Abstract

This article conducts an analysis of securities-based crowdfunding (SCF) as an alternative funding source outside traditional banking institutions. It explores whether the primary objective of SCF in Indonesia is indeed to advance the economy of the people, particularly focusing on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The article presents various perspectives on the concept of collective funding, where a group of contributors finance SME and startup projects, enabling these ventures to operate and progress. This approach aligns with the principles of a people-centered economy, which is characterized by an economy of the people, by the people, and for the people. The aim is to foster the people's economy, imbued with the characteristics of the Indonesian society which is religious and believes in sharing prosperity with others, as mandated by Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of students' emotional intelligence (X) on learning outcomes in the Economic Learning Evaluation course (Y). The research method used is the regression method. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The research sample consisted of 122 students. The results of the research instrument trial showed that the reliability of the learning outcomes instrument for the Economic Learning Evaluation course was 0.912, and emotional intelligence was 0.762. Data analysis uses simple regression analysis. The research results reveal: (1) Linear Regression Equation. Obtained linear equation Y = -43.321 + 0.624X (2) Students' emotional intelligence has a positive effect on learning outcomes in the Economics Learning Evaluation course. (3) Testing the significance of the regression line equation, the F hit and p-value are smaller than 0.05 or Ho is rejected. Thus, students' emotional intelligence influences learning outcomes in the Economic Learning Evaluation course. (4) Testing the significance of the correlation coefficient, the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.612 and Fhit (Fchange) = 3,196.836, with a p-value smaller than 0.05. This means Ho is rejected. Thus, the correlation coefficient X and Y is meaningful or significant. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.664, which means that 66.4% of the variation in learning outcome variables in the economics learning evaluation course.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal whether there is an influence of interest in learning on students' learning achievement in social studies subjects. The research method used is associative quantitative methods. The sampling technique used random sampling with a sample size of 84 students at AL-Ikhlas Middle School Bekasi. Research data was obtained using valid and reliable instruments. The data analysis used is regression analysis of Y and This means Ho is rejected. Thus, the correlation coefficient X and Y is meaningful or significant. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.242, which means that 24.2% of the variation in the Social Sciences Learning Achievement variable can be influenced by Learning Interest. The conclusion of the research results reveals that there is an influence of student learning achievement on interest in learning, this can be seen from the regression equation Y = 48.769 + 0.445X, meaning that the Y score can be predicted using the linear equation mentioned above. From the analysis results t hit = 5,250 and p-value = 0.000/2 = 0 < 0.05 or Ho is rejected. Thus, interest in learning has a positive effect on learning achievement in social science subjects.

Abstract

The present research investigates the intricate interplay among student engagement, school capacity, teacher performance, and the proficient implementation of technology within secondary institutions in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative methodology to incorporate these constructs into a comprehensive model by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The study surveyed 243 educators using a stratified random sample, which yielded valuable information regarding demographic characteristics, patterns of technology usage, and the intricate interrelationships among the variables identified. The robust validity and reliability of the measurement model validated the efficacy of the chosen indicators. Significant positive correlations were identified through path analysis among student engagement, school capacity, teacher performance, and technology effectiveness. By drawing inspiration from the Integrated Educational Technology Ecosystem theory, this model enhances the theoretical comprehension of technology integration specifically within the domain of secondary schools in Indonesia. In addition, recommendations and practical implications for policymakers, educators, and future research are addressed.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of the learning model on the economics integrated social science (IPS) learning outcomes of Setu Bekasi State Junior High School (SMP) 1 students. The research method used is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The population in this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Setu Bekasi, totaling 400 students. The sample used in this research was divided into two classes, namely class VIII.1 which was the experimental class with 40 students and class VIII.2 which was the control class with 40 students. The experimental class applies power point learning media and the control class uses conventional learning media. Data collection for this research used an integrated Social Studies Economics learning outcomes test. The data analysis technique uses comparative quantitative. The hypothesis testing method used is t test analysis. The research results revealed: The t test calculation was 0.000 < 0.05, or Ho was rejected. Thus the hypothesis proposed is supported by empirical data and from the results of further tests it can be seen that the learning outcomes of students who use Power Point media are higher than students who use conventional media, so it can be concluded that Power Point learning media influences the learning outcomes of class VIII students in integrated economics social studies subject at SMPN 1 Setu Bekasi

Abstract

This study looks into how market accessibility, digital integration, financial management, and environmental practices affect the sustainability and resilience of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Data analysis is done using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) in a quantitative manner using a sample of 274 MSMEs. The diversity of the sample with respect to industry sectors, geographic regions, and company sizes is demonstrated by descriptive statistics. The structural model findings show positive and substantial correlations between the elements under investigation and company resilience and sustainability, while the measurement model analysis validates the validity and reliability of the constructs. The results are stable, as supported by bootstrapping analysis, and the model fit indices show good predictive relevance. The findings are interpreted in the discussion, which also provides policymakers and business practitioners with useful insights. The study adds to our theoretical understanding of MSME dynamics and offers guidance on how to develop resilient and sustainable business practices.
