Abstract

The prevalence of gold pawning practices, there are many indications that gold is an item that has a certain electrical value where the value of the item fluctuates rapidly compared to other goods. This has become a debate so that it has become a contemporary problem which is still being discussed today, therefore gold pawning is very worthy of further study. One of the banks that is the object of discussion on gold pawning is Bank Syariah Mandiri with the pawn concept offered by PT Bank Syariah Mandiri using the Qardh wal Ijarah contract.

Abstract

This research identified the growth of financing activities in Islamic banks in Indonesia within the period of 2005-2016 and 2010-2016 to discover the need of Islamic banks to increase the volume of financing. This study proposed the internal variables; CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and BOPO, and the external variables; inflation, BI rate, exchange rate, and GDP. The data consisted of 11 Bank Umum Syariah (Islamic commercial bank) listed in Bank Indonesia. The macroeconomic factors included the inflation rate, BI rate, exchange rate, and the GDP in March 2005 to December 2016. All the data are processed using panel regression. This study found that: (1) Financial ratio; CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and BOPO do not influence the financing in three Islamic banks, and only ROE that statistically significant to have impact on financing to the other eight Islamic banks. (2) Macroeconomic indicators; Inflation, BI rate, exchange rate, and GDP are not statistically significant to affect the three Islamic banks. The result identified that only GDP that affect the financing in eight Islamic banks. (3) Regression output show that the ROE and GDP are statistically significant with positive relation to influence the financing activities in Islamic banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the policy of rape victim protection in Indonesian positive criminal law, the prospect of regulating / formulating the protection of rape victims in the national criminal law in the future. The method used is the normative juridical approach used to reveal legal rules and norms which are Podana's legal policies in formulating protection for victims of rape, the sociological approach always tests the empirical validity of a regulation or legal statement that is appropriate or not in accordance with a particular society, in this case in the rape case. The criminal process in this case contains a general and concrete meaning, the prospect of protection of victims of rape in future criminal law, namely by the inclusion of a criminal penalty for damages into an additional criminal sanction so that the judge can impose it simultaneously with the main criminal or independently if the offense concerned only punishable by a single fine. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe how the use of concrete objects that can improve the mastery of the concept of summing counted numbers in grade I SD GMIM XIV Manado. This study uses a classroom action research method, by carrying out 2 cycles. The results of the study are as follows. The use of dienes block concrete objects carried out in this study proved to be effective, namely it could improve the mastery of the concept of summing counted numbers in grade I students of SD GMIM XIV Manado. The use of dienes block concrete objects is used to teach the concept of summing whole numbers through the enactive stage, the iconic stage, and the symbolic stage. The use of concrete objects in mathematics learning can create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The use of block dienes makes it easier for students to understand the concept of adding whole numbers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Big Book media can improve the ability to read beginning in elementary grade II deaf children in SDLB Negeri Ternate. The research method used in this research is the single subject experimental method or Single Subject Research (SSR). The design used in this research is the A-B-A design, which consists of baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases. The subject in this study was a child with hearing impairment in elementary grade II at SDLB Negeri Ternate. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that Big Book media can improve the beginning reading ability of elementary class II deaf children in SDLB Negeri Ternate. This is indicated by the overlap of data in the analysis between conditions A1 / B and B / A2 at 0%, which means that the smaller the percentage of overlap, the greater the influence on the target behavior. This was supported by the increase in baseline reading scores during the baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases. With these results, it shows that Big Book media can improve the beginning reading skills of elementary class II deaf children at SDLB Negeri Ternate

Abstract

This research is an attempt to solve the problems faced by mildly disabled students in class IV SLB Kasih Angela Kota Bitung in learning mathematics. This is done through a storage technique based on place values ​​and memories combined with real objects. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the subject of 2 mild mental retardation students. Data collection was done by using test techniques. The data analysis shows that there is a positive response and the student's absorption ability is quite good, the average achievement is above 75%. The results of this CAR showed that the storage technique combined with real objects had an effect on the response and absorption of mild mental retardation students in learning mathematics in the addition aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the drill method can improve the self-cultivation ability of mentally retarded students at SMALB Negeri Ternate. The research method used in this research is the single subject experimental method or Single Subject Research (SSR). The design used in this study was the A-B-A design, which consisted of baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases, with a mentally retarded student of class XI at State Senior High School Ternate. Based on data analysis and research conducted, it is concluded that the Drill method can improve the self-cultivation ability of mentally retarded students at State Senior High School Ternate. This is indicated by data that overlap (overlap) in the analysis between conditions A1 / B and B / A2 at 0%, which means that the smaller the percentage of overlap, the greater the influence on the target behavior. This is also supported by an increase in the children's self-development ability scores during the baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases. The increase in this score shows that the ability of mentally retarded students to self-development can be improved using the Drill method

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Among System in the learning process at SD Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers, students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentary studies, audio and visual materials. The data analysis technique used includes area analysis, taxonomic analysis, and component analysis in the overall process. The results showed that the application of the among system in SD Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah has been going well. The Among Ki Hadjar Dewantara system is an appropriate method for education because it is a teaching and education method based on love, hone and nurture. The application of the among system at SD Al-Qur'an Darul Ishlah is also applied outside the classroom, this can be seen from the full of kinship between the principal and the teacher, the principal and the employee, the principal and the students, the employee and the teacher, the employee and the student, the teacher. with students, students with students, while paying attention to courtesy. The Among system is an education system that emphasizes the spirit of kinship and is based on the nature of nature and independence. Abstract

This research was conducted in grade IV SD GMIM Wailan. The results of the observation show that when the learning process of Social Sciences (IPS) with material on social problems in the surrounding environment, the final grades achieved by students are not satisfactory or far from expected, where of the 16 students in the class, only 6 people students (37.5%) had reached the KKM (75%), while the other 10 students (62.5%) had not mastered the material or had scores far below the predetermined KKM, namely 75%. This happens because the teacher is less creative in learning or only focuses on the teacher himself, so that students are still mostly playing and making noise in the classroom when teaching and learning activities take place. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) according to Kemmis and Mac Taggart (Aqib Zainal, 2006) which included the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data was collected using direct observation techniques of the learning process and tests. The data obtained from the teaching and learning process were calculated using the KKM formula (Minimum Completeness Criteria). The learning result in cycle 1 is 64.68% and becomes 85.31% in cycle II. So in this study it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes in class IV SD GMIM Wailan. It is recommended that teachers who teach in grade IV SD GMIM Wailan be able to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in the learning process, especially in social studies subjects with material on social problems in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get an overview and find out how the effectiveness of buttoning clothes in improving the fine motor skills of Cerebral Palsy students at SLB YPAC Manado. The research method used is single subject research using the A-B-A design, data is collected by means of observation using observation sheets, then the data is analyzed using visual graph analysis techniques, then the data is analyzed based on the components in each condition (A-B-A). Analyzes were carried out in conditions and between conditions. The results showed that from six sessions in the intervention phase, and three sessions in the baseline-2 phase, the average score of fine motor skills at baseline -1 was smaller, namely 36.67%, from the intervention phase it got 81.67%. Whereas in the baseline phase -2 the average score was 70%, this data certainly illustrates that the fine motor skills of cerebral palsy students increased after being given intervention through buttoning clothes. These skills really help students in everyday dress and are able to improve students' fine motor skills.
