Abstract

Direct observations were made of the process of carrying out trial tests (try outs) as well as student assessments at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School. This application is designed to prepare students for the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at the junior high school level. However, in its implementation, there are still obstacles such as the processing process, distribution of questions and answer sheets, as well as correction and assessment which takes time due to the large number of trial test participants. In the application being built, a randomization method called Linear Congruent Method (LCM) will be applied. And the application of this method aims to randomize the order of the questions so that they are not always the same, so that students can practice and understand the contents of the questions. It is hoped that with this try out application for Course and Training Institutions, the try out process can be more efficient and improve its image. Course and Training Institute.

Abstract

The issues investigated in this research include the accuracy of artificial intelligence (AI) scoring of essay answers, the challenges of validity and fairness in automated scoring, as well as potential biases in the algorithms used, and how these affect academic assessment results compared to human scoring. The method used in this study consists of several systematic steps. First, data was collected by asking relevant questions to an artificial intelligence (AI) platform. After that, the questions are inputted into AI platforms such as Copilot, Gemini, and Blackbox AI. Next, the resulting answers are analyzed using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) to ensure the quality and depth of analysis. The answer results are then tested to evaluate their accuracy and relevance to the context of the question asked. the analysis results are visualized in the form of graphs or tables. this research shows that artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential in the automated assessment of essay answers. The results showed that Copilot got the highest score of 63.4%, Gemini 50.5% and Blackbox.AI 56.9%. However, the answer accuracy results between each AI Platform are still below 70%, meaning that the answers from the AI platform are still far from expectations. The next research recommendation is to retest the AI Platform using other methods to get accurate and consistent results.

Information technology is currently developing rapidly, causing all aspects of human life to always be connected to the development of this technology. The influence of this technological development can be felt in various fields, both academic and non-academic. Manual data processing has begun to be eliminated and changed into a computerized system to facilitate the data processing process so that it can be done quickly and does not take a long time. Karanganyar Village Hall has a letter filing system that is still manual. Incoming letters are still stored in large folders that are sorted by letter number, in addition, archiving incoming letters requires the creation of a disposition to be addressed to the relevant party. The creation of this disposition awaits the leader who as a leader has a lot of busyness or activities. So that the process of making dispositions and making outgoing letters takes a long time. This Incoming and Outgoing Letter Application is one way to handle the processing of correspondence data starting from recording and archiving incoming letters, making dispositions, making outgoing letters, as well as reports of incoming and outgoing letters and is expected to be able to process correspondence data without taking a long time and can be processed. With this application, it is expected to make it easier for employees to manage correspondence. This application is built with PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

This paper presents a new method for chip floorplanning optimization using deep learning (DRL) combined with graph neural networks (GNNs). The plan addresses the challenges of traditional floor plans by applying AI to space design and intelligent space decisions. Three-head network architecture, including a policy network, cost network, and reconstruction head, is introduced to improve feature extraction and overall performance. GNNs are employed for state representation and feature extraction, enabling the capture of intricate topological information from chip netlists. A carefully designed reward function incorporating wire length minimization, area utilization, and timing constraint satisfaction guides the DRL agent toward high-quality floorplan solutions. An exploration bonus based on reconstruction error addresses the sparse reward problem. Extensive testing of the ISPD 2005 benchmarks demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach, consistently operating on a state-of-the-art basis. Significant improvements include an average 31.4% reduction in half-perimeter wire length (HPWL) and a 34.2% reduction in breach time compared to the best baseline performance. The process scalability and robustness are evaluated, showing performance in various circuits and different perturbations. This research advances AI-driven electronic device design and paves the way for better chip design processes.
