Abstract

Knowledge is more aimed at efforts to develop and maintain the company's competitiveness. In building and maintaining competitiveness, intellectual basis must exist in various fields within the company. With the increasing specialization in the company, the role of knowledge management is increasingly needed in various aspects of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the quality of knowledge on employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota. The type of data in this study consists of qualitative data. The research results are PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota is ready to apply knowledge in his company. Conceptually, a knowledge management audit is conducted to obtain an overview of the knowledge possessed and needed by the organization, the readiness of the organization to facilitate learning, and the quality of knowledge management processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of down payment policies on the volume level of motorcycle credit sales at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) branch office of Daya. This study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive research type, with a research population of 81 customers and the sample in this study was taken from a large population of 81 customers. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis and using the SPSS.22 software application which consists of validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence will give awareness, namely the consciousness of din or awareness, which is the most important emotional ability to train internal control. The purpose of this research is to know the emotional intelligence of employees at PT. Bumi Sarana Beton Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research aimed at providing an overview of the level of Spiritual intelligence on the performance improvement of PT. Bumi Sarana Beton Makassar. The population of this research is all employees scope PT.  Earth facilities Concrete, amounting to 35 people, the way the sampling is used is a saturated sample so all population members are used as samples. The results showed that emotional intelligence was not instrumental in the performance of employees. The structure of public organisations where decision-making from the top down makes emotional intelligence have no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

E-marketing creates fundamental changes in business and consumer behavior, this happens because marketing does not require a lot of money, in contrast to traditional marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine e-marketing in selling Eid cakes (kue lebaran) from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model by using Social Network Analysis. The data is obtained from tweets on the Twitter application, the data obtained are tweets from April 2-20 2022. Data analysis uses the ATLAS.ti application. This study uses the keyword "jual kue lebaran", including only tweets, without retweets and images. Meanwhile Create codings from: authors, mentions, hashtags, and query hashtags only. Then do network analysis, tweets that stand alone or have no relationship with other tweets will be eliminated or excluded. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that Eid cake producers on the Twitter market their sales in the form of general promotional tweets or mentions to several accounts using easy word selection in conducting searches.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of co-branding and brand equity of the BTS Meal product which is the result of the collaboration of the McDonalds serving company with the famous music group BTS. BTS Meal has become a very popular product, especially in Indonesia through campaign activities carried out by ARMY as a fandom of BTS. BTS Meal has received various responses from consumers regarding the uniqueness of the product, especially in the packaging of the product. The method used in this research is library research, where the researcher uses sources based on the literature to discuss the effects caused by the BTS Meal co-branding product and the applied brand equity. The results and discussion in this study indicate that the influence of branding between the two companies before the implementation of co-branding greatly affects the popularity of BTS Meal products. Through digital marketing and campaigns carried out by ARMY, BTS Meal has become a best-selling product in the market. In addition, the popularity of this product is influenced by its brand equity by displaying the uniqueness of the packaging and the combination of the McDonalds and BTS logos. With the influence of the popularity of BTS Meal products and their brand equity, it affects the purchase intention of consumers to buy BTS Meal products based on the preferences made by ARMY on social media. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a very significant effect between co-branding and BTS Meal brand equity on consumers' purchase intentions.

Abstract

Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are sustainable development goals that are integrated into the priority program for the use of village funds in 2021. Village SDGs are expected to be a reference for village development in 2020-2024. However, with all the limitations that exist in the village, both human resources and institutions, there are still obstacles in its application. The purpose of this study is to examine the collaboration model as a policy strategy in preparing SDGs-based village development plans and programs. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews as well as existing documentation. The process of data analysis through reduction and presentation of data and conclusions. The results showed that the cross-sectoral collaboration that involved the power of Penta Helix had not been implemented in order to significantly contribute to village development and cross-sector collaboration was not designed in rural areas. The upper level government, namely the district, also does not have a collaborative mechanism to integrate SDGs with development plans down to the village level. Cross-sectoral collaboration mechanisms in the process of integrating Village SDGs into village development planning, Bontolanra Village, Galesong Utara District, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence or how big the influence of interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially or simultaneously on student achievement in class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang. The sample of this study was all students of class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang with a total of 35 students taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression, t test, test F, coefficient of partial determination and coefficient of multiple determination by using spss version 25 for windows. The results of this study concluded that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially affect the learning achievement of students in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation together had a significant influence on student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. the most dominant variable is extrinsic motivation. The results of this study have implications that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation are things that need to be considered to improve student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang.

Abstract

 Indonesia is at present actually battling with Coronavirus, as are different nations on the planet. The quantity of Coronavirus cases keeps on developing for certain individuals announcing recuperation, yet the quantity of positive cases keeps on developing consistently. The reason for this study was to decide the job of the public administration in forestalling Coronavirus in Indonesia. The exploration was led with a subjective methodology with a study technique. Information assortment procedures utilized are meetings and reports. The information investigation method is information examination in the exploration interaction with a few phases that current data is passionately and judiciously founded on information or realities found in the field. Abstract

Library service is the provision of library material services owned by a library to library visitors or users who come to the library. The library is also defined as a container or place to store information where the information has various types and forms and is managed in accordance with the applicable or predetermined system. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive type of research that aims to find out how to optimize library services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. The informants in this study were the head of the library, library staff, and 3 students of SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analyzed is data collected at the time of the study. Activities in data analysis are; data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusions. The results showed that library services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar were categorized as optimal. Seeing the focus in this research, namely: Circulation services in the optimal category; Information services in the optimal category; tutoring services get results that are quite optimal.

Abstract

It is not possible to manage members of an organization with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of will and abilities, by using only a single leadership. Therefore, dealing with situations or different levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied to PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Mattoangin Makassar Branch Office, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires/questionnaires, structured interviews, direct observation, and documents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through the distribution of frequencies and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30%. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84, 32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.
