Abstract

The existence of UTD PMI Jayapura City is very helpful for the surrounding community in terms of health. People can also donate blood through the PMI clinic and get blood donors. Donors often have to queue to get their turn to register if they will donate blood at a blood donation event due to constraints in the health service process which is still carried out conventionally, namely by direct recording of potential donors. In addition, the absence of a computerized system to provide information regarding donor data remains a major problem, hampering blood donation services at PMI. The current system cannot produce clear and accurate data to help people assist. Quickly in case of an emergency. The PIECES method is used for reference in building several features in the system by conducting information, economic, security, efficiency, and service performance analysis to find weaknesses in the current system and offer suggestions for improvements to be made on newly built systems and using GIS as it can assist in the presentation of more interactive map information. The expected result of this research is to produce a system that can map the location of donors who have been divided based on their blood type so that the search process will be more efficient and can help search activities at PMI. Donor mapping in this system is also equipped with complete data from donors so that officers can find out the location of donors and can contact donors through existing data

Abstract

One way for people to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in indoor and outdoor activities is by using body temperature detection. People who have a body temperature higher than the measurement limit are prohibited from mingling with other people because they have a high probability of being infected with the virus and can transmit it to other people. Manual checks in public places can cause officers to potentially contract the virus and can spread it to other visitors more quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automatic body temperature measurement system by displaying the results of the measurements on a screen and automatic door as a further prevention step, and temperature data can be stored in a database to help make the right decisions in preventing the spread of Covid-19 in that place. The implementation stages of the activities include: Data Collection, Preparation of Technology Design and Purchase of Materials, Product Manufacturing, Product Testing, Product Evaluation. An Android application for an automatic door control system using a body temperature measurement sensor can be developed into an even better tool. The development of this prototype will be developed by adding a PIR sensor and system modifications. The addition of a PIR sensor is used to increase the security of the tool to detect only human body temperature which can be recorded in order to minimize data errors. The system modifications made can be used for initial examination assessments with body temperature and also the addition of a system for measuring body weight and height to complete the assessment data.

Abstract

Daily life includes the use of computers as electronic devices that are common in offices, libraries, schools, and shopping malls. However, users often face problems when the computer's hard drive encounters problems. As a non-formal educational institution that offers computer courses and training, Yayasan Sentra Anugrah Mandiri also experienced problems with hard drives of various brands and capacities. The technician checks and fixes the problem manually. Three people are usually responsible for monitoring twenty computers. If there is a problem, it is then reported to the administrator responsible for organizing the repair process. In this study, a website-based expert system is proposed that uses a similar approach to overcome these problems and improve the efficiency of handling hard drive problems. Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Revise are the four steps in the Case Base Reasoning (CBR) method.

Abstract

Chatbot technologies as virtual assistants have significantly emphasized streamlining and augmenting learning processes by integrating pedagogical approaches and innovative technologies. This research reviews the use of chatbots in education. The results of this review provide a comprehensive comprehension of the prior research on the use of Chatbots in education, including information on existing studies and its benefits, as well as prospective research areas on implementing Chatbot technology in the education sector. This study utilizes library research. The analysis shows that Artificial Intelligence technology permits incorporating Chatbot systems into various educational contexts and purposes, including for teachers, students, and administrators (institutional employees). First, teachers using chatbots can be virtual assistants for teachers to save time, including setting schedules, answering questions from students, and providing technical information about the learning system. Thus, the teacher has much time to prepare lesson plans or subject matter, make a set of questions, check assignments, and make other teaching preparations. Second, students using a chatbot can analyze student needs and provide teaching materials that are appropriate and specific to their needs. Learning can be done anytime and anywhere because of its ability to be able to reply to chats automatically. Chatbots will make it easier for students to get material and ask questions if they experience difficulties. Chatbots also make teaching and learning more manageable and teach-student communication and activities. Third, administrators using chatbots can simplify administration. The staff would be assisted in conveying information related to administrative matters and the student's registration process. Chatbots can be one of the best solutions to serve users by answering simple questions anytime without stopping. Chatbots can send broadcast messages to all students at once, and the data provided will be more personal, such as a reminder of tuition payments. Day by day, the popularity of chatbots is getting more attention and has penetrated the education sector. Chatbots should not threaten humans, but t can be used to help them. The teacher's role may be one of the parties that can be replaced by AI technology. However, it should be noted that AI cannot develop the character of both students and students, including providing motivation and establishing emotional relationships between teachers and students.
