisement media) and a control class (using the lecture method). The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class, with a posttest average reaching 78.00, compared to the control class which only reached 54.91. Statistical analysis through the Mann-Whitney Test produced a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, the N-Gain test demonstrated the effectiveness of the experimental class at 68% compared to the control class at only 30%. It is concluded that the use of public service advertisement media has a positive influence on learning outcomes. This media proved effective in increasing students' understanding, motivation, and interest in learning while creating an enjoyable atmosphere, unlike the lecture method which tends to be boring and makes students less enthusiastic. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental. Sampel terdiri dari 44 peserta didik yang dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen (media iklan) dan kelas kontrol (metode ceramah). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata posttest mencapai 78,00, berbanding jauh dengan kelas kontrol yang hanya mencapai 54,91. Analisis statistik melalui Uji Mann-Whitney menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, uji N-Gain menunjukkan efektivitas kelas eksperimen sebesar 68% dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang hanya 30%. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media iklan layanan masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Media ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman, motivasi, dan minat belajar siswa serta menciptakan suasana menyenangkan, berbeda dengan metode ceramah yang cenderung membosankan dan membuat siswa kurang antusias.
