Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Realistic Mathematics Education learning in mathematics learning. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Lemahabang class VII. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning by using Realistic Mathematics Education learning in learning mathematics. The results showed that by applying Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning, it could make a significant contribution to students' critical thinking skills. statistically there is a difference in value between the control class and the experimental class. Thus it can be concluded that RME learning is one of the effective learning models that can be used in learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of the number of companies that have not used standard factory overhead rates in calculating the cost of production. The use of standard factory overhead rates allows for a consistent and reasonable allocation to each unit of output for the entire production period. The standard rate of factory overhead costs needs to be determined to avoid unequal assignment to each unit of output throughout the production period. Factory overhead costs of PT. Sigi Multi Sejahtera which is included in the calculation of the cost of production is calculated based on the actual costs incurred at the end of the production period. PT. Sigi Multi Sejahtera has not determined the rates for each of the factory overhead costs. After the standard factory overhead rates are determined, there is a significant difference between the actual factory overhead costs incurred and the factory overhead costs charged because the actual production amount exceeds the planned production amount. The difference is treated as an adjustment to the Cost of Goods Sold and ending inventory accounts.

Abstract

Students in Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent are in a phase from adolescence to adulthood, because they are unstable because they are eas ilyinfluenced by the outside world. So they are contaminated and a ffect their lifestyle, as well as their morals, which causes them to be comenaughty. Not infrequently wealsoen counter thesethings in schools. Therefore, counseling teachers have an importantrole in over coming delinquency in schools. This type of researchis descriptive qualitative. The method that the researcher usesis by collecting data through counseling teachers, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the effort sof this counseling teacher in over coming the negative nature of students at SMPN 35 Medan.

Abstract

This article examines socio-religious movements in urban and rural communities in the digital era of the 21st century. This study uses literature research methods through document analysis in the form of literature studies. Data collection techniques in this study used library research techniques, which were then analyzed using descriptive methods to examine the contents of a relevant document, book, article, or research result. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the religious social movements of urban and rural communities in the digital era of the 21st century. The conclusion is that currently the world's citizens are living in the 21st century which is full of social dynamics due to the development and digitization of information and communication technology. Everyone, like it or not, must have digital literacy skills in order to survive and not be left behind, including in carrying out the socio-religious movement. In modern society, it is often distinguished between rural communities (rural communities) and urban communities (urban communities). This difference actually has nothing to do with the notion of simple society, because in modern society, no matter how small a village, there must be influences from the city. In contrast, in affluent societies, the influence of the city is relatively non-existent. The distinction between rural communities and urban communities is essentially gradual. Religious social movements are collectively organized efforts of religious adherents to respond to socio-religious realities in order to change or maintain existing values ​​or beliefs. This process is a manifestation of the religiosity of a group of people. One example of a religious social movement that can be carried out by urban and rural communities is the religious social movement at the Majlis taklim institution.

Abstract

Investment is an economic activity between business actors and consumers to achieve a certain goal, regulated in Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, all forms of investment for business activities are regulated in this law. Investment is widely seen as an economic activity that is oriented towards economic progress and development in the country it self. Especially in Indonesia. An interesting investment is insurance, because its existence and existence can be seen from the regulation of laws and regulations in Indonesia which has existed since 1992 with the legitimacy of Law no. 40 of 2014 concerning Jo's Insurance. Law No. 2 of 1992 concerning Insurance Business. Of course this makes consumers and prospective consumers as parties who bind themselves with insurance companies are required to be competent and aware in carrying out these investment activities. Therefore, with the prevailing laws and regulations as an effort to protect the law so that the investment business climate is expected to be a glimmer of hope in maintaining the stability of investment business activities, especially in the insurance sector.

Abstract

This research discusses the effect of uploads from content creators of the Shopee e-commerce affiliate program on purchase intention (multiple linear regression analysis of Indonesian Shopee consumers on Instagram social media). The theory used is the AIDA theory in which there are four sub dimensions which include Attention, Intention, Desire and Action. The research design in this study was qualitative with the sample population taken from 94 Communication Science students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University class of 2019 with the sampling taken using the Non Probability Sampling method with the aggregation method. Purposive and Snowball Sampling. The results of the research and discussion show that the Independent Variables (Awareness, Intention, Desire and Action) have a significance or influence on the Purchase Intention Variable by calculating the results of R2 which has a yield magnitude of 0.143 or 14.3%. which means that the Independent Variables (Awareness, Intention, Desire and Action) have an impression on the dependent variable (Purchasing Interest) with a value of 14.3% and the contribution of other variables not examined is 85.7%.

Abstract

Job appraisal can be seen from achieving profit through a company. The importance of earnings management causes the need for in-depth studies of the factors that affect earnings management. This study has the purpose of determine the effect of deferred tax assets, deferred tax expence, and tax planning on earnings management. The object of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2017. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were 30 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2017 doing report and conducting financial publications statements in Rupiah, audited by auditor. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. Hypothesis test with partial t test is known that deferred tax expense have a significant effect on earnings management. However, tax planning has no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

Students are one of the drivers of a nation's economic growth, which is expected to be able to build the Indonesian economy so that it is more advanced and developed. The purpose of the research is to reveal the motives, experiences, and meanings of underprivileged students who are entrepreneurs while studying. This study utilizes descriptive qualitative methods as well as Schutz's phenomenological framework. The research was conducted on the campus of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, As Syafi'iyah University, and the off-campus environment where underprivileged students work in the Bekasi area. This research was carried out in stages, starting from September 15, 2022, to October 25, 2022. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, recording, note-taking, and literature studies. The research data were analyzed through three activities, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the analysis show that the motives of underprivileged students who are entrepreneurs while studying include incentives, parental interaction, and identification motives. Experience gained from underprivileged students who are entrepreneurs while studying, including improving management skills; the existence of social interactions and social actions in the form of support and assistance for entrepreneurship capital from parents; and getting support and work partners. The meaning that is formed from underprivileged students who are entrepreneurs while studying, including time management abilities; considered noble because it can help ease the economic burden of parents, and entrepreneurship are activities that are considered not prestigious for some students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline with the biology learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA N1Lyrics, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the Academic Year 2021/2022. The methodology of this research was carried out from April to June 2022. This type of research was correlational with data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample is 83 students. Data analysis using Person Product Moment correlation analysis. The results showed that the average of all motivation indicators was 86.31% very good category, the average of all learning discipline indicators was 86.06% very good category, the average student biology learning outcome was 77.00 moderate category. Furthermore, between motivation (X1), and learning discipline (X2) with learning outcomes (Y) there is a fairly high correlation with a correlation index (rxy) of 1.53%, the contribution of learning motivation and learning discipline to Biology learning outcomes of 3.11 %. This is also proven by the value of tcount (1.538) > ttable (0.677), which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research activity aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes by using the group investigation learning model for fourth grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is classroom action research with descriptive analysis method that refers to the design according to Kemmis and MC Taggart with the stages: Planning, Action / Action, Observation, and Reflection. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the Group Investigation method can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in fourth grade elementary school students. In teaching and learning activities in the first cycle, student learning completeness only reaches 50% this is because students have not been active in following the learning process carried out. In the second cycle student learning outcomes have increased from 50% in the first cycle, to 83.33%. This increase is because students are actively involved, both in group assignments and independent assignments because they feel happy in the learning process.
