Abstract

Learning media facilitates teacher's role in conveying knowledge to students. One of learning tools that teachers can use in their learning is interactive media. Introduction to computers is important in today's digital era because it can build knowledge and understanding about computers and improve learning skills. This is possible because computer's ability to combine text, sound, color, images, movement and video and create an interactive process. This research aims to help students in grade 1 or 2 of elementary school to more easily understand and master basic computer use. In this application there are computer learning menu, typing and cursor learning. Computer learning menu consists of definitions, learning videos and quizzes. Learning to type and cursor consists of understanding, practice and mini games. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model is used in developing system used in this research.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta city government continues to intensify the socialization of the zero inorganic waste movement which will be implemented from January 2023. The move was made to reduce the volume of waste thrown into landfills as they are in near-full condition. To carry out its responsibilities and as a form of concern for the environment, the Yogyakarta city government and the Yogyakarta city community are obliged to carry out the zero inorganic waste movement. This research is a descriptive qualitative conducted in the environment of the Department of Environment and community surrounding totaling 8 people. Data collection through observation and in-depth interviews, while data analysis using data reduction is processed and then narrated and drawn conclusions. The results showed that most people have begun to understand and conduct waste sorting as a result of the socialization carried out by the government will be zero inorganic waste. It's just that there are some houses that sometimes still don't want to sort out their own garbage before being thrown away. This is seen from the results of interviews that have been conducted in the environment around the city of Yogyakarta. The biased conclusion is that most of the people in the city of Yogyakarta have begun to sort garbage as seen from the observations that have been made. The environment looks clean and tidy in most areas.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyse the mediation process at the Masamba Religious Court in implementing the mediation procedure and to identify the position and duties of the Mediator in resolving divorce disputes at the Masamba Religious Court, North Luwu Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative research by collecting data in the form of numbers and also by interviewing mediator judges so that data analysis can be collected. The results showed that the implementation of mediation in the Masamba Religious Court was in accordance with the procedures as stated in Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation in Court, but the effectiveness of the implementation of mediation could still not be said to be optimal, considering that the mediation process that was carried out was only a little with a minimal success rate. While the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the success of mediation in divorce cases at the Masamba Religious Court are still not effective, due to factors that cause the failure of the mediation process in achieving peace in the jurisdiction of the Masamba Religious Court, including: First, the parties are not in good faith. Second, The conflict between the parties has been protracted and has become increasingly complicated. Third, the Competence of the Judge as a Mediator.

Abstract

The background to writing this thesis is that religious literacy regarding the social behavior of class V students at SD Negeri Srengseng 01 and SD Negeri Srengseng 04 is still relatively low and deviant behavior still occurs, so researchers are interested in researching what causes this. Researchers propose solutions for implementing religious literacy in schools. This research aims to determine the influence of religious literacy on students' social behavior. The method used by researchers in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach with the hypothesis that there is an influence of religious literacy on students' social behavior. The results of this research show that there is an influence of religious literacy on the social behavior of students at Srengseng 01 and 04 public elementary schools. This is proven by the calculation results showing the F test calculation result is 95.157, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence and a large influence of religious literacy on students' social behavior. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for related parties such as school principals, teachers, parents, students and future researchers

Abstract

Every law formed should be consistentand harmonious with other laws and regulations, but it does not rule out possibility that laws and regulations turn out to be contrary to higher and / or equivalent law and regulation. For example, at the regional level, it is often found that the substance of local regulations is considered problematic so that it must be canceled or revised, so that strategic steps are neededin order to overcome this. Thisresearch aims to determine efforts to overcome disharmonization of regional regulations. The type of researchused is a normative legal research method with a statutory approach (statute approach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach), which is further analyzed deductively. The results of the research are an effort to overcome the disharmonization of regional regulations through preventive supervision in the formation carried out by the central government before local regulations are ratified and promulgated, in the form of facilitation and evaluation to ensure the formation of regional regulations has met good regional regulations. In the meantime, strict oversight is conducted on local regulations that have been enacted and hold legal authority. These regulations are subject to two types of supervision: internal supervision, which involves providing clarifications without the power to cancel but only making recommendations; and external supervision, which is carried out by the Supreme Court to annul the Bylaw.

Abstract

Loans or credit are a commonly used financing model for new and existing businesses. The amount of credit granted is determined by the collateralized assets. However, problems often arise when the property used as collateral turns out to be valued below expectations. This occurs because property buyers become victims of price markup crimes. This study focuses on defining the boundaries of this crime in cases of price markup and the legal protections that can be provided to victims of property price markup. Consequently, the general public can avoid the risks of falling victim to such fraudulent schemes. This study delves into the intricacies of price markup crimes, aiming to delineate clear boundaries and legal protections for victims. By shedding light on these issues, we aim to empower the general public with knowledge to recognize and mitigate the risks associated with fraudulent schemes. Through a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework surrounding property price markups, individuals can make informed decisions and safeguard themselves against potential exploitation in property transactions. Ultimately, this research endeavors to foster transparency and accountability in the property market, fostering a fair and equitable environment for all stakeholders involved

Abstract

Restorative justice aims for legal settlement to create an agreement on the settlement of criminal cases. This research study aims to find the effectiveness of the settlement of alleged criminal offences of insult or defamation through electronic media at the investigation stage. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using a combination approach between doctrinal (normative) and non-doctrinal (empirical) research. The results showed that the settlement of alleged criminal offences of insult or defamation through electronic media with restorative justice at the investigation stage has been effective. This is measured by the level of knowledge of Law Enforcement Officials and the public that has been sufficient and the dominant respondent considers that the justice of the victim can be fulfilled through restorative justice. However, there is still a need for regulations at the level of laws that can serve as guidelines for law enforcement officials in handling criminal cases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the legal protection of telemedicine in Indonesia and Malaysia. The research method uses normative legal research using a statutory approach and concept approach. The results of the study obtained the conclusion that the results of the study obtained the conclusion that health services through telemedicine have a greater risk than health services through face-to-face or in person, for example in terms of diagnosis the doctor will be better and more precise if done directly between the doctor and the patient. In Indonesia and Malaysia, each has regulations to provide legal protection for patients in telemedicine services as well as for telemedicine service providers. The implementation of telemedicine services in Indonesia by health facilities while Malaysia directly by hospitals in coordination with clinics and health centres because doctors can only conduct virtual consultations with people who are already patients this can be seen as a continuation of care.
