Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. In this study, researchers tried to determine whether Product Quality has an influence on Customer Loyalty. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using a statistical formula, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis, which is calculated using SPSS assistance. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty, with a value of 0.990.

Abstract

Temperature greatly affects the drying process of coffee, while the village of Cikoro is one of the cold-temperature areas. to produce a hot temperature before the community had tried oven techniques but it was less successful, so the alternative used so far was to do drying in Makassar. In the study that became participants were coffee farmers in Cikoro. The purpose of the studies we conducted clearly provided solutions to the community for the problems experienced. To understand and resolve this problem we use the desigen thinking method that focuses on users or users with several stages, namely sense and sensitivity, empathy study, collecting data, clustering, insight, statement, persona, ideation, prototype, and co-coreation then obtained more accurate data so as to create an innovation in the form of a prototype coffee drying machine (Coffee Steam) as a solution for coffee farmers in Cikoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of the community in accepting the innovation of coffee steam prototype.

Abstract

The Snowball Throwing model can be used as a learning alternative to increase students' learning motivation because the Snowball Throwing learning model refers more to efforts to increase and encourage student activity to interact in the classroom during teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of the application of the Snowball Throwing model can improve student learning outcomes in learning OTK Personnel Class XII OTKP C SMK Negeri 1 Luwuk. The design of this research is classroom action research (CAR). The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data was collected by using an observation sheet, while quantitative data was collected by giving a test at the end of each cycle. Data analysis in this study is to reduce data, present data, and verify or draw conclusions. Based on the results of the classroom action research above, the researcher can draw the conclusion that the Snowball Throwing Model can improve learning outcomes for Class XII Personnel OTK learning OTKP C SMK Negeri 1 Luwuk in the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

Snowball Throwing is one of the new learning methods and one of the effective learning models applied in schools, where this model can train and motivate students in participating in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The location of this classroom action research is at SMK Negeri 2 Palu, which is located at Jalan Setia Budi No. 58 Palu, Central Sulawesi. The research subjects were 33 students of class X OTKP1 consisting of 6 boys and 27 girls. The design of this research is classroom action research (CAR). This study uses 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. There are two types of research data, namely qualitative data collected by using the Observation sheet, namely conducting a series of direct observations of the research and quantitative data collected after giving a test at the end of each cycle. The data analysis techniques carried out are data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the research conducted indicate that the application of the Snowball Throwing model can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration in class X OTKP1 SMKN 2 Palu.

Abstract

Distance learning is something that needs to be carefully planned and needs to be included in the Learning Implementation Plan, with the distance learning system, of course the lesson plans must be rearranged to achieve the desired learning outcomes. The design of this research is school action research. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, and observation. The validity test in this study used a triangulation credibility test by applying a triangulation form of data collection techniques. While the data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) activities was proven to be able to improve the performance of teachers at SDN Inpres Tompudau in compiling Learning Implementation Plan  during the Covid-19 pandemic, as evidenced by the increase in the results of the performance assessment of teachers at SDN Inpres Tompudau in preparing future lesson plans. the Covid-19 pandemic where in the initial conditions the average value was 46.25 and was included in the Less (L) category.

Abstract

Education is always related to human development efforts, so one of the determining factors for the success of education is that it depends on the human element, as well as the success of students in overcoming the problem cannot be separated from the supervising teacher and the students themselves who have self-confidence and want to change. This research is a classroom action research with the aim of researching to describe the self-confidence of students in class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar before and after being given group counseling and to explain the positive effect of giving group counseling on the self-confidence of students in class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, observations and interviews.The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar with a total of 33 people. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a self-confidence questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Hypothesis testing was carried out using statistical techniques, namely t-test (one tail) at a significant level of 95%.

Abstract

Cooperative learning is a group learning model that has certain rules. The basic principle of this learning is that students form small groups and teach each other to achieve a common goal. The cooperative script model is a learning method in which students work in pairs and take turns orally summarizing the parts of the material being studied. The main objective of this research is to increase motivation and learning outcomes in learning Financial Accounting in class XII AKL C SMKN 1 Luwuk. The design of this research is classroom action research (CAR). The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data were collected by using observation sheets, while quantitative data were collected by giving a test at the end of each cycle. Data analysis in this study is to reduce data, present data, and verify or draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Cooperative Script model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes in learning Financial Accounting in class XII AKL C SMKN 1 Luwuk in the 2021/ academic year 2022.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract on the financing product of Griya iB Hasanah at PT. Bank BNI Syariah KC Palopo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by taking a juridical and empirical approach. The research was conducted at the BNI Syariah KC Palopo office. The data in this study were obtained by interview and observation. This study indicates that the implementation of Griya ib Hasanah financing at BNI Syariah Bank uses two models, the first is the murabahah scheme, and the second is the murabahah scheme. The advantage of home financing at Bank BNI Syariah KC Palopo is that it does not impose a fine; if the repayment is made early, there will be no penalty, and the buying and selling process is transparent, there is no element of arrogance. The drawback is that for customers, the process takes quite a long time. Secondly, if market interest rates decline, it will not affect the customer’s installments because, from the beginning of the agreement, it has been agreed that the installments will be fixed starting from the initial installment to the end. However, Islamic banks make an assessment detailed because Islamic banking avoids the risk of uncertainty or traffic jams. So far, the bank is still considered safe because the debtors still have a trustworthy nature, there are no traffic jams, and in the provision of bank financing, BNI Syariah KC Palopo is very careful to avoid all risks that may occur even though the process is long, but avoid everything that may happen vanity.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of trust using e-commerce on online purchasing decisions on business administration students at the Makassar State University class of 2019. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample used in this study was the entire population, which was 80 students in the 2019 batch. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. . The results showed that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where consumer confidence is in the good category. For indicators on the purchasing decision variables are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between consumer confidence in using e-commerce on online purchasing decisions in Business Administration students, Faculty of Social Sciences, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This research aims 1) to find out the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng District 2) to know customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng District 3) to know the effect of service quality on customer library at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques are conducted through observations, questionnaires/ questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The number of samples in this study was 99 people, and using quota sampling techniques. The methods of analysis used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the indicators used on each variable then the results showed where the quality of service PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng Soppeng district is in the category of very good with the achievement of 90.00 percent. And for the satisfaction of participants PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng district is in the high category with the achievement of 90.00 percent. While based on the correlation test obtained an R value of 0.887 means that there is a very strong / high correlation between the two variables. Based on the results of data analysis so that it can be concluded that the quality of service at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng District is very good because the percentage of service quality has high values or a high percentage. Customer Satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) in Rayon Soppeng Soppeng District is very good because the percentage of customer satisfaction has high values or a high percentage. There is a significant influence between the quality of service to customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Soppeng Soppeng Regency.
