Abstract

This study analyzes the pattern of inheritance distribution practices at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Brebes district. This paper uses the empirical research method with a qualitative approach, in this case, the researcher obtains data by interviewing, observing, and study document. This results in distribution of inheritance at the Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school in Brebes district does not use Islamic law (faraidh science) but uses the practice of grants, this practice does not mean that Kyai and Islamic boarding schools as a source of scientific treasures turn away from Al-Hikmah. Qur'an and Sunnah, however, this method is a mursalah maslahah to avoid conflict among the kyai's family and Islamic boarding school. In this case, the implementation of the distribution of inheritance is based on what was agreed upon by the parties concerned and carried out for maslahah mursalah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning method in improving student learning outcomes. The method used in this research uses class action research methods. The results showed that in cycle I and cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes in class VII SMP Pelita Harapan students. So it can be concluded that the contextual learning method is effective for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the type of parenting style that dominates, as well as the support factors and the resisitance on the parent process of forming children’s religious character. This research describes the results of data from four families. The researcher uses qualitative descriptive method and a case study. In this research , the result shows that parenting that dominates in forming children's religious character is democratic parenting. Parents teach, familiarize, pay attention, and set a good example for children in performing the 5 daily prayers, reading The Holy Qur'an, Ramadan Fasting, good morals, studying, doing assignments, and being useful to others. Parents facilitate all the needs of children on their study. Supporting factors in the formation of children's religious character are parents following the pious people's behaviour, providing sustenance and halal food, parental involvement and sincerity in educating children, good parental communication relationships, conducive religious education environment, relation to pious people's houses, parents appreciating children's religious teachers, getting tahnik, parents' prayers and pious people', while the inhibiting factor is the difference of perception between parents and children due to differences in education in teaching children and the state of their hearts.

Abstract

The Islamic city was originally a city built by the Prophet Muhammad Shollahu 'Alaihiwassalam with several considerations of ideological concepts that carried positive values ​​in Islam. An Islamic city is a city founded by Muslims for some time (Islamic civilization) or a downtown area that has certain elements identified as the main mosque, palace, market, cemetery, fort, Islamic law and various ethnic communities. The Islamic city is formed on various vertical and horizontal principles of life to achieve an Islamic identity. The city of Bogor is a city formed by the colonial government and is not the territory of the former Islamic kingdom. However, in its development the city of Bogor has elements of an Islamic city. Based on the results of the study, the spatial layout of Bogor City has 11 elements of an Islamic City. The non-physical elements discussed are elements of the Islamic City which include social and cultural elements, as well as government and policies in the City of Bogor. The physical elements of the Islamic City observed include the main road network, supporting road network, masjid jami, musalla (smaller prayer rooms/mosques), suqs (markets), citadel/ksar (royal palaces/local rulers), sur (walls), public squares, Islamic schools, settlements, turba and maqraba (private and public cemeteries), and qasaba (fortresses). Based on the level of tendency to develop, there are 11 elements that are getting stronger or their existence is increasing in the Islamic City element from the previous condition. There are 5 elements of the city that have undergone many changes to the building or facility. There are 9 elements of the city that have a positive or good impact on development time.

Abstract

Performance-based management is more directed to work processes, management, development and related rewards. Where the ability, motivation, and opportunities interact with each other. Islamic educational institutions, especially Quran Education Parks are growing from year to year, but in the process of their managing, they are still limited to "volunteering", so that performance is not often proportional to the rewards and awards given. Finally, this "volunteering" parameter cannot produce a balanced performance between educators. This also has the potential to affect the competence of educators and have an effect on students. Alif Iqra as a non-formal institution engaged in Islamic education, especially Quran education, seeks to improve the performance base. One of the stimuli is the form of the Alif Award and periodic evaluations. This research is a qualitative research with an exploratory approach from an educational institution about a certain phenomenon, namely the Alif Award program. The results showed the Alif Award is seen as a form of fair competition that includes a cumulative assessment of performance for one year. This is one of the external motivations for teachers to improve their performance accompanied by regular evaluations and competency improvement. Among the evaluations and periodic programs that give meaning to educators are the monthly meeting program and the “call cloud”. This program is proven to make educators have independent awareness to control and evaluate their performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Bahasa Arab dengan Penerapan Metode Mustaqilli yang berisikan lebih sedikit kaidah dan lebih banyak praktek pembentukan kalimat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pengalaman selama mengajar Bahasa Arab dengan Buku Mustaqilli. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas 3 Madrasah Aliyah Diniyyah Takmiliyyah Pondok Pesantren Asshidiqiyyah Jakarta. Implementasi Metode Mustaqilli menggunakan buku Dasar-Dasar Mustaqilli dan buku Metode Mustaqilli. Adapun kendala pelaksanaan metode Mustaqilli yaitu siswa memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode Mustaqilli berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Bahasa Arab. Penerapan metode ini tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa di bidang Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran guru PAI dalam menanamkan sikap moderasi beragama pada peserta didik di SMK Kesatuan Rawa Buaya, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa guru PAI telah menanamkan sikap moderasi beragama kepada peserta didik melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, menayangkan video pembelajaran, serta pembiasaan sehingga peserta didik berhasil mengimplementasikan sikap moderasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan,tujuan, dan masalah dalam implementasi distribusipembiayaan dalam lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam. Metodeyang digunakan adalah metode studi kepustakaan yangberguna untuk mendapatkan landasan teori mengenaimasalah yang akan diteliti. Pembiayaan pendidikan padadasarnya menitikberatkan pada upaya pendistribusian benefitpendidikan dan beban yang harus ditanggung masyarakat.Dalam pembiayaan pendidikan hal yang sangat pentingadalah berupa besar uang yang harus dibelanjakan, dari manasumber uang yang diperoleh, dan kepada siapa uang tersebutharus dibelanjakan sehingga diperlukan pendistribusianpembiayaan pendidikan secara tepat. Pendistribusian danadalam lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam seperti padaMadrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) bertujuan untuk pembelian sewasarana, perlengkapan, dan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untukmendukung proses belajar mengajar pendidik dan pesertadidik dalam madrasah tersebut dengan maksud memperolehtujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan seperti terlaksananyaprogram untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dankondisi madrasah yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The inability of students to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the rules of recitation is caused by disorder or crowds when reading the Qur'an, causing students to be less focused in participating in learning. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the results of the analysis of the application of the tilawati method to Al-Qur'an reading subjects. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a class action research type. The results showed that in the two cycles that had been carried out there was an increase in Al-Qur'an reading in MTS Muhammadiyah I Malang students, namely by 54% and 92%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan classroom climate terhadap perilaku ketidaksopanan dikelas. pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu alat ukur Learning Enviroment Inventory (LEI) yang dikembangkan oleh Fraser untuk memperoleh data classroom climate sedangkan alat ukur classroom incivility menggunakan alat ukur Feldman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat signifkansi sebesar 0, 257 yang berarti bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara classroom climate dengan classroom incivility pada mahasiswa Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia.
