Abstract

The banking industry is currently growing rapidly by utilizing and optimizing management information and technology in the form of e-banking as an efficient means of a satisfying customer. Online-based services at banks are more efficient services to help customers. Technological advances have been used to attract customer for bank transactions. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a priority in banking activities. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining a competitive advantage in the era of technological development. This research is a form of replication that use the subject of bank customer of e-banking user in Jember city. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction of e-banking users. The role of cloud service, security banking system, e-learning and service quality are four factors that can drive customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample use in this research amunted 125 respondents. This research find that cloud service, e-learning and service quality significantly affect on customer satisfaction, on the other hand security banking system has no effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, brand image, E WoM and WoM on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products. Case studies at SPO Amalia Kartika Putri Situbondo.This type of research is included in the type of quantitative research.The sample used was 40 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.the influence of WoM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. Purchases show no negative and significant influence. the effect of Price on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence; Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions shows a positive and significant influence; E-WOM on Purchase Decision shows a positive and significant influence; the influence of WOM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. the influence of Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, E-WOM, and WOM shows that there is a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of companies that apply the value of family business as internal control in the company's operational activities. The research data is processed by the Audit stage, namely, preliminary survey, review and testing of controls, detailed testing, and audit reports. This research focuses on the operational activities of PO Primadona which has two business lines, namely passenger bus services and freight forwarding. Based on the results of the author's research, it can be concluded that applying the value of family business in operational activities at PO Primadona Makassar is still not effective and efficient. The activities that have not been effective are online sales activities and the recording of cash receipts and cash disbursements, while the activities that have not been efficient are the reduction of passengers. The recommendations that the authors give to companies are, companies need to carry out regular system maintenance and use an automatic payment system, improve employee work discipline, and last but not least, provide computer training to the treasurer's department.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on teacher performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Al Baitul Amien Education Institute, Jember. The population in this study were all teachers at the Al Baitul Amien educational institution, while the sample was taken by proportional sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) and also the Sobel test to see the role of the motivational variable as an intervening variable. The results of the study show that there is a direct effect of compensation and transformational leadership on teacher work motivation and performance. Work motivation affects performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference between the financial performance of JEKa member SMEs before and after receiving financial assistance. The population in this study were 109 members of SMEs of JEKa Jember. The data analysis method used were a descriptive quantitative percentage and the Manova test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the financial performance of SMEs members of JEKa Jember before and after receiving financial assistance interms of Liquidity Ratios (CRR, QR, CR), Solvency Ratios (DTAR, DER), Rentability Ratios (PM, NPM, GPM, ROI, ROA) and there is no significant difference between the financial performance of JEKa member SMEs before and after receiving financial assistance in terms of Activity Ratios (ITR, RTR, FATO, TATO)

Abstract

Online businesses are able to access a broad and global market, without being limited by geographical boundaries. Indonesian society has a large number of online users. This opens up huge online market opportunities. Online buyers who tend to change places of purchase are interested in doing research. In accordance with this, research was carried out to optimize online purchases through motivation within the framework of the self-determination theory concept and adding one variable, namely satisfaction. The method used is quantitative research with survey methods and is an equation model structure with the measurement tool WrapPLS 7.0. The research results show that optimizing purchases by looking at motivation uses self-determination theory consisting of external regulation, introjected regulation, identified regulation, integration regulation and intrinsic regulation. The model becomes better with the mediation of consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the principles of accountability, transparency, and stakeholder’s participation on the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS/Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) at SDN Kaliglagah 04 Sumberbaru District. The method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. We used 80 sample in this study, they were school committee, teachers and parents. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that transparency had a partial effect on the effectiveness management of the School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). While the application of the principle of accountability and stakeholder participation does not partially affect the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). Simultaneously the application of the principles of accountability, transparency and stakeholder participation affect the effectiveness of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS).
