Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential acceptance of market retribution on regional revenue (PAD) in Poso district case studies on the Tentena siwagilemba market.The research method used is a qualitative method by collecting budget data and realization of market retribution income to determine the effectiveness of the potential market potential for local revenue.The results showed that the potential for market retribution still had effectiveness in the category that was quite effective with a 68 percent percentage in the management of Tentena Siwagilemba market retribution.

Abstract

The government in realizing village development cannot be separated from the role of mature planning. In this study aims to analyze the strength of the development agency in village development planning. Respondents in this study were 103 respondents consisting of farmers = 65 people, breeders = 21 people, grocery merchants = 13 people, and civil servants = 4 people. The data analysis technique used a quantitative approach using multiple regression to see the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Independent variables are the suprades government, village communities, market participants and the dependent variable is village development planning. The quantitative data contained in each variable will be processed using the application SPSS for windows 20.0. The results of the study indicate that the strength of development agencies contributes to village development planning. This can be seen from the Market Actors, the Supradesa Government and the Village Community.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on all aspects and sectors of public life, especially business actors. The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic was also experienced by welding workshops, one of which was the Barakka Las workshop. This study aims to determine the implementation of marketing strategies in the welding workshop business "Barakka Las" in the New Normal Era after the Covid-19 Pandemic through the creation and design of social media and websites. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The data were obtained through collecting supporting theories and conducting in-depth interviews with the owner of the "Barakka Las" welding workshop. From the results obtained, in increasing brand loyalty and reaching wider consumers, Barakka Las implemented a digital marketing strategy through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and through websites with various interesting promotional content and additional information about the Covid-19 prevention protocol

Abstract

Promotion Intensity Influence Toward The Increasing Of Rice Selling At Sulselbar Regional Division Of Bulog Company In Makassar. This research was conducted to know the promotion intensity influence toward the increasing of rice selling. Independent variable in this research was the promotion intensity and dependent variable was the increasing of rice selling at Sulselbar Regional Division of Bulog Company in Makassar. The sample in this study was Bulog partner, namely Sahabat RPK (Rumah Pangan Kita) or Our Home Food. Total number of the partners was 152 people and all of them applied Slovin sample theory. Data analysis in this research used SPSS 25 and for technique analysis, the researcher chose reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, and inferential statistical analysis.The result of this research showed that in promotion intensity variable (X) indicated a very good trend for each indicator. Furthermore, the sales variable (y) showed a very good percentage and there was a significant influence between the intensity of promotion on the increasing of rice selling. It was proven by the result of coefficient analysis with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and also the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.504 or 50.4 percent which indicated that the coefficient of determination model was good and has a positive correlation.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi dan dunia usaha di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan sebuah perusahaan tidak hanya bergantung pada dukungan pemerintah saja, tetapi juga bergantung pada kualitas karyawannya. Harga saham akan selalu menjadi perhatian utama bagi pemilik saham siapa pun juga termasuk karyawan Telkom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ekspektasi harga saham di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia.Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan studi longitudinal atau studi cross-sectional. Studi longitudinal memerlukan horison waktu yang lebih lama daripada studi cross- sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Telkom yang mengikuti program kepemilikan saham pada Juni 2013. Jumlah populasi ini diperkirakan 60% dari total karyawan Telkom atau sekitar 9000 karyawan, dengan menggunakan tingkat error 5 % pada slovin, maka untuk populasi 9000, ukuran sampel adalah 383 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan koesiener. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistika dengan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ekpektasi karyawan tentang kenaikan harga saham dipengaruhi oleh indikator potensi pertumbuhan industri telco dengan respon paling tinggi. Indikator ekspansi usaha yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan mendapatkan respon paling rendah.

Abstract

The process of achieving goals in an organization is needed by the leader in this case a departement head, who is fully responsible for the running of an organization. In carrting out large responcsibilities, a departement head is assisted by a secretary. The Secretary is not only in charge of handling the secretariat but is also the mediator between the leader and his subordinates. Without a secretary, activities involving leaders and correspondence will be neglected. The aim of study is to determine the level of application of secretarial duties in improving work effectiveness at Departemeno of Labor, Makassar City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 119 peoples, while the chosen sample was 32 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Secretary of the Departemen of Labor, Makassar City in carrying out their duties was in the effective category.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this research is to find out how the promotion strategy for non-wage recipients becomes a participant of the Labors’ Health Insurance Administering Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) of Makassar branch, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the promotion strategy of non-wage recipients who become the participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar branch. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing for Non-Wage Recipients, Marketing Associates for Non-Wage Recipient Participants, and Non-Wage Recipient Workers. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is using data reduction techniques (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusions drawing / verification. The results showed that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar branch only used four of five forms of promotional strategies, namely advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and personal selling. The supporting factors in the promotion strategy for non-Wage recipients to become the participants of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Makassar Branch are doing cooperation with stakeholders and protection agents as well as support from government agencies. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness and understanding of the importance of the benefits of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as well as the relatively low level of education of non-wage recipients. By improving the promotion strategy it is very important to increase public understanding on the importance of the Labors’ Health Insurance Admnistering Agency Program for socio-economic protection, especially for non-wage recipients.

Abstract

Administrative services by Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office have resulted in a good performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of administrative services of acquisition duties on land and building rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed: shows that the effectiveness of administrative services for land and building rights in the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Makassar City with the effective category of timeliness which is categorized as effective is 94.61%, the accuracy of services categorized as effective is 71.38%, politeness and friendly categorized as effective 94%, ease of getting services that were categorized as effective 94.46%, and comfort in getting services that were categorized as quite effective 54.30%. This proves that the administrative service of acquisition fees on land and building rights (BPHTB) at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office has been able to carry out its duties and responsibilities and can implement an administrative service system properly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive relationship and the influence of education and training to work productivity of employees at Pamona Puselemba sub-district of Poso. This type of research is done is quantitative research with descriptive statistics to process the data.The result of this research show that there was a significant relationship between education and training to work productivity, it is obtained from the calculation using the Pearson product moment correlation where the value of rhitung> rtable value or 0.560> 0.497 and there are positive influence where the value thitung> ttable or (2.700> 2.131.

Abstract

This research was conducted for students of SMA Negeri 4 Gowa. This study aims to determine 1) the existence of content or learning materials that are relevant to the learning objectives, 2) use appropriate learning methods, 3) use learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, and others, 4) can occur synchronously or asynchronously. The research method used is quantitative research with a population of 585 people and a sample of 88 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage and distribution analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of e-learning at SMA Negeri 4 Gowa was classified as effective in terms of indicators of the existence of content or learning materials that were relevant to the learning objectives, using appropriate learning methods, using learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, etc., and can occur synchronously or asynchronously. To achieve effective use of e-learning, efforts are made to increase student interest in learning and also the availability of learning services to support the online learning process in the COVID-19 pandemic era.
