Abstract

Modern office administration services are a demand in today's digital transformation era. However, each region has different customs or cultures according to their local wisdom. Therefore, a true administrator figure is able to adapt in order to realize service excellence to service recipients in both the business and public sectors. Experts have adjusted office administration services through 5 (five) functions such as: 1) Managerial Functions, 2) Interpersonal, 3) Technical, 4) Routine, and Analysis or in other words the PARTNER function.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial capital and economic education aspects of street vendors at the Losari Beach area of Makassar City. This study uses qualitative methods, using data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. With the data collection techniques above, the educational aspect of street vendors in the Losari Beach area of Makassar City is one of the factors that support entrepreneurial success, with the assumption that better education will provide knowledge of street vendors in managing their business. Meanwhile, in terms of entrepreneurial capital, it shows that the distribution of capital by the government has not been completely evenly distributed to traders in the Losari Beach area and this capital is very important to support the smooth running of the street vendors.

Abstract

Giving reinforcement is an important thing in the teaching process, the task of the teacher as an educator is to increase learning motivation in students, one of which is by providing stimulation in the form of awards/praises so that students can be motivated, control or change bad behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between giving positive reinforcement to the leadership of the class X student group at SMA Negeri 3 Malinau. This study uses descriptive quantitative research, the population is 153 from class X students and the research sample is 55 students. The data collection technique used is the Likert scale on the positive reinforcement scale and the student group leadership scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis, product moment correlation test and simple linear regression test were carried out. The results of the study obtained that the leadership level of the student group was included in the high category, namely 47.3% with a total of 26 students. The results showed that there was no relationship between  giving positive reinforcement to student group leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, and the impact of the implementation of the Slumless City Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used an analytical model according to Spradley. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) Program Evaluation (Study at Biringkanaya District, Makassar City) is not well implemented according to the concept of Edward a Suchman. Indicators that do not work well are: a. program objectives, b. problem analysis, c. measurement of change, d. changes to the consequences of activities, e. program impact. The indicators that run well are description and standardization. The impact of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) is that not all people can feel the infrastructure development in Biringkanaya sub-district. The lack of community participation in maintaining infrastructure has led to the less successful Cities Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program.

Abstract

The implementation of the solid waste policy in Rappocini District, Makassar City is a government step in overcoming the solid waste problem in Makassar City, especially in Rappocini District. This research focuses on the characteristics of the existing problems. The process of determining the characteristics of policy problems almost always involves the norms of legislation, local wisdom, physics formulas and others. In the policy characteristics, there are problems in the level of technical difficulty of the existing problems, the level of pluralism of the target group and the percentage of the target group to the total population. Often policy problems get solutions by decision-making groups. With descriptive qualitative research describes the problems that exist in relation to the implementation of waste management policies in Makassar City and then analyzes them to an absolute conclusion. This research uses a case study approach involving certain communities as research subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Policy for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Bone Regency, especially in the health sector. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was through observation (observation), interviews, and documentation with the key informant of the head of the Social Service Office of Bone Regency using the qualitative interactive model data analysis technique from Miles Hubarman and Saldana. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Policy for the Family Hope Program (PKH), The Family Hope Program (PKH) in the health sector in Bone Regency has been implemented quite well, judging from the dimensions that there is sufficient time available, namely according to the schedule and cycle that has been set in implementing PKH in the health sector in Bone Regency. The implementation of the PKH program is of course realized by the existence of a clear cycle of the flow of assistance to the local community.

Abstract

This study aim to determine how Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Financial Leverage which is proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence company’s Profitability which is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) either Partially or Simultaneously where Processed Food Companies that registered at IDX 2017-2020 year period become the object of this research. The type of this research is quantitative research. The technique of data collection uses secondary data documentation in the form of annual report. The sample used is the sample that selected using purposive sampling technique which is 4 companies so the annual report that becomes the object is as many as 16 annual reports. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Correlation Coefficients, and Determination Coefficients.The result of the research showed that the indicators used for each variable indicated that CSR disclosure variable has a significant effect on ROE, DAR and DER doesn’t have significant effect on ROE of processed food companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2020 year period. This is evidenced by the Correlation Test, T Test and F Test, as well as the Coefficient of Determination Test on the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

The Role of the Tourism Technical Implementation Unit in the Tete Tonra Beach Tourism Development Planning in Bone district. This study aims to determine the role of the technical implementing unit of Tourism in planning the development of Tete Tonra Beach tourism in Bone district by using a qualitative design approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The key informants of this research were the head of the tourism office of Bone Regency along with the head of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) and the manager of Tete Tonra Beach Tourism using an interactive model data analysis technique consisting of three activity flows that occurred simultaneously, namely: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifications. The results showed that UPT Wisata had not yet shown an optimal role in the development planning of Tete Tonra Beach in Bone district. This can be seen from the results of development that have been carried out which show that the average has not been maximized, the lack of new breakthroughs, the lack of realization of the solutions that have been made, and the lack of routine evaluations carried out by the Tourism Office through the UPT.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) The legal knowledge of the people in Palleko Village on environmental conservation in irrigation canals, (2) Attitudes toward the legal behavior of the people in Palleko Village on environmental conservation in irrigation canals, (3) Efforts made by the Palleko Village Government in overcoming the problem of irrigation pollution. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people who lived in Palleko Village with random probability sampling, namely taking samples from the population randomly by taking into account the number of samples to generalize the sample to the population. The instruments used in this study were interview guide sheets and questionnaires. in the form of questionnaires, data collection procedures namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is to explain, describe, and describe according to the problem. Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, (2) Based on the results of the questionnaire using the Likert scale, it shows that the attitude of the community's legal behavior towards environmental conservation is quite feasible with the percentage of 63.92%, (3) The efforts made by the Palleko Sub-District Government in overcoming the problem of environmental pollution are still not optimal, as evidenced by the lack of public facilities such as trash bins and government socialization that has not been evenly distributed to the public regarding the importance of environmental conservation.

Abstract

Financial statements are the final result of the accounting process and financial statements are said to be of good quality if they meet the quality requirements of financial reports. Information on the factors that affect the quality of financial reports at Islamic financial institutions is still not consistent between one study and another. This study aims to analyze several factors that affect the quality of financial reports at Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of a late questionnaire distributed to 130 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses an SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Sharia Auditing, Islamic Work Ethic, Utilization of Information Technology were found to have a positive effect on the Quality of Islamic Financial Reports while the Internal Control System (SPI) in this study was found to have no effect on the Quality of Islamic Financial Reports
