Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously the variables of competence, commitment and work environment on the performance of PKBM managers Kab.Bondowoso, as well as to determine the ability of competency variables, organizational commitment and work environment in explaining performance variables. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is linear regression using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis showed that partially the competency, commitment and work environment variables had a significant effect on the performance of the PKBM managers in the District. Bondowoso. Simultaneously competence, commitment and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PKBM managers Kab. Bondowoso. variable competency, work commitment and work environment have a contribution of 74.0% to the performance variable and the remaining 26.0% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variable product quality and brand image on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of profiles from Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Path Analysis (Path Anlysis) and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test, with the help of SPSS analysis tools 25. The results showed that the product quality variable had a significant and positive direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Brand Image variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Product Quality variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, Brand Image variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Consumer Satisfaction variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Product Quality variable through customer satisfaction Indirectly Affects significantly and positively to consumer loyalty Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch and Brand Image variables through consumer satisfaction indirectly affect spirit significantly and positively to the Customer Loyalty of the Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch. Abstract

In decision-making, leadership and organizational commitment will have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Department of Environment and Transportation in Bondowoso Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was 60 respondents who used the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was stated that leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance partially and leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance simultaneously. Abstract

Public service is one manifestation of the function of the state apparatus as a public servant, public service for the welfare of the community or citizens. Professional service means service that is characterized by public accountability and responsibility from public service providers. One of the functions that must be carried out by the government is the function of public services or the function of community services. To see it all can be packaged in the quality of service (real, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of the dimensions of service quality (real, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) simultaneously and partially on community satisfaction simultaneously at the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISPENDUKCAPIL) Banyuwangi City and see the most dominant variables. in service quality. The sample in this study was 138 respondents who used the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the research, it is explained that all service quality variables have a simultaneous effect on people's satisfaction while partially three variables influence them (tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness) and two other variables. (certainty and empathy) do not affect employee satisfaction. From the fifth variable, it turns out that tangible variables (Physical Evidence) have a dominant influence on people's satisfaction.. Abstract

Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine the Effect of Licensing Service Quality Dimensions on Kiosk Owner Satisfaction at the Trade Service (Case Study at Candipuro Market, Lumajang Regency), this type of research is qualitative research, the sample in this study was 75 respondents, respondents in collecting this data is the owner of a kiosk at Candipuro Market, Lumajang Regency, the method of simple regression analysis, and the analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination R2. The results of the research show that partially the assurance and empathy variables have no partial effect on the satisfaction of the kiosk owner at Candipuro market, this can be seen from the significant probability of the assurance and empathy variables. While the variables that have a significant effect are tangible, reliability, and responsiveness. So that the variable of Kiosk owner satisfaction is partially influenced by tangible, reliability and responsiveness (Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions on tax compliance of free workers in the Jember Pratama tax service office. The data used in this study are primary data collected by survey method using questionnaire media. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 18 analysis program. The results of hypothesis testing show that taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance with independent workers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) The effect of emotional fatigue on employee deviant behavior, (2) The effect of work stress on employee laying behavior, (3) The role of work stress in moderating the effect of emotional fatigue on employee behavior. The study was conducted at the Comissão da Função Pública (CFP) secretariat office. This study uses quantitative research methods, data collection using questionnaire instruments, and data analysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using 110 respondents. The results of this study concluded that emotional fatigue had a positive effect on employee deviant behavior. However the work stress variable in this study has a positive influence in moderating the relationship of emotional fatigue to employee deviant behavior.

Abstract

Role and Organization The National Parliament of Timor-Leste is a sovereign body which is constitutionally established "representing all citizens of Timor-Leste, with legislative, supervisory and political decision-making powers" (Article 92 of the RDTL Constitution). The powers and competences of the National Parliament, its relationship with other sovereign organs and the state, respects the principle of separation and interdependence of powers, and the rights and duties of the Deputy are provided for in three fundamental diplomas: the Constitution of the Republic. Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Rules of Procedure of the National Parliament and Statutes of Deputies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of distributive, procedural and interactional justice on job satisfaction of the employees of the Timor-Leste National Parliament. This research is a quantitative research. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample used in this study were 85 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, that is, all of the population was used as a sample. As for the level of explanation (level of clarity) this researcher uses an associative problem formulation. The data collection method uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) and the data analysis techniques used in this study are the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research conducted indicate that the composite reliability values ​​of the three variables that make up the research model are all above 0.70. This means that all the reflexive indicators that make up the research model are reliable.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a case study approach to the use of technology in the internal audit department of a retail company during the pandemic. The samples used were all internal auditors of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Branch Jember. The data analysis used was the focus group discussion (FGD) method and literature study. Research results related to audit activities during a pandemic from the point of view of technology utilization have been implemented in five (5) sectors. Sector planning, documents, field audits, confirmation and reporting. In general, the use of technology in carrying out internal audits during a pandemic has been well adapted.
