Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in all health service facilities is a digital transformation target in Indonesia. Clinics are health service facilities as the spearhead of primary level health services. However, there are still many clinics whose operations are still paper-based. The purpose of this study is to design an RME Clinical information system that produces precise and accurate data and information and uses RME variable guidelines and metadata to be ready to be integrated into the SATUSEHAT platform. The research design used in this research is qualitative. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the prototype method. The results of data collection found several problems in the implementation of medical records including paper-based, not standardized and structured diagnoses, medical record card storage was not efficient, report preparation was less effective. Based on this, a web-based clinical RME prototype was built. The resulting prototype makes clinical administration more efficient without a lot of paper/cards, standardized diagnostics, structured and safer data storage, and more effective report preparation because it is done through the system. Reports generated by the prototype can be used as a basis for clinical policies such as providing drug stock based on patient disease reports, as well as routine reports that are reported to the Puskesmas. This Clinical RME prototype can also be the forerunner of a clinical information system that wants to integrate RME with the SATUSEHAT platform.

Abstract

Finance is a very vital sector in a Company and institution because it has a very important strategic role in creating a conducive environment, especially for the improvement of the national economy. Through a combination of FiQA and Financial PhareBank text datasets, an analysis of positive, negative and neutral sentiments related to finance is carried out that can be taken into consideration to make a policy in the financial sector or context in achieving this strategic role. Application of sentiment analysis using hyperparameter tuning in Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machines algorithms, with TF-IDF and Smote weighting on training data. The best model results of 70.70% accuracy on the Support Vector Machine algorithm during model training using training data that is not done Smote class imbalance.

Abstract

This research explores the significance of SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya's Special Employment Exchange (BKK) website as a valuable support system for students entering the workforce. By digitizing and enhancing the BKK website using the WebQual 4.0 method, the study aims to improve user experience and Quality for job-seeking students. The main objectives include evaluating user satisfaction with the BKK website based on WebQual 4.0 and analyzing the factors that impact the website 's Quality for job searching. The findings revealed that 62% of respondents were highly satisfied and 34% were moderately satisfied with the BKK website . Among the factors influencing user satisfaction, Content (CON) played the most significant role, achieving a satisfaction level of 68.1%, followed by Service Interaction Quality (SIQ) at 22.9%, Usability Quality (USQ) at 8.2%, and Information Quality (INQ) at -12.7%. Overall, the combined variables in the model influenced user satisfaction by 63.9%.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology today, including in the field of E-commerce, has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the livestock industry in rural areas. The livestock industry plays an important role in the local economy, and to increase the efficiency of the sale of livestock products, this study proposes the adoption of a web-based E-commerce system. This system is intended to replace traditional sales methods whose scope and effectiveness are limited. With E-commerce, farmers can market livestock products online, expand markets and increase income. On the consumer side, they can buy livestock products without having to go directly to the farm, helping to optimize time and labor efficiency. This study used an R&D (Research and Development) approach with interviews, observations and literature review. The development of the E-commerce system is carried out in a Waterfall approach to create a platform that provides objective information, supports the purchase and sale of livestock products quickly, efficiently and accurately. accurate, thereby bringing benefits to the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an electrical energy monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology and based on mobile applications to increase the efficiency of electrical energy use and reduce energy waste. The context of this research is the increasingly urgent need to monitor and optimize electrical energy consumption, both in domestic and industrial environments, as part of efforts to reduce environmental impact and Operating costs related to electricity consumption. The methodology used in this study includes the design and implementation of an IoT system consisting of energy sensors and hardware connected to the Internet, as well as the development of a mobile application as a user interface. Energy consumption data recorded by the sensors will be transmitted wirelessly to mobile applications for real-time monitoring and analysis. The results of this study show that an IoT-based electrical energy monitoring system is capable of providing accurate and timely information on electrical energy consumption, thereby helping users increase energy efficiency and Reduce operating costs related to electricity consumption. Additionally, the system allows users to easily monitor and control electrical energy consumption through their mobile devices, which in turn can contribute to more resilient and sustainable energy management. This research is important in efforts to create a more sustainable and energy-efficient environment, as well as raise public awareness about electrical energy consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the performance of the IDN Boarding School computer network using the SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) method. Computer network infrastructure in schools is an essential aspect that plays a key role in supporting the learning and management process. With rapid growth in usage and increasing network complexity, network performance often becomes a challenge. This research involved collecting data using SNMP to monitor and analyze network performance at IDN Boarding School, including measuring bandwidth usage, latency, and data transfer rates. The collected data is then analyzed in depth to identify weaknesses in the network that could potentially lead to unsatisfactory performance. Once the problem is identified, this study will recommend repair and optimization solutions including selecting appropriate hardware, optimal configuration, and implementing effective network management measures. SNMP methods will be used to track the implementation of innovative solutions and measure their impact on network performance. We hope that the results of this study will provide valuable information to IDN Boarding Schools on strategies to improve and optimize their networks. By implementing SNMP, schools can increase network resource efficiency, reduce network interference, and increase user satisfaction by up to 35%.

Abstract

The new era of rapid development of information technology today not only affects some aspects, but also activities carried out by PR (Public Relations) practitioners. This indirectly requires PR practitioners to face changes, namely the transition from the conventional era to the digital era. Conventional to digital PR activities are also known as Cyber Public Relations (CPR). One of the challenges of PR in the digital world is managing negative opinions from the public that can affect the positive image built by the organization. Currently, police agencies are one of the state institutions that are vulnerable to negative public opinion and are often threatened by their reputation in the eyes of the public. Therefore, this research aims to examine the implementation of Cyber Public Relations of Samarinda Police in shaping a positive image in the eyes of the community and what obstacles are experienced to form a positive image. In this research, the theory used is the Excellence of Public Relations theory. To reveal these issues thoroughly and in depth, this research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explain the situation and conditions of Cyber Public Relations activities of Samarinda Police. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Cyber Public Relations by the Public Relations of Samarinda Police has not been carried out comprehensively. CPR activities of Samarinda Police only reach the level of press agentcy and public information, Public Relations also has not involved the community in CPR activities to improve their image. Some of the obstacles experienced by Samarinda Police Public Relations are related to the lack of human resources and interaction from the public in the media they manage.

Abstract

DMVPN (Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Network) is a VPN technology that can simplify the configuration process and improve network efficiency. The purpose of this research was conducted as a response to the obstacles experienced by companies in VPN network performance that did not meet expectations and reduced high operational and infrastructure costs related to the performance of the current VPN network. In addition, to determine the extent to which the use of DMVPN can improve the performance of VPN networks in companies. The method used is data collection through observation and interviews, and analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed that the use of DMVPN can increase the efficiency of the VPN network in the company by reducing traffic load and speeding up the data transmission process. Therefore, DMVPN technology is highly recommended for companies that require complex VPN networks and need optimal network performance. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the potential and effectiveness of using DMVPN in optimizing the performance of VPN networks in companies. It is expected that the implementation of DMVPN can increase data transfer speed, reduce latency, and increase data security in VPN networks. In addition, it is also expected that the use of DMVPN can reduce the operational and infrastructure costs associated with VPN networks, so that companies can achieve higher efficiency

Abstract

The development of the internet has changed people's lifestyle with the existence of FinTech. One of the popular FinTech innovations is the Flip digital wallet application. In this study, aspect-based sentiment analysis was carried out on Flip user reviews using the naive bayes algorithm. The test results show high accuracy, with an average accuracy of 0.84. The naive bayes algorithm is effective in classifying user reviews based on aspects of speed, security, and cost, with accuracies of 0.80, 0.87, and 0.84, respectively. This research provides important insights for service providers to improve service performance and innovation. The labelling data generated the most sentiment 0 (no sentiment), followed by sentiment 1 (positive) and 2 (negative). Negative sentiments have a high frequency on speed and security aspects, while positive sentiments have a high frequency on cost aspects. Thus, improvements are needed to the security system and speed of the Flip application to increase user satisfaction in these aspects. The naive bayes algorithm can be a useful tool in processing review data on e-wallet applications and similar services.

Abstract

As technology develops, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, many new systems and programs are created with artificial intelligence, one of which is the field of computer vision, namely the detection of objects ranging from transportation, humans, masks, animals, and even firearms detection systems. However, this system still has deficiencies in the level of accuracy when complex conditions such as lighting and others. Currently firearms detection systems use datasets in the form of photos of real weapons, rarely or even no one uses other datasets such as games or animations to determine the performance of the detection system. This study aims to determine the performance of the firearms detection and classification system by experimenting with objects from an animation with a public dataset from the website www.imfdb.org/Black_Lagoon as well as several scenes from other animations and also an animation entitled Black Lagoon, then optimization is carried out.with the DeepSORT algorithm and Kalman Filter assisted by the YOLOv3 detection system, several percentage values were obtained such as a mAP value of 82.13%, 81.19% precision, and 78.53% recall in the training dataset using 100 iterations of epochs, and in the training model got a loss value of 8.27% and 6.67% for the val_loss value using 50 iterations of epochs.
