Thepurpose of this study is to find out, analyse, and explain the description ofeach variabel, the magnitude of the relationship between CelebrityEndorser of Scarlett Whitening, and the amount of influence partially andsimultaneously Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on PurchasingDecisions of Scarlett Whitening. By using quantitative methods and usingdescriptive analysis and verification. The analysis tool used is path analysis(path analysis). Samples taken were 150 respondents. Data collectiontechniques used are literature and field data collection by distributing usedare literature and field data collection by distributing questionnaires online.The results showed that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image have a strongrelationship. Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image have a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decision.

Lighting is one of the potential hazards and included in physical factors. If the quality of lighting in a room is not up to standard, it will be at risk to affect the comfort and safety of space users. This study aims to analyze the relationship between lighting systems and eye fatigue on employees in the ABC Division at the XYZ Office of Gresik Regency. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional. The sample in this study were 13 respondents using a total sampling technique. Measurement of lighting intensity was done using a lux meter and eye fatigue was measured using a Visual Fatigue Index. To see the strength of the relationship between variables, the Contingency Coefficient. The results showed 11 points (84.6%) with lighting intensity that not up to standards and 11 employees (84.6%) experienced eye fatigue. The lighting system has the strongest relationship with eye fatigue (P Value =0.707). Recommendations that can be given are to check the cleanliness and function of the armatures and lamps regularly, change the color of wall paint regularly, install curtains on windows, fill the room with green ornamental plants, socializing and implementing about 5R culture and eye stretching.

This study aims to analyze and describe the use of composition in the November 2020 edition of the Malut Pos newspaper, including internal and external compositions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of participants in extracurricular sports at SMA Negeri 3 Cikampek. This study uses a survey method and uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 70 students consisting of 32 boys and 38 girls, the sampling technique used is purposive sample and the instrument used is TKJI 2010. Based on the results of data processing that has been calculated and analyzed by the researcher, the answer to the hypothesis that has been previously proposed by the researcher has been obtained. The results and conclusions of researchers on the level of physical fitness of sports extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 3 Cikampek. Included in the very poor category. This is evidenced by the findings when physical fitness test activities are carried out. The results of the study stated that for the male category 15.6% were in the sufficient category, the less category was 43.8% and the very poor category was 40.6%, while for the female category 2.6% was in the sufficient category, the less category was 36.8%, and the very poor category is 60.5%. The conclusion of this study for the level of physical fitness of participants in extracurricular sports at SMAN 3 Cikampek is in the very poor category which is more dominant than the very good, good, sufficient, and poor categories.

This study describes the essence and existence of the Bible according to a review of Biblical literature as a result of research by several theologians. The biblical literature and theological perspectives reviewed are from conservative and contemporary circles who were randomly selected by the researchers in this article. This study uses a qualitative method built by the study of literature that is relevant to the research problem. The final result of this study shows that theologians have different perceptions about the essence and existence of the Bible, but in general they have the same thing that the Bible does not just exist but God's intervention to the writers in the context of history, struggles and struggles of their lives and their communities. For this reason, with varying perceptions, all theologians acknowledge the authority of the Bible in their written Biblical literature. The researchers also point out that there are various strengths and weaknesses in the theologians' perceptions of the problem in question. Thus, it will open the possibility for further research in this field, both scientifically and practically.

This study aims to determine the level of motivation to learn Physical Education in SLB students in Karawang Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with survey methods and research design using cross sectional. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at the State Special School (SLB) and Special School (SLB) B Tunas Harapan, Karawang Regency, totaling 20 students, while the samples were taken according to the total population with a total sampling technique, obtained by class VIII from The two SLBs total 20 students as a class who will be given a questionnaire about student learning motivation. The data were processed using Microsoft Excel software. The results of this study indicate that the level of student motivation in physical education learning shows a percentage of learning motivation as much as 40% with moderate criteria. So it can be concluded that the level of student motivation in Physical Education learning can increase if the teacher is able to present the material well and fun, providing teaching through the form of games so that students do not feel bored when the learning takes place

Momby Spa is an application that offers baby health therapist services that aim to bridge the gap between therapists and users. However, the Momby Spa application is still less attractive to the public. This is evident from the total number of downloads in the play store which is only hundreds of downloads. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a usability analysis which includes aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction to determine the level of usability. This study uses the usability Testing method with the target of Testing 20 mothers who have toddlers and have never used the Momby Spa application. As a result, the level of effectiveness of the Momby Spa application has a value of 95%, the level of user efficiency in finding information is 0.0644 goals/sec and the level of user satisfaction is marginal and ranks C. This shows that the usability level of the Momby Spa application is still has a usability level that is quite acceptable to users because it has a high level of effectiveness and has sufficient user satisfaction.

Sorting data is very useful because sorted data will be easier to check and correct if there are errors. There are various kinds of data sorting algorithms including bubble sort, merge sort, shell sort, radix sort, quicksort, and so on. Sorting data is the best treatment as it will be easier to check and correct if there are errors occurring. In this paper, bubble sort, shell sort, and quick sort are tested to sorting 100 lines of random integer with a value range of 0-100. The result shows that quick sort is the most efficient algorithm because it has the fewest steps, consume less memory, and take a little time while sorting.

Although it has a good impact on work efficiency and effectiveness, the use of computers in office workers also has aspects that can pose an ergonomic risk, namely musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). To describe the complaints of MSDs and the level of ergonomic risk in PT. XYZ employees can use the NBM and ROSA methods. This research is a quantitative descriptive with an observational and cross sectional approach. The population of this research is employees of the head office of PT. XYZ working on a computer. The sample collection technique used is stratified random sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and data collection is done by filling out the Nordic Body Maps (NBM) questionnaire, direct observation and documentation. The results of the study based on the distribution of MSDs complaints and their percentages showed that the level of complaints often experienced by workers was on the left shoulder, buttocks, right forearm and fingers of the right hand. Furthermore, the measurement of the level of ergonomic risk using the ROSA method got the results of 52 people including the category of moderate risk level and 4 people belonging to the category of high risk level. In conclusion, the description of subjective complaints and the level of ergonomics risk on respondents needs to be considered and further corrective actions such as improvement of work stations and work postures of employees and socialization of office ergonomics to reduce the level of ergonomics risk using posters.
