The return of medical record files is a system that is quite important in medical records, because the return of medical records starts from the file in the inpatient room until it returns to the medical record section in accordance with the return policy, which is 2x24 hours. The method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis which is done by describing the facts that exist then being analyzed, described, looking for similarities, views, and summaries of several studies. The results of the literature study show that humans are not responsible for returning medical record files, the organization lacks supervision from the management of returning files, technology (technology) with technology can assist in returning medical record files. So it is necessary to pay attention to the 3 components, so that it can produce a benefit (Net Benefit) from returning the medical record document. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the return of medical record documents are in terms of the HOT-FIT method, (human) where the officers lack a sense of responsibility for medical record documents, and doctors and nurses do not pay attention to the form of filling out record documents medical records, so that it becomes an obstacle in returning medical record documents. It's good to have good supervision from the management.

Redbrick is one of the building materials which is commonly used as a basic building material. In the traditional red brick factory in the village of Singgahan Tuban, East Java, some problems are often encountered in the field, namely red bricks that are cracked and broken on the bricks at the bottom of the pile. This has an impact on results that are not on target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wood sawdust and hydroton substitution on the compressive strength, density, and water absorption capacity of redbrick. Using an experimental method with a substitution ratio of wood sawdust and hydroton of 5%, 10%, and 15%. Manufacture of 50 red bricks measuring 23 x 11 x 4.5 cm. The drying process is carried out for 5 days then burned at 900° C for 2 days. From the test, it was found that the red brick without substitution had a compressive strength value of 8.95 MPa, a density value of 1.59 grams / cm³, and a water absorption capacity of 11.14%. The red brick substitution of wood sawdust waste has a compressive strength value of 6.25 MPa, a density value of 1.48 grams / cm³ and a water absorption capacity of 12.04%. In the red brick, the hydroton substitution has a compressive strength value of 9.27 MPa, a density value of 1.64 grams/cm air, and a water absorption capacity of 11.22%.

Islam as religion that applies universally and etemally encourage its people to have a positive and constructive attitude towords the development of science and technology (Science and technology),as long as science and technology is in line with Islamic law. The issue of genetic engineering the most recent isuue of cloning has become a hot ethical polemic in the west. This paper explores the Islamic view around the issue of cloning. According to Islamic law, it tums out that is no clear information that regulates this isuue.Among the mujtahids there is no question cloning animals, but if this is applied to human it will cause problems. Because cloning without the need for male sperma/husband. Without going through marriage, marriage guardian issues and other. This discourse is still developimg, but to arrive at a fatwa that allows it is still waiting for the continuation of the human cloning process in the future.

In the implementation of activities we often find what is called a project. The project is an activity that must be completed in accordance with the specified target and time, so that the project can be regarded as a success in project implementation. One of the projects in ques-tion is the construction project. Construction projects in their implementation we often encounter various kinds of problems that arise from the elements involved in them, so this can hamper the success of a project that is being implemented. One problem that arises from the contractor factor and contract specification. The purpose of this study is to find out one of the main inhibiting factors in the successful implementation of construction projects in Aceh Province. Classification of construction services for respondents is all construction ser-vices from the middle class (M) to large classes (B). The data obtained the total population of construction services as many as 508 con-tactors from observations of projects that have been completed from 2010-2015 with funds from the Aceh Budget (APBA). By using the Slovin formula a total sample of 84 contractors was found. The method used in this study is a combined method, namely qualitative and quantitative methods through questionnaires. The independent variables reviewed are the contractor factor and the contract specification factor while the dependent variable is the success of the project. For statistical analysis the data process is done by using validity and reliability tests, while analyzing the data is done by using multiple linear regression with the help of Product Solution and Service Statis-tics (SPSS) version 22. The results of the study indicate that the contractor factor is one of the main inhibiting factors in the successful implementation of the project in Aceh Province.
