Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews and promotions using the tiktok application on purchasing decisions for implora beauty products in the shopee market place. The method used in this study uses a verification method with a quantitative approach, the sample used is 215 by using a non-probability sampling method. The sampling technique that will be used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique carried out with certain considerations. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with partial hypothesis testing and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that there is a correlation between the online costomer review variable and the pro, osi of 0.890 which is in the very good category. There is a partial influence of Online Customer Review on Purchase Decisions of 0.638 or 63.8%. Promotion using Tiktok Application on Purchase Decision is 0.170 or 17%. Together, the Online Customer Review and Promotion Using Tiktok Applications on Purchase Decisions have a simultaneous influence of 0.808 or 80.8% while the remaining 19.2% is the contribution of other variables (£) which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the industrial world, the belt conveyor is the most widely used material transfer tool. In addition to moving materials, conveyor belts also make human work more effective and efficient. This research is a quantitative study by direct observation to the field and analyzing the conveyor bell system. The result of this research is the maximum carrying capacity at PT. XYZ on the coir conveyor belt is 14618.9 kg/m, while the maximum capacity on the pulp conveyor belt is 46.932.48 kg/m3 and the motor power requirement at PT. XYZ to drive the coir conveyor belt is 10.4 kW, while the power requirement of the driving motor

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions on Dettol hand sanitizers. This research method is quantitative with descriptive and verification approach. This study uses primary data obtained directly from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is unknown, because the exact number of Dettol hand sanitizer users in the Karawang Regency area is unknown. This study uses the formula Hair et al in the calculation of a sample of 140 respondents and is determined by a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis in this study uses path analysis with SPSS 22 software tools. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Economic development also greatly affects the lifestyle of the people who tend to prioritize appearance, which supports the appearance by using products that already have quality and are known by the public. Products that already have a good brand image certainly also have product quality that matches the price offered by the company to consumers. Seeing the rapid growth of Fast Fashion Uniqlo both in the domestic market and in the global market, Uniqlo is considered a brandfast fashion that is quite successful in managing product quality and brand (brand image) well. In addition, it can be proven by a number of data from global top brands which shows that Uniqlo is ranked 4th competing with other well-known brands that previously entered the fashion field first. This research was conducted to determine the determinants in the decision to purchase Uniqlo products during the COVID-19 pandemic in Karawang. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of Singaperbangsa Karawang University who had carried out uniqlo product purchase activities. The total sample of this study was 96 respondents who had shopped at uniqlo Karawang branch. From the results of the study, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.565 was obtained, which means that the influence of brand image and product quality as a determinant of purchasing decisions was 75.1%.

Abstract

Along with the times, the need for technology is increasingly needed to support increasing human needs, including in the field of tourism, where supporting facilities are needed so that visitors feel comfortable, one of which is lighting for waterfall tours. The design of a Micro Hydro Power Plant that can be used as lighting on the waterfall path and can also be used for other things. In the design of PLTH, various components have a relationship where when the Nozzle Diameter is used, namely, 0.20 m, 0.15 m, and 0.10 m, it produces speeds of 12.5 m/s, 82.3 m/s, and 18.5. m/s while for the power generated 233.65 Kw the amount of electrical power is the diameter of the nozzle which has an impact on the speed that hits the turbine blades and also the height of the penstock has a big effect because the higher the penstock, the greater the electricity generated because the higher the penstock, the power on the shaft. is also increasing so that the discharge becomes a parameter that affects the shaft power, the greater the water discharge, the greater the shaft power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the Fresh Concrete Production Process at the Batching Plant Machine at PT Prima Beton Nusantara. Concrete production process at PT. The SBU Prima Beton is a production that is quite widely used by other PTs. From the report above, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) The concrete production process using a batching plant machine is the thing that is most widely used by companies that make large amounts of concrete because of its efficiency. which is quite good and fast., 2) The stirring process is one of the main things in the process of making concrete., 3) The production process using the Batcing Plant Machine is enough to affect the quality of the concrete produced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at Karya Husada Hospital Cikampek. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the Slovin formula, as well as probability sampling technique with simple random sampling which then produced 182 samples from a population of 333 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI) computer program Microsoft Excel 2010 and the SPSS version 23 application. a value of 0.768 which means it has a strong, positive and significant correlation level between Supervision and Work Discipline. The partial effect of Supervision on Employee Performance is 0.330 which is smaller than Work Discipline whose value is 0.366. So it can be stated that supervision contributes less to employee performance compared to work discipline. The simultaneous effect of Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 69.6% while the remaining 30.4% is another variable that was not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the NHT cooperative learning model on the critical thinking skills and activeness of students. The method used in this research is by experiment. The sampling technique used is Systematic Sampling. The subject matter used in the study is the content of learning Mathematics with the materials for Perimeter and Area of ​​Square and Rectangle. This study was analyzed using t test. The results obtained are the dependent variable Y1 obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Obtained the value of tcount = 9.312 while ttable = 2.101 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount > ttable. Thus, the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model has an influence on the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students on the mathematics content at SD Negeri Siasem 03. Then the dependent variable Y2 obtained a value of 0.145 > 0.05. The value of tcount = 1,522 while ttable = 2.101 means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected because tcount < ttable. Thus, the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model has no effect on the activity of fourth grade students in the mathematics content at SD Negeri Siasem 03 than the use of conventional learning models.

Abstract

Education is an important means to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in ensuring the continuity of development developed by a nation. The potentials of students need to be developed in education to understand learning concepts so that education can run well. Education goes well if the components in it can run well too. Learning outcomes are experiences that have been obtained by students after receiving learning. In accordance with the statement (Febryananda 2019) that learning outcomes are mastery that has been obtained by someone or after students absorb the learning experience. Meanwhile, according to (Rusman 2014), learning outcomes are a number of experiences gained by students covering the cognitive, effective, and psychomotor domains. Learning is not only mastering the concepts of learning theory, but also mastering habits, perceptions, pleasures, interests, talents, social adjustments, types of skills, ideals, desires and hopes. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Morotai Island, North Morotai District. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Morotai Island, North Morotai District, totaling 23 students. The technique of data collection is cycle test observation. Based on the results of classroom action research (CAR) and discussions that have been carried out for two cycles, it can be concluded that the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Morotai Island in the 2021/learning year. 2022. The mastery of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 65% and in the second cycle there was an increase of 76.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between balance and the ability to pass down in volleyball on the STKIP Kie Raha women's team, Ternate City. This research is a research with correlational design. The subject of this research is the women's team STKIP Kie Raha Ternate City, totaling 21 athletes. Analysis of the data using the Pearson product moment correlation formula at a significant level α = 0.05. The results of the calculation of data analysis of the two variables show that, r count = 0.530 r table = 0.444 at a significant level α = 0.05. So it was concluded that there was a very significant relationship between balance and the ability to pass down in volleyball on the STKIP Kie Raha women's volleyball team, Ternate City.
