Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

The flow of information in this digital era, currently growing rapidly, one of which is marked by the birth of new media or commonly known as New Media. A type of media that requires the internet connection. The example is an online media, which is currently considered as a vital component of spreading the flow of information regardless of distance and time. The grouping of online media itself is divided into two types, namely mainstream and alternative online media. Magdalene is present as an alternative online media that focuses on inclusive journalism, different from mainstream online media. Magdalene uses the role of public relations in maintaning communication both within the organization and to the public, by definition public relations is a series or system of activities that focuses on creating communication methods to shaping a public opinion, with the aim of benefiting both parties, internal and public. In this study, the role of Public Relations for online media Magdalene is focused and implemented to build public awareness of their women's advocacy issues. Magdalene’s PR role is to function as a medium for conveying messages through various channels, including website, social media, podcast, and others. With the main objectives of instiling public understanding and awareness on various women’s advocacy issues. This research uses a qualitative methods, particularly by observation and in-depth interview with key informant from Magdalene. Overall, the implementation public relations in reporting content on Magdalene’s online media is in accordance with its main objective, namely to shaping public awareness. The conclusion is that Magdalene’s online media expected to sharpen its publications on various issues that are focuses journalism, in order to create a wider and more literate public awareness of Magdalene’s own core values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the application of murabahah financing accounting at PT. Bank BCA Syariah Bekasi Branch to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards Number 102 concerning Murabahah Accounting. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research that describes and explains the application of the murabahah system in Islamic banking. The data sources used by the author are direct data sources (primary data) and indirect data sources (secondary data). The data collection technique in this study was field research, namely field data collection through documentation and interviews. In this research, the writer uses comparative analysis method. The comparative analysis method is a problem solving method or procedure that is studied by comparing the accounting applied to iB mortgage financing using a murabahah contract based on PSAK 102 at PT Bank BCA Syariah Bekasi Branch.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the relationship or correlation between Celebrity Endorser and Electronic Word of Mouth; (2) know the influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods with path analysis techniques. The sample in this study used the slovin formula taken from the total study population, namely Instagram followers @Panteneid, which amounted to 400 respondents. The test results in this study used SPSS 22 to show a correlation of 18,119 t > t table of 2,249. The result of partial data processing of the Celebrity Endorser variable (X1) to the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a t count of 0.442 < t table of 2,249. The result of partial data processing of the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variable against the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a t count of 12,095 > t table of 2,249. The result of simultaneous data processing of the Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variables to the Purchase Decision (Y) resulted in a calculated f value of 117,346 > f table of 3,018. The conclusion was that a strong correlation was found in the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2). The Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variables are stated to have a parsilan and simultaneous effect on the Purchase Decision (Y).

Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam mata PPKn memiliki peranan penting sebagai muatan pelajaran yang dapat membangun karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya sistematis untuk dapat mendukung mata pelajaran PPKn yaitu dengan membuat media pembelajaran efektif dan menarik seperti penggunaan media powerpoint dalam penyampaian pendidikan karakter agar dapat memotivasi peserta didik dalam memahami pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis powerpoint terhadap implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PPKn dan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa, dan untuk menilai pemahaman siswa tentang pendidikan karakter di kelas PKn sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukannya suatu inovasi dalam pemanfaatan media powerpoint untuk menanamkan pendidikan karakter siswa pada pembelajaran PPKn di SD. Implementasi pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan melalui media powerpoint perlu juga dibarengi dengan strategi dan model pembelajaran agar menghasilkan pembiasaan karakter siswa yang sesuai dengan pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the teacher's pedagogic competence and school climate had on the learning motivation of eighth grade students of SMP Terpadu Az Zahra. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence and school climate on learning motivation. This research was conducted using a correlational descriptive method, with the entire population of class VIII SMP Terpadu Az Zahra collecting 64 people. Because the population is relatively small, the authors use a saturated sampling technique. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the t-test of teacher pedagogical competence and school climate on student learning motivation, it was obtained that a significant value of teacher pedagogic competence was 0.015 <0.05, then Ho was rejected, meaning that teacher pedagogic competence had a positive effect on learning motivation. Then the significance value of the school climate obtained a significance value of 0.042 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that the school climate has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation.

Abstract

From this research is to know. 1). The effect of perception on teacher's professional competence and motivation to learn together on mathematics learning achievement of SMK students in the district. Karawang. 2). Influence of Perception on Professional Competence of teachers on mathematics learning achievement of private vocational high school students in the district. Karawang. 3). The effect of learning motivation on mathematics learning achievement of private vocational high school students in Karawang Regency. The research method used is the correlational survey method. Samples taken A total of 92 students were taken at simple random. Data collection is done by testing and distributing questionnaires directly to the sample. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics such as finding the mean, median, mode, standard deviation of infrerential statistics. The results showed : 1). The effect of Perception on Teacher's Professional Competence and Learning Motivation on Mathematics Learning Achievement together has a positive impact on the learning achievement of Private Vocational High School students in Karwang Regency, this is proven by the value of sig = 0.031 < 0.05 and Fcount = 3.612. 2). Influence of Perception on the professional competence of teachers has a positive influence on increasing mathematics learning achievement in Private Vocational Schools in Karawang Regency with the results shown sig = 0.157 < 0.05 and t count = 1.427. 3). the influence of learning motivation on mathematics learning achievement has a positive influence on increasing mathematics learning achievement for private vocational high school students in Karawang Regency, this is proven by the value of Sig = 0.087 < 0.05 and t count = 1.729

Abstract

Early childhood is a golden age in child development, where all aspects of existing development can be easily absorbed or stimulated by children. Thus PKBM Abdi Pertiwi can improve performance and can make good decisions to support this Playgroup organizing program. The research objective of this program is to assess the success of the activities carried out specifically and see the benefits of the program's activities in this Playgroup. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on the CIPP Program Evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product Evaluation). The result is that PKBM Abdi Pertiwi can improve performance and can make good decisions to support the Playgroup program in the following years so that it can run effectively and efficiently with maximum results.

Abstract

Globalization is so fast causing changes in the field of education. So that non-formal institutions such as Courses and Training Institutions (LKP) must be prepared for this. The existence of LKP has a role in alleviating ignorance, unemployment, poverty and increasing one's skills so that LPK is increasingly being looked at by the public, one of which is LPK Anita. The purpose of establishing LPK Anita is to have the ability to be imparted to people who need this knowledge. This evaluation aims to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the sewing training program at LPK Anita by using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The evaluation method used is interview. Sources of data come from primary data (administrators, LPK instructors and training participants) and secondary data (relevant literature and documentation). The evaluation instruments used are interview guides, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis through data collection, reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. So, the evaluation results that have been carried out in the context evaluation at Anita's LPK are in sync with the needs and goals. Input evaluation consists of training media, training materials, learning resources, funding, facilities and infrastructure comparable to expected. Process evaluation includes instructor activity and participant activity running smoothly. Product evaluation includes program impact, output produced by participants and appropriate program benefits.

Abstract

Graphically from the Cilegon City BPS report, it states that the level of welfare of the Cilegon people has a good average, but it cannot be denied that there are still some people who still live below the poverty line. Related to this, the City Government of Cilegon, which includes the DP3AP2KB Office, provides a solution by providing various types of training in various fields, one of which is the development of home industry. As for this evaluation, it aims to assess the success of the industrial development program organized by the DP3AP2KB Office through the CIPP evaluation model. The evaluation method used is the interview method. The data sources used in this evaluation came from two sources, namely primary data sources obtained from the DP3AP2KB Office, instructors, and coaching participants; as well as secondary data sources derived from literature and documentation relevant to the research. The research instruments used were interview guides, observations, and documentation. Abstract

The condition of the people around the city of Serang generally still have a middle to lower level of welfare. The main point of community empowerment is the creation of independence, which means being able to help oneself for their survival. PKBM Abdi Pertiwi is one of the institutions that supports community empowerment through entrepreneurship programs. PKBM Abdi Pertiwi can help the surrounding community so that the community can improve their welfare, through the mushroom cultivation entrepreneurship program. This evaluation aims to assess the success of the objectives of the entrepreneurship program organized by PKBM Abdi Pertiwi using objective-based evaluation, the evaluation method used is interviews. Sources of data derived from primary data (PKBM managers and learning residents) and secondary data (library and documentation). The evaluation instruments used were interview guides, observations, and recommendations. Data analysis techniques used are reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. The results of the evaluation that has been carried out show that the success of the program has been in accordance with the objectives carried out, reaching 80%. With that learning citizens can be said to have increased knowledge, skills, capable of entrepreneurship independently.
