Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve social studies learning outcomes at GMIM VII Tomohon Elementary School. The implementation of this research consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of GMIM VII Tomohon Elementary School as many as 27 people, 14 male students and 13 female students. Data on the results of students' understanding of the social studies subject matter of natural appearances and socio-cultural diversity through the provision of tests at the end of the cycle. Data on student activity during the learning process is obtained from the results of observations filled in on the observation sheet. The data obtained from the observations were analyzed qualitatively while the data on the results of the sociology study were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that in the first cycle which was completed individually from 27 students, only 11 students or 40.7% met the minimum completeness criteria. Classically it has not been fulfilled because the average value obtained is 58.7. Whereas in the second cycle, 26 students or 96.7% have met the minimum completeness criteria and classically have been fulfilled, namely the average value obtained is 75.9. In the first cycle student learning outcomes are in the medium category. This means that student learning outcomes on the subject matter increased from the medium to high category. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students GMIM VII Tomohon through the application of the Numbered Heads Toghether learning model have increased

Welding is an important factor in the industrial world because welding is used in all aspects such as joining, repairing or repairing materials. In various aspects of welding, failures often occur, either broken, or defects that cannot be seen by the naked eye. Therefore, testing in welding joints becomes necessary to see whether the welding can be said to be good or bad. Various welding tests that are familiar are microstructural testing and macrostructural testing. These two tests have different roles or functions, for microstructural testing it is useful to see the density of a weld, to determine the type of phase formed in a welding, to determine grain boundaries, and so on. Meanwhile, for macrographic testing, the function is to find out into a welding, find out the defects that occur in the welding and so on. For more clarity the author will discuss metallographic testing in a welding.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the analysis and description of the effect of School Operational Assistance funds on the learning motivation of elementary school students in the East Kotamobagu District, Kotamobagu City, and the magnitude of the effect of the School Operational Assistance fund on the learning motivation of elementary school students in East Kotamobagu District, Kotamobagu City. Kotamobagu.This study uses a quantitative research approach, which uses data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative interpretation. So quantitative data is the value of changes that can be expressed in the form of numbers (statistics). The existence of financing through the School Operational Assistance Fund program has had a significant influence on the Learning Motivation of Elementary School Students in East Kotamobagu. The financing of the School Operational Assistance Fund is only required for non-personnel financing. This study aims to examine the application of the commando teaching style on the learning outcomes of sideways style sweating at the high school students of State I Kawangkoaan. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sample used was the students of the State High School I Kawangkoaan, totaling 20 samples, which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with a command teaching style totaling 10 samples and the control group receiving no treatment totaling 10 samples. The instrument used in this study was a "sideways test of shot put style". The data collection technique in this study was to conduct a preliminary test and a final test of the sideways force decay for both groups. From the calculation of the research hypothesis testing, it is obtained that tcount is 3.13. Based on the t distribution table at 0.05 with degrees of freedom n1 + n2-2 = 10 +10-2 = 18, it is obtained ttable worth 2.101. So tcount is smaller than ttable, namely tcount = 3.13 > ttable = 2.101. Based on the test criteria, if tcount is greater than ttable (tcount > ttable) then reject Ho and accept HA. Thus the conclusion of the test is that the average increase in side-by-side shot put learning outcomes in the experimental group taught with the commando style of teaching is better than the average increase in side-by-side shot put by the control group, meaning that there is a difference between the two groups. Thus, it can be concluded that the commando teaching style have an effect on increasing the sideways style of shot put in high school students I Kawangkoan State.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on the motivation of village employees in Pineleng Sub-district, Minahasa Regency, and to find out how much job satisfaction has an effect on work motivation in village staff in Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. In this study, I use a quantitative research approach, which uses data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative interpretation, with the variables (X) “Job satisfaction” and (Y) “Employee Work Motivation” village officials in Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. The results showed that 82.9.1 % Job Satisfaction (X) determines Work Motivation (Y) Pineleng Dua Indah Equipment, Pineleng District. Meanwhile, 17.1% of work motivation is influenced by other factors not examined. When viewed based on the research data obtained, it can be said that the Job Satisfaction of the Pineleng Dua Indah Village apparatus, Pineleng District is 55.78%, which means that the implementation has not been maximized. This shows that there are 43.22% of current work motivation is not derived from job satisfaction. The lack of job satisfaction of the Pineleng Dua Indah village apparatus is more triggered by the lack of appreciation for the work felt by the village apparatus. Work Motivation of Pinelang Dua Indah Village Staff is 61.01% or in other words there are 39.91% of village officials still lacking motivation.

Betawi Cultural Village is one of the cultural and tourist preservation areas in DKI Jakarta. Betawi Village is also currently one of the destinations that are in demand by local tourists for education and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of services in the current Betawi Cultural Village and whether there are improvements made by the managers of the Betawi Cultural Village to maintain the existence in the preservation of Betawi culture. This research uses a qualitative method by using interview techniques to managers in collecting data. The results that the author gets from this study are that managers and service industry players show that Betawi Cultural Village has improved its services by continuing to evaluate and what visitors need in the following year.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in the fourth grade of GMIM 2 Tinoor Elementary School. This study uses the Classroom Action Research method with four stages, namely planning, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and tests. The technique of data analysis is carried out in a study to draw conclusions from the overall data that has been obtained. The research was carried out in 2 cycles with the results of the analysis of mastery learning in the first cycle only reaching 60.8% and the second cycle reaching 86.4%, which is a satisfactory result. Based on these results, the researcher concludes that the application of the Problem Based Learning model in learning can improve learning outcomes of science subjects in grade IV students of GP Tokin Elementary School

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Hypnoteacing Method Affects the Learning Interest of Grade V Students at SDN II Tomohon, Matani, Tomohon Tengah Sub-district, and to find out how much influence the Hypnoteacing Method has on the Learning Interest of Grade V students at the State Elementary School II Tomohon. This study uses a questionnaire consisting of questions that are used to collect data related to the Social Competence variable. Documentation method is used to retrieve data about learning achievement which can be seen from the value of learning outcomes in the form of values from report cards. The implementation of direct learning in class V of the State Elementary School 2 Kakaskasen Tomohon City was considered good before the Covid19 Pandemic. In fact, all indicators are in the good category. The highest indicator in the application of the direct learning model is 'Providing training and guidance' with an average score of 4.18. while the indicator with the lowest score of 3.47 is 'the existence of education'. Students' learning motivation is in the good category in participating in direct learning, this is evidenced by all the indicators in the good category. The highest indicator on the variable of learning motivation of fifth graders at the State Elementary School II Kakaskasen Tomohon City is 'the desire and desire to succeed' with an average value of 4.10 and the lowest variable is Diligent in carrying out tasks' with an average value of 3.49. The application of the direct learning model has a positive and significant effect on increasing the learning motivation of grade V students at the State Elementary School 2 Kakaskasen, Tomohon City in mathematics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji masalah komunikasi persuasif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar zakat oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Komunikasi Persuasif Suryanto yang didalamnya terdapat empat dimensi pendukung yaitu Kredibilitas Sumber, Pesan, Pengaruh Lingkungan dan Pemahaman Berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang diambil melalui teknik triangulasi yang meliputi wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan oleh Baznas DKI Jakarta belum optimal ditinjau dari dimensi kredibilitas sumber dikarenakan kurangnya hasil zakat yang diperoleh Baznas DKI Jakarta, dimensi pengaruh lingkungan akibat stigma buruk terhadap lembaga zakat di Indonesia akibat buruknya pengelolaan. dari salah satu lembaga zakat, dimensi pemahaman dan keberlanjutan dikarenakan kurangnya partisipasi khalayak di beberapa media sosial milik Baznas DKI Jakarta. Sedangkan dimensi pesan komunikasi persuasif menunjukkan hasil yang baik karena pesan yang disampaikan oleh Baznas DKI Jakarta selalu mengandung gagasan utama peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat Jakarta untuk membayar zakat.
