Abstract

This research was conducted to know the development of the creative economy during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially from the perspective of social entrepreneurship. The data in this study were obtained through a literature study. Based on data sourced from the 2020 Creative Economy OPUS report, it shows that the contribution of the creative economy sub-sector to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) reaches a value of IDR 1,211 trillion. Based on the 2019 Creative Economy Agency Performance Report, 17 sub-sectors are the focus of the development of the creative economy in Indonesia, where this development focuses on obtaining the best results, especially in the income sector. One of the steps that can be taken to develop the creative economy is through a waste bank by recycling inorganic waste. In managing it, if a waste bank has difficulties in funding, it can make a loan to one of the social entrepreneurships, namely Gandeng Tangan. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the waste bank business is considered to have good potential. One of the products that can be produced from waste recycling is handicrafts or handicrafts, which are included in one of the sub-sectors of Indonesia's creative economy.

Abstract

The rate of growth and development of retail companies in Indonesia has increased significantly which has led to increasingly high competition between companies so that companies must pay attention to competitive advantages, one of which is service quality. Indomaret as one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia, of course, also needs to pay attention to service quality to increase the company's competitive advantage. This study aims to determine how much the level of consumer satisfaction with the services provided by Indomaret in the Magelang area through a questionnaire so that it can help Indomaret to optimize customer satisfaction. This research method uses a qualitative method in the form of a questionnaire, while the questionnaire data processing uses the ServQual approach. Based on primary data obtained by researchers through a questionnaire, namely a number of 68 samples, it was found that the level of service quality provided by Indomaret in the Magelang region scored more than zero which means that the level of customer satisfaction has been able to exceed consumer expectations and to optimize consumer satisfaction Indomaret must pay more attention to reliability dimension.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that partially product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions of Sabdo Palon traditional herbal syrup in Sukoharjo district and obtain empirical evidence that product quality, price and promotion together have a significant effect on decision to buy traditional herbal syrup Sabdo Palon in Sukoharjo. In this research, the sampling technique that the writer use is a non probability sampling. The method that used in sampling is non-probability sampling, that is the sampling was not choosen randomly. The type of sampling used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample used in this research amounted to 100 consumers of traditional herbal syrup Sabdo Palon in Sukoharjo, data collection in this research using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS version 16.00. The research show the product quality variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 4.562 and a significance of 0.000, the price variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of -1.892 and a significance of 0.062, the promotion variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. with the t value of -1.07 and a significance of 0.915. And the results of this study indicate that the variable product quality, price and promotion together (simultaneously) on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Peranan SDM dalam bisnis kafe dapat meliputi pengendalian bisnis, pelayanan, kelezatan menu makanan dan minuman sampai pada desain keunikan kafe. Sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber daya penting, karena seseorang dapat memberikan tenaga, bakat, kreativitas dan usaha mereka kepada organisasi (kafe). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi di kedai kopi “barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 71 karyawan di Kedai Kopi “Barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kemampuan kerja karyawan maka kinerja akan semakin meningkat dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja karyawan yang meningkat maka kinerja barista akan semakin meningkat jika motivasi kerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Bjb Digi is a mobile banking application owned by the Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten (bjb). Bjb digi is a mobile application that is integrated on smartphones based on Android, Blackberry, and iOS operating systems. Indonesia has 4 Persero Commercial Banks, 35 Foreign Exchange Private Commercial Banks, 30 Non-Foreign National Private Commercial Banks, 15 Joint Venture Banks, 10 branch offices of Foreign Banks, and 26 Regional Development Banks. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive study aimed at describing and interpreting the object analyzed according to the actual situation. The research subject in this study is “Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation PT. West Java Bank (BJB) on the digital banking system to pursue competitive advantage. The object of the research is BJB Digi which is used for the mobile banking system at PT. West Java Bank (BJB). To see the advantages of Bank BJB's mobile banking system, precisely in 2020. Corporate Entrepreneur Actions at PT. Bank Jawa Barat Tbk such as Sustainable Regeneration, Organizational Rejuvenation, Strategic Renewal and Domain Redefinition.

Abstract

Technological advances aim to provide benefits and ease of use to the people in carrying out certain activities. Technological advances aim to provide benefits and ease of use to the people in carrying out certain activities. One of them is in the financial sector, namely the creation of electronic money in as a subtitute for cash payment to assist transaction activities. In 2009, Jasa Marga together and Bank Mandiri with the support of the government cooperated to make an e-toll card as a subtitute for cash payment on toll roads. This is intended to facilitate the increasing transactions number of toll users. In addition, e-toll card can be used for other transactions. The perceived usefullness dan ease of use by customer will affect their level of satisfaction after using technology of e-toll card. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that part there is not positive and significant influence between Perceived Usefulness on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 8,44% and there is a positive and significant influence between Ease of Use on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 49,56%. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use on the E-toll Customer Satisfaction by 58%

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a contribution to make in supporting national economic development, including being able to absorb labor and produce goods and services at affordable prices for the needs of people with low incomes. Because of its role, the development of MSMEs needs to get great attention from the government and the general public. MSME actors need to continue to be trained and fostered in a sustainable manner so that they can be more developed and advanced. By participating in the training, MSME actors are expected to increase their knowledge and business capabilities, increase business management, generate new ideas, create business networks and increase business productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of training and entrepreneurial characteristics on the development of MSMEs in Cigugur sub-district. This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study MSME actors who are in Cigugur sub-district and have attended training with a sample of 70 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test in the form of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test (R2) with a test instrument the IBM SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between training on MSME development, which is 10.28%, and there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial characteristics on MSME development by 9.05%. Furthermore, simultaneously training and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs by 19.3%.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the construct of student satisfaction developed by Lijuan Zhai (2012) in the context of Universitas Teuku Umar. The tests carried out include validity and reliability using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The sample used was 371 respondents who were selected. The results showed that the relevant indicators of student satisfaction in the context of Universitas Teuku Umar were only five indicators covered in two dimensions, namely (a) curriculum and instruction, four indicators namely KM6, KM7, KM8, and KM9, and (b) counseling/advising, one indicator is KM18. Meanwhile, as many as 58 indicators are considered irrelevant because they do not meet the validity and reliability test requirements. Maybe this is understandable because there are differences in terms of needs, ethics, or culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis penerapan standar operasional prosedur budidaya pada pertanian jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember; (2) efektifitas pelaksanaan Quality Control hasil panen jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pelaksanaan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan standar operasinal prosedur budidaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik pada proses penanaman hingga panen jagung didasarkan pada prinsip – prinsip yaitu : (a) proses perawatan lahan pra-tanam (b) perawatan berkala terhadap tanaman jagung.

Abstract

The capital market can be interpreted as a market that provides facilities for the issuance and trading of financial securities such as shares. Every issuer has a goal to move forward, but in real life some issuers end up being delisted. Based on this, this writer aims to analyze the causes of issuers being delisted and what the consequences are for shareholders. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It can be concluded that the cause of the issuer being delisted is because the issuer has violated the rules, negative business conditions occur, bankruptcy, cannot generate operating income and the issuer's finances are unstable. As a result, the first shareholders can receive all the funds back, the second can receive a few percent (%) of the funds, the third will lose all their funds or the funds will not return completely, so it is advisable to be careful when choosing issuers to invest.
